I might say it's 4.5 due to few points but not the option for it only be 4 or 5. Due to their attitude, intentions and staff, they deserve 5 rather than 4.
Very helpful staffs, great service. They were not irritated when we bothered them many time, smiles all the time. Bar staffs also serving quickly (even for all inclusive) They don't treate guest as cash cow. They don't focus on making money, they even gave us lunch after checkout and drinks until we leave hotel, as we came late while check in. (We came in the evening and left at 5pm, although we checked out at 10am)
They provided locker room and shower room to take shower and change our cloth. So we even utilised our day in the hotel even after checkout till our train time.
Lots of daily activities for kids, daily show and clean swimming pool. (Kids water play area was closed during our visit, but our kids enjoyed outdoor swimming pool)
They have sun terrace available for all guest at 7th and 8th floor, which was great.
Beach is cross the road and not far from train station.
Slightly small rooms than expected but it's ok for us as we use it for sleep only. Cleand every day.
Another is a bit crowded restaurant and some plates not dried up and few not cleaned and old. But food is very nice and good quality.

Very nice hotel, huge beds, clean rooms with wonderful sea view, very friendly personnel, close to a beautiful sandy beach, All Inclusive: a lot of different food each day so that everyone is happy

Big shout to the manager (Alexis) ,reception staff (Sandra and her colleagues) ,bar staff(Edgar & colleagues) and the animation team!
The hotel is family orientated, and it is quiet!
The only minus for us was the food( not too much variation) and the cleanliness, especially the glass cups!

If there was an option of a minus stars this hotel would get a minus rating. Do not be fooled by the bright and airy photos of the rooms - rooms are dingy with beds as hard as mortuary slabs - no additional pillows - bed wedged up against the wall - tiny balcony with dirty chairs and table - no rack for drying towels and swimwear as the balcony is not big enough to have one. The lovely decor on the walls in the photos are actually just stickers that are peeling off at this stage.
In the bathroom, the water came out of the shower into the room due to the shower head holder being broken - sink blocked so water stayed in sink when brushing teeth.
When I complained to reception about these things I was told that this was a room for 2 people and that all 2 person rooms (105, 205, 305 .... and so on) were the same - she could show me but they are the same. When I asked about moving to another room not ending in 05 the response I got was a smirk. Regarding the water in the shower she offered additional towels which never materialised ........... Pretty poor customer service.
The buffet area is tiny and the food is horrendous - same each day and very little variety - how can you even get chips wrong??
The only good thing about this hotel is that the pool area is really good, well kept with plenty of sunbeds with slides that are fun.
All in all the area is quite dated with little to do. Do yourself a favour and stay away - much nicer resorts and hotels for less cost.

Hi, I am staying at the hotel at the moment with my family. We are a group of 8 people. 3 different rooms. Rooms are fine, not too big and not too small. Modern, clean and well taken care of. We just got unlucky with our first room, it had a bad smell in the toilet. After talking with reception we got our room changed and got our stay improved from full board to all inclusive. 👌
Talking about reception - exceptional! Always smiling and doing everything they can to help. We got a really warm welcome. Everyone is doing their best. Animation team is also incredible. The woman who does the kid shows in the evening is the best I have seen in any hotel! Feels like she was born for it. Kids just love her. 😍
Location is nothing special, but the sea is close by and loads of shops around the hotel. Sea is not kids friendly since it gets deep very close to the coast and waves are quite dangerous. Found some fishes while snorkelling but you need to drive for 20 minutes to find good snorkelling places. 1 hour from Barcelona, but there is often traffic so it took us 1,5 hours sometimes to get to the hotel. 🏄
Pools are OK, suitable for all age groups. The slides are for kids mostly, nothing too exciting. The lifeguards are really professional and always at sight, got
warned several times.. 😅
The food is average. It is tasty, but lacks variety. Especially the deserts. The staff at the restaurant is helpful and polite.
All in all it is a really neat and cozy hotel with wonderful people trying to make your vacation pleas, rooms and pools are fine, but they need to improve the food variety even though everyone will find something tasty to eat. ☺️👍 4/5

Staff were ok some rude but man manager was excellent. Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate.

The food really isn't that good..I'm no stranger to spanish all inclusive and know what to expect, we always ensure we have funds to eat out a few times however by day 2 we had decided we absolutely weren't eating st the hotel again.
The pizza is okay, but who wants to eat that every night. They didn't label things well on the 1st night we arrived. There was a dish labelled beef, and it looked like beef slices...it was liver 🤢.
The rooms were very clean, but the bathroom flooded when we showered, meaning we had to use towels as a barrier to stop it flooding.
Most of the staff were friendly and attentive one of the receptionist (a male) I had named him Mr excuses and our first full day one of my nephews was very unwell and my sister in law had asked I see how we went about getting one he advised that we should wait as the child would of likely eaten to much ice cream and sweets? He has been throwing up since the moment he woke up and hadn't touched a single ice cream or sweet nor had he the night before. He also had a rubbish excuse as to why the bathroom flooded, so we stopped asking him for any help as he was useless.l Other than him, the staff were great.
The location was good, it's not far from anything and there are plenty of places to eat and drink in the area.
The bed was very uncomfortable a p.e mat would have been comfier. The double room we were in was very small and you couldn't of swung a cat in it.
Personally we wouldn't return to this hotel but this is a personal choice there is nothing really wrong with this hotel it just doesn't suit our needs however don't let my review put you off as some families we met loved it and had been returning for years.
