We spent one week in Prestige Victoria Hotel, mid-July 2025. Everything was perfect: the location (very close to the beach), the pools, the rooms, the meals, bar, animations every evening

The hotel is very family friendly (we were two adults and 3 small kids). The access to the beach is very easy and secured with a door accessible with the room key

Terrific location, with a lovely beachfront garden and direct access to the beach

Very far from the city but nice hotel and nice staff. They have a small gym, a sauna, an inside pool, and a small outside pool. The food buffet is amazing but the variety of food could have been a tiiiiny bit better

Especially when it comes to the variety of meat. It seemed like everything contained porc (or meat in general), even the seafood dishes sometimes had porc in it. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful!

The options of the bar are large and the quality very good. The staff is always supportive and the cleanliness of the rooms at top level. We’ll definitely come back next year

Nice new hotel with lovely staffs and good breakfast. I really recommend to get it with breakfast as it really worth it. A bit far from centre however 10 minutes walk to train station solve this issue

The staff are what makes this place a lovely stay. I needed to update my booking, due to an error on my side; Ezequiel and Ricard could not have been more helpful

Very friendly towards Chinese guests and children, the staff were patient and had an excellent attitude when handling issues.

I went to CCIB for a meeting. This hotel is one kilometer away from CCIB and can be reached on foot. It has high cost performance.

This hotel isn't near tourist places, I was here on business, but it was very nice and the gym was good too

Very comfortable. We slept very well and enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant.

Not a bad hotel, few little issues with the food, always check chicken is cooked properly before eating, couple of times we went in for lunch and dinner, chicken wasn't cooked through, slightly under cooked, I prefer chicken well done

Pool and slides area really good however limited space when busy, you'd struggle to get a sunbed with a good spot. Big problem is the bloody pigeons, even inside the bar area

Good hotel with many facilities to enjoy, with parking option. Only thing that I am not very happy is the shower in the single room (seems ok for double and beyond)

The area was abit quiet in regards to activities but I believe this is due to the time of year, when walking into Santa Susanna we discovered more going on, lots of local shops / gift shops / restaurants local to the hotel though

I would give this hotel 11 stars out of 10 from cleanliness to all out service sand the staff have made me very welcome and it’ll be worth coming back

My only negative would be that we were on the first floor and the wifi wasn’t great, it only seemed to work 100% in the reception area / downstairs

Train station with direct routes into Barcelona only a 10 minute walk away and only €12 for adult return, we visited twice

We had a great holiday and would definitely return to this hotel if we visited the area again

This is my very first time at this hotel and great service from start to finish

5 mins walk to the beach. And the shops. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Pool is small but to be honest most hotels pools are small. Friendly staff. You will not be dissapointed

Only 15min from airport Reus by taxi €32 for 4 person.Good food and drinks, friendly staff,near sea 250 yards.

I booked this because it’s simply a room with a bed/shower and a balcony. I was there for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. There was no hassle, and they kept us topped up with towels and it was clean

The location is superb, a few minutes from the lovely beach & or the main strip. TIP : We flew into Reus airport, just a 10 minute drive to Salou. saidnthe transfer from Barcelona was bit of a nightmare

I enjoyed my 4th night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable 5 minutes walk to the beach, beautiful surrounding atmosphere

We have just got back from a 4 night stay here and we had an amazing break ! The place is super clean, and for a 3 star we were impressed

Only complaint is that the pool water was freezing cold so my son ended up with a cough

I been with kids and we are happy

Room cleaned every day, food was good, personel always nice with smile, kids loved entertainment, only ones what I didn’t like is bar near pool, needed wait long time for drinks and after 20 min my waiting they closed so lost my time and didn’t have drink

This place was brilliant just back from a week there with my partner & kids. Pools were amazing kids loved them. Also a short walk to the beach

My girls had an amazing time here and this is everything that counts. Food was amazing ,pools amazing. The only "bad" thing ,I would say was the queue at the bar. Apart from that nothing to complaint

There’s a bar that serves your drinks and food by the pool and you have to eat at the designated picnic areas, which was fine by me as didn’t fancy watching people eat whilst trying to sunbathe and no one wants to dodge wet floor chips

I was robbed of my necklace by a masked person the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself; the hotel service was very good

The rooftop pool area, has amazing views, and the hostess at the bar, was very friendly and even recommended a fabulous dinner spot, just two blocks from the hotel

