Nice service, nice employees, but most control the access to the pool, and the use of the pool loungers. Must cm put the tower in the pool lounger all day, don't give the change for other customers to use them.

Very disappointing experience for me. The staff is below average, I can understand for such a big hotel there have to be trainees as well, but the ones I had encountered didn't look like trainees

Everyone seems to love their job and it’s makes such a difference! The hotel is spotless, we could smell the lemon cleaning from the minute we opened the doors! Sun beds for days, the pool is beautiful, the food we could not fault (and I have 2 fussy adults with me!) the location is perfect for those who love to mooch around the shops (trust me there’s enough of them!) and if you have children, there...

The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and whilst mostly fine, there was a day when all the beds were taken by 10am (one off). The all inclusive restaurant- definitely not the best I’ve been to

Two bars by the pool on different levels, even though one closed randomly for a few hours a day. Staff was lovely, but in general cannot give this hotel a higher rating

The hotel was decent — clean, tidy, tasty food, large territory, and located right on the beach. However, the rooms didn’t have doors to the bathroom, which made the layout absurd

I’ve not encountered one even remotely miserable staff member, not even cleaning staff, and a big big mention to the bar man at Harry’s Bar and the lovely hostess in the restaurant

Clean hotel.rooms a bit dated. Sunbeds around pool are very worn and uncomfortable, badly need replacement. Poor selection of drinks for AI guests.

Staff brought sweets and a voucher for Prosecco to our room for my partner on his birthday too. The location is right by the beach and lots of food, bars and activities close by

There was a lot of seafood options which I don’t personally eat myself however it is local cuisine so to be expected, and I ate plenty of everything else

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious and varied every day, the staff was always attentive, friendly, and ready to help, and overall my experience exceeded expectations

I highly recommend booking at least 4 to 5 days to truly enjoy everything the hotel has to offer, and choosing the all-inclusive package is definitely worth it. I would gladly return without hesitation

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Me and my fiancee visited for a week for my birthday. The staff members were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The buffet food was outstanding

After some research we booked the “plus” room category and emailed the hotel our room preference, pool view and high floor, a few days ahead

Brilliant venue, great service. Favourite part of the whole experience was the buffet! Outstanding!! Never have I experienced a buffet like it, best of the best quality. 10/10 and can’t wait to get back to have it again

Pool area itself is quite small and I don’t know how hectic this might be in peak season because the hotel is quite big

I didn’t actually spend any time there but I did notice that the pool area is essentially enclosed in a cove in the middle of the hotel so I don’t know if that effects how much sunlight get to the pool area and perhaps why this hotel is so well priced given the location and how everything else in the hotel seems to be to a good standard

It’s very well priced given the facilities, rooms and location, but like I said I don’t know if the pool area is a big factor in why it’s priced slightly less than others in Lloret so worth checking out other reviews to see if this is true if you’re someone who values their pool time and sun exposure!

Enjoyed our time thoroughly at this hotel. The only issue we had was the slow draining of the shower. But other than that, we enjoyed the room, rooftop lounge, and the amazing receptionists! Would stay here again

Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including a casual bar, and directly across the street is a large Carrefour supermarket, making daily shopping, dining, and strolling incredibly convenient

The accommodation area felt very safe and secure. They also offer a convenient free bicycle rental service, which makes short trips and sightseeing exceptionally hassle-free

Although we walked there and back, we felt uneasy doing so because the streets are not too well lit and it's a bit far from La Rambla

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from 9/17-9/20/2025 and everything was phenomenal! Check in was quick, and when we arrived we were given a nice glass of cava. The room was perfect for what you need it for

There is a pool, but it's a bit of a gimmick, and we wouldn't have felt comfortable using it with people at the bar. The room was beautiful, very well cleaned every day and a great design

The shower head had little pressure ,being the highest room. Staff very friendly and everything very clean. The area where the hotel is in the old town and poorer and we were told to be careful with pickpockets

Toilet was microscopic with thin sliding doors giving no privacy. There was also no hair dryer, you need to bring yours or rent it from the reception for the deposit of €20

For city-centered sightseeing, the perfect location! Cons: It gets noisy if someone is talking on the balcony. There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room

30 very clean rooms comfortable beds and lovely helpful cleaning staff Unfortunately the walls are paper thin you could hear everything in the next room and if you happen to get young people beside you it can be really loud so we ended up getting ear plugs which did the trick you can’t really swim in the pool as it’s not quite 5ft at the deep end but it’s great place to get cool Location was great...

