Every staff member we spoke to were always happy and ready to help if needed. Security were nice on the late evening. I would say it’s a lovely hotel for a family to as there plenty to do within the hotel itself

And they do this in the early morning while everyone is having breakfast. They clean the poolside everyday which is great cause overtime it can build up a nasty slippery surface

Honestly, I do not know why this hotel has so many bad reviews. We have just left from a 4 day trip for my hen do. There was 18 of us and the staff could not have been any more accommodating

A larger pool that caters more towards teens and adults and a topside pool for just about anyone bit we usually had seen kids from about 7 to 10ish in here. The pools were cleaned regularly

This was a cheap and affordable hotel for everyone. The food was decent, plenty of options and even themed nights such as Mexican. The rooms are pretty standard but everything you need

There are 3 pools to choose from:- a kiddie pool with a pirate theme that the younger ones up to about 7ish will love

This is now my 4th time staying at GHT maritim. Usually when I book I've had a decent size room. This time me and my partner were given a room that was tiny. The balcony fit for one person

We would definitely stay again. Although rooms are small it’s cosy and has everything you need ( apart from kettle but can hire) The balcony was south facing second floor facing the sea and pool always had sun onit

I went to reception and asked for a bigger room and bigger balcony which they were really happy to help with. Only thing is the room was just as small but balcony was a good size for 3-4 people

Great stay Good facilities and great value for money. Be aware that the roof terrace is adult only. We went with our 4 year old so couldn’t go up there

The breakfast buffet is continental so options for everyone. The dinner also had a good selection of food with lovely dessert options

Fabulous Hotel Beautiful hotel with amazing views from the roof top terrace, we would return just to back to the roof top itself

The handwritten welcome cards, the beautifully prepared Basque cheesecake (their signature specialty), and the elegant “Welcome to Barcelona” chocolate plate were truly touching and absolutely delicious 🤤 The hotel and the suite itself were exceptional — modern, with beautiful artworks and gorgeous furniture, yet deeply connected to Spanish culture

Service as good if not better than any MO I have stayed at and MO sets a high bar in that category. Also the suites themselves look more like a high-end Manhattan condo than a hotel so the hard product is fantastic too

Went to Bankers Bar on Christmas Day. Freddy and team looked after us really well. Very friendly and helpful re choice of drinks and supper. It wasn't busy but for us it was great. Thank you Freddy and everyone

Staying here was a great decision! The location is superb – Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk, Palau de la Música Catalana is 10 minutes, and the city center, where you'll find places like Casa Milà, is also just a 10-minute walk

There's a water dispenser on each floor for free use, which is a great touch! The only downside is that it can indeed get a bit noisy at night facing the street, mainly from cars. I'd recommend bringing earplugs

We stayed in a family room, which was actually two connected rooms, each with its own separate bathroom and toilet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable!

Nice city hotel to stay in and it was in the centre of city so perfect for exploring everything. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming

We was a family 8 including a baby and they kept trying to split us up during meals times and restaurant management was extremely rude Pools was freezing but think this is due to time of year Location Hotel was really good and ideal Only let down was the food if this was changed we would return but I dont think we will

Ignore the negative reviews we had a great holiday hotel is massive so we got lost on the first day lol food is decent always something to eat my daughter is fussy but never went hungry snack bar I’d say is better than evening meals hotel is spotlessly clean beds and towels changed everyday, the only thing I’d say is they need more staff for the evening bar as it’s quite busy, entertainment at night...

Ignore the negative reviews We are here now and what a brilliant hotel 7 pools plenty of food snack bar does Lovley food only thing that let’s it down is the entertainment at night it’s a bit boring but all in all 10/10 and will definitely return

Most* staff were pleasant, some areas could do with more TLC and cleaning throughout the day(staffing levels reduced?) Pools are great and food was varied in the Mediterranean restaurant although very busy

Rooms was very dates and not cleaned every day bedding never changed and had to ask for clean towels. Bar staff was rude and was only one bar open and was a nightmare to get a drink at times

It was a very clean well located Hotel in the Heart of Lloret de Mar. I had to send cleaners away 4 Tim's as I am a tidy person and to save the staff time and money. i have Booked again for May 2026

The hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist attraction but there is an underground station nearby which is very convenient

Was a bit out of the centre but a 1-2 min walk from the bus stop and metro which get you into the centre in about 15 and 6 mins respectively. Free sweets and flavoured water by the front desk to take as you please

The location was close to public transit, the room was large (especially for a city), and the staff was helpful. I would highly recommend Exe Mitre Hotel to anyone coming to visit Barcelona!