The hotel's location is super convenient; it was only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Plus, many attractions are within walking distance. Our twin room was spacious and well-equipped with accessibility features

We stayed for 5 nights in September 2025. The rooms were spacious, modern and always immaculate - cleaned thoroughly everyday. All the staff were so so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help and make us feel welcome

There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making dining out a breeze – we found Asian and Spanish options, and the front desk even recommended a fantastic Western restaurant for us

The staff at this location is nothing short of amazing!!! Check was a breeze, I arrived super early, and dropped off my luggage, walked around a bit, area has plenty of restaurants and a few shops

Overall good rooms, nice staff. You get what you pay for. 5 minutes walk to the beach, lots of shops around the hotel. Good activities for kids.

This hotel was a great option for our family, kids had their own room and the balcony was awesome! Location is superb, we could walk to town and to the beach. Parking option under the hotel was great too

This is a very well-located hotel on the beach in Empuriabrava. It has a pool and a very good buffet. I highly recommend it. It has a family-friendly atmosphere and is very good value for money.

Hotel close to the beach and shops but cleanliness leaves something to be desired

Very good location. Price/performance ratio was OK for us. We will probably check in there again for a short stay. Dinner and breakfast, however, are in the style of a large kitchen or canteen.

Lovely beach just over the road but lots of steps or walk back up hill. Had pool facing rooms with views to mountains, Portaventura & Ferrari Land in the distance

A couple of members of bar staff a bit moody but overall really helpful, friendly staff including the kids club hosts. A lot of the entertainment was geared towards other foreign guests but did bingo & disco

We have just had 10 days at this hotel, when I read some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical as some of the reviews were not good!! I cannot believe what some people want !!! Yes it’s a 4 star which I would only give it a 3 star, but theses stars are given for facilities not standards

Lovely hotel, room was a good size & clean. Complementary shampoo conditioner, shower gel. Was sometimes sewagy smell in the bathrooms. Food was lovely, lots of choice & always something that you liked

The area was clean & we will definitely go back to this hotel, but not during peak holiday season as not enough lifts for rooms & i can imagine the pool area & restaurant would be extremely packed

!! Cleaners come every day except Sundays , they did not replenish our toilet roils. I would come back again but select a different room

Central location with a generous sized room. The pool area is not fully exposed to the sun ( until later in the day) so lots of choice for a sunbed

Lovely hotel just off the main promenade. Food is above the normal standard I found with nice big croissants and a good selection of food. We stayed in a studio which had a kettle, hob and fridge. Would stay again.

Your room key is on a wristband and is a bizarre feature - the only disappointing element of the hotel

This is the only negative fir me, but it wasn't busy, so I followed the sun. Entertainment was great, pool games with both kids and adults through the day on and off, evening entertainment (a singer) in the evenings

Great location near train station. Few mins walk to village centre and variety of restaurants and shops. Amazing beach view, hotel provides towel to bring to the beach or pool

Our room was sea view which we liked, but didn’t even gave a kettle or coffee machine, which we asked for and were provided with a kettle. The swimming pool is clean, but is only open 8am-8pm, which is inconvenient

Other than her, others don’t care at all. The rooms are very basic; they don’t even have body lotion; for a hotel that has a pool and is very close to the beach, having a body lotion is a must

The only highlight of the hotel is being very close to the beach and the breakfast buffet, which includes so many great variety of sweet and savory options, offered 8-11am

The only person at the reception who cares about providing a great customer experience is Ari. She treats everyone with respect and listens to their requests and complaints patiently and resolves the problems

We stayed here for 2 nights, but were mostly disappointed. I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel as it lacks many features. First of all, different employees come up with their own rules and policies

Room was light and airy, bed and shower first class, pool good but unheated and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again when we return to Tossa

Good hotel with perfect location The hotel has a great location — two beaches are just a short walk away. One is smaller and perfect for families with young kids, and the other is bigger

Fabulous place to stay in Tossa just outside the main area but 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of town, 15 minutes to the castle

The beach is a short distance, but there is a larger beach which is a little further but its a beautiful walk. Pretty large room considering its Europe

Doors were slamming all night long and the guests were very noisy. Personally, a big minus for the water in the pool, which is freezing cold

The only fresh vegetable available was tomato, and the cheese was not always fresh — although the staff replaced it immediately when we mentioned it. Overall, we had a good experience

Yes, the fixtures and fittings date the hotel a little bit, but everything works perfectly. Still here and having a really enjoyable stay with my friends