We would rate it 10/10 if the walls wouldn’t be so ridiculously thin as we could hear all the conversations, TVs from the other rooms as well as noises from the street even when using ear plugs

Access to the beach is a five minute walk, there is an serious amount of choice when it comes to food, swimming pool is a highlight as the water park which they run as well

I took a full board package, and the food choice with any high people traffic resort was a buffet mass produced style, I was greeted with cold fried eggs, warm salads and fruit plus very very well done meat (although cooked fresh it's not nice to see the chef handling meat with his bear hands!) with all the eateries around, yet some fish, potato's and cheese boards were very good when they didn't run...

We stayed in one of their Superior Double Room, Partial Sea View rooms You can see the toilet from the bed. The door to the toilet is glass and is only frosted in the middle

Lovely clean rooms with everything needed, comfy bed, adjustable room temp etc. We added breakfast to our 4 night stay and found a great selection of food

They come at about 10-11 am every day, you can always ask them for something specific like don't make the bed, but wash the floor - no problem

If smth does not work, just tell the reception - they'll send someone to fix it soon enough. The staff is kind and friendly

There is a bar by the pool along with pool tables, table tennis etc and served snacks all day (apart from lunch and meal times) and the staff were great! Entertainment: The entertainment staff were the best! There were different activities around the stage and pool during the day that catered for adults and kids

Had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Best Mediterraneo, From check to check we had nothing but an amazing time, Staff were absolutely fantastic during the whole stay, fresh food always on offer throughout all the dining times during the day, we booked to stay with our 6 month at the time and came prepared with a travel crib as we had heard no cots were provided, to our surprise a Crib was all made up...

If there was one thing that could be change would just be the pool being heated slightly, granted we visited back end of September through to October so wasn't expecting baking temps but the pool was an ice block at times xD

Everything was clean and nice, room was comfortable with a balcony and chairs to sit. Swimming pool was nice and we always could find beds to lay and tan. Good in the restaurant was fine

The staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable. The hotel was clean, modern and we had a great pool view room. We didn't try the food here so I can't comment on that but the hotel in general I would highly recommend

Great service and fantastic views! The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Agbar Tower, Sagrada Familia, Tibidabo mountain, and even the sea

The hotel also has a bodyguard near the entrance. Hotel has a bar, sauna and roof pool. There are also restaurants within walking distance

I have spent 7- nights vacation in Barcelona and made a great choice by staying at the SB Glow Hotel! The prices were reasonable, the room service was excellent, and its convenient location near the metro made accessing the city center effortless

From people going from beach back to hotel and straight into the water. As the beach close by is a horrible blended stone, it's not a normal sand beach. Rooms were tiny for 2 kids, 2 adults, but clean and tidy

And if you rotate the sign on the outside of the handle to let the cleaners know you need clean sheets and towels, etc. By the time you come back, they would have changed them, and they were brilliant

Suitable for a short beach holiday, but that's about it. I booked this hotel as a solo traveler for 4 nights. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room would be in the second building

Fortunately, this building is connected by two elevators, making it easily accessible. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a beach holiday

The buffet normally costs 24 Euros, which I found to be very poor value for money. Furthermore, at each meal, there was always only one staff member tasked with restocking the buffet, serving guests, and other duties

Our stay was excellent. We particularly appreciated being able to store our bikes in the garage. We encountered no issues, and the staff were very friendly.

Staff: They seemed friendly and were very open to my complaint regarding the cleanliness. Conclusion: For me, the stay was okay, as I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway

It frequently happened that I asked for water and only received it when I was already halfway through my meal (which isn't surprising when one person has to attend to all guests)

Other photos of the hotel use similar trickery. The out pool and spa pool are tiny, but the photos make them look a lot bigger

Some staff were helful--others not. Windows were filthy. Pool on some days ot attended and no towels available. Front desk was not aware that only buffet was available for breakfast

We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor (10th) and had an amazing view. It is a bit outside of the centre, but there are good restaurants nearby and easy access to both Beach and centre

This is the absolute best staff I've seen at any hotel. The rooms are great and the location is perfect but the people are phenomenal. We only stayed one night but they have gone above and beyond at every level

Location is amazing 10 minutes walk from the hotel, loads of shops / food shops outside the hotel. Atmosphere is great very welcoming, rooms are a good and clean. Value for money not to expensive and it’s amazing