All the staff are great, the rooms are clean, and the pool is refreshing in the 27-degree heat. We were especially happy with having a balcony despite booking the best value room

Also happy that the room was twin so we got a bed each. Looking forward to trying out the free yoga classes and to booking some time in the spa

The hotel (Best Los Angeles) generally looks good, 3. 5 star category, is located in a beautiful and quiet location, and all activities are close by as well as the beach, everything is a 5 minute walk

Room and the rest of the Hotel was spotlessly clean. We went on the last week of the season so the Hotel was quite quiet but there was some night-time entertainment still on

Ideally placed as you are 2 minutes away from many local bars and restaurants. The Beach is within walking distance as well even for someone with poor mobility like my Wife

I will write once again, this kitchen is a SHAME for the group of best hotels. This hotel is declared as a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable, the food selection and quality are for a 2-star hotel

Cleaners are on it; room is spotless and fresh towels and bed every day- 5 star for the cleaning staff. Pool bar staff are friendly, snacks included are hot dogs, chips, ham & cheese toastie and burgers

NEGATIVE: the kitchen and the food!!!! That was ridiculous, and for a hotel from the Best Hotels group it is also SHAMEFUL!!! The breakfast was very very poor, and it was terrible that only one person works on the large 10 meter grill, and to get a simple omelette you have to wait 20 minutes

I was there 4 last nights untill it was closed for the end of the season. Food was good and not only cold as someone wrote. Everything is good with this hotel and I'm looking forward to return there next year

Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from July 25th to August 5th, 2025! The hotel is very conveniently located, both to the beach and to the Bus Plana bus stop! It's also very easy to get to the amusement park and the airport! The service is also excellent! The staff is friendly and quickly resolves issues! Everyone goes out of their way! I definitely recommend it! A solid 4-star

The only thing to keep in mind is that if your room faces the pool, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to the music, so going to bed early might be tricky

Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day and during evenings poolside with decent priced bar. Decent lifts in hotel, totally accessible throughout

Bus stop immediately outside hotel which takes you to Salou, Cambrils, Reus and Barcelona Airport. Great location hotel with eateries within 2 mins, shops and bars 5 mins walk and beach 10 mins walk

Pool - big pool with loads of sun beds, never had to fight for a space (we did go end of September so not sure if different in peak summer) our little one loved the little splash park

All inclusive - never waited more than 2 minutes for a drink, good selection of soft drinks and alcohol. Includes ice creams too which is great for the kids

Rooms - cleaned daily, modern, lovely bathroom, pushed our 2 double beds together so had a massive bed for the stay which was lovely! Cot for baby too

Food: worst part of the holiday was definitely the food, by day 3 we couldn’t stand the smell of it and had to eat out for the rest of the holiday

Cons!! Check in: 2 buses arrived at the same time so check in was at least 45 minutes long, no one extra on desk to help busy period

If your room isn’t ready, it’s 6€ per suitcase for a locker (people just leave them outside in the hallway to save paying)

Good hotel, next to the beach. East to park the car in front of the station. Rooms were ok for the price and breakfast could be better. But in general nice hotel to stay and super nice staff.

Canada place Hotel is in a great location for an easy walk to the town or the seafront

These teenagers were allowed to yell and scream inside the hotel and in the pool area outside our window until they finally went to their rooms after midnight

Some of the decor in the building is a tad old fashioned but everything is kept very clean. I saw House keepers mopping floors daily and they absolutely keep on top of everything

And the food is nice, and the chef even kindly recommended me what to take because I don’t know too much about the food in Catalan. Over all super nice experience, the location is close to the beach

Very close to the beach, the hotel has parking space but you need to pay for it at your own expense The bed in the hotel is quite comfortable

The rooftop patio is cool, but the pool is small, and nobody is staffed to order drinks/food

my friend really liked the spanish omelet. the location is nice, it’s near a beach, shopping mall, convenience store — so right in the middle of a city centre, but it’s surprising quiet

The refrigerator and air conditioner in the room were broken, the pool is tiny for a hotel with so many rooms, however the staff's service was good

However, when i stayed there was some sort of festival happening, you could hear the fireworks and the main celebrations weren’t too far away, but you weren’t right in the middle so it wasn’t disruptive

The staff is friendly, many of them are Russian speakers. The room is good for 4*: 2 large beds, powerful air conditioning, TV, bath-toilet and balcony with a gorgeous sea view. Bed linen and towels are changed every day