Apart from that, the overall stay was satisfactory the location is convenient, with both a bus stop and a metro station right downstairs. The breakfast area is small but offers a good variety of options

The bartenders were amazing from laughs to great conversations it was all fantastic. One last point, the Catalonia team was not just good they were fantastic. They truly made our trip rememberable

The staff were great (Gaston was a favorite) and their family room with the Murphy bed bunkbed was a big hit with the kids

Gaston, was amazing his customer service deserves an award. Andrea and Maria ( I remembered her name) were fantastic with checking in and out and recommendations were awesome

I pointed out that they were the ones who told me to drink it, and they replied, "No, we told you there was water in the refrigerator!" Furthermore, slippers weren't provided in the room, and neither coffee nor tea was available

The location is the absolute best with easy access to most everything you could want by foot, metro or quick taxi

Stayed here late September with Great Rail Holidays , It is just one of the Best Hotels i have stayed in , Room fantastic, Plenty of room ,Clean , Balcony sea view , Lovely Pools, but i prefer the Sea which is 5 minutes walk away , Great Breakfast room and Choice , Highly Recommended

Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms, very nice breakfast. Superb pools and lot of sunbeds. Location is perfect as it is very close to the beach and city centre. All in all perfect holiday!

This hotel is 200 metres from the beach but has fabulous grounds and 3 pools together with a snack bar by the pools. It is kept scrupulously clean and well tended The food is amazing and the staff are brilliant

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable Book a room with a pool view and get a wonderful view of the local mountains and the Pyrenees in the distance

An absolutely fabulous hotel! The staff was super nice, the breakfast was superb and all the facilities were incredibly clean and well taken care of. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

Spent a week there and staff and facilities were excellent. Buffet meals were delicious with an enormous choice.

Half-board, should entitle guests to at least one free drink of their choosing with every evening meal. ALL these things should be standard provision for a 4* hotel, therefore I would say this hotel is a 3* Plus

So far so good very nice rooms and location the services seem great and the food is of normal all inclusive quality.

However small rectifiable details took away its 4* rating. There is no iron in any of the rooms in this entire hotel. There is no kettle in the room either and there is a charge to use the safe

They have a fridge in the room, but it does not keep anything cold. There is a 10 euro refundable deposit required for a beach / pool towel

The bed was comfortable, and the room was made-up daily with fresh towels too

The hotel is really close to the beach and all amenities. Has a really nice pool terrace and viewings are spectacular. What really impressed me were the staff members in the restaurant area

We are a family of 6 and stayed 11 days with 2 balcony rooms, breakfast included. Shout out to the hotel tossa beach center staff for organising a lastminute taxi for us on leaving as our pre-booked taxi didn't show up

Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating when we used the pool on the opposite site we asked for a brolly and staff brought one

WE cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. Spotless clean, Friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms with fridge and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was vast with great variety

Our kids enjoyed the pool but preferred the sea. 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and beach view restaurants abundant. Tossa de Mar is such a beautiful quiet relaxed place the hotel was the icing on the cake

The hotel has a small to medium sized pool which is in shadow most of the day, and a small pool which is in sun all day. Food was buffet style with a good variety and tasted great

The staff are lovely with me, but they are brilliant with my mum. The food is much improved since last year, so that's a plus and the location couldn't be any better. We'll definitely be back next year 🌝

They all spoke fluent english and accommodated to our room needs upon arrival. The gym was really nice, spacious and quiet. It had so many clean towels ready for use

Rooms are so spacious and aesthetic. The bathroom was lovely except we couldn’t tell whether it was shampoo or shower gel provided in the shower as there was no label

The terrace was really beautiful at night as its located in a more city environment and you can see a nice skyline of the city

It would take us around 15/25mins to get to the main tourist attractions such as the beach, la rambla, la sagrada etc

The hotel itself was quiet so we didn’t have much noise disruptions except early mornings during check out times

The pool area is also in need of some TLC. Staff at reception, house keeping and buffets were friendly and welcoming, all except an older male who I assume was the manager of the dining areas

The pool area looks great, but they keep it under lock and key, so access is limited. The terrace is very comfortable and in a location that should attract a crowd, but it was always empty

I would recommend this hotel and easily stay here again! Quick summary - Pros: Amazing location, friendly staff, very clean, very safe, nightly entertainment, breakfast buffet is included (this was a surprise to us), great masseuse, walkable to shopping areas and beach restaurants, lounge/beachfront restaurant with nightly entertainment on-site, free municipal parking within walking distance

I found him to be quite rude and unwelcoming. He pushed past me a number of times without so much as an excuse me or a smile. Hotel is well located close to everything. Buffet was good quality and variety

Amazing holidays I really recommend the Surf Mar hotel :) We had amazing family holidays. Food was great and delicious. Good entertainment beside pool

We had only breakfast it was fine. Our room was cleaned daily and new towels given. The location and facilities were perfect for us

However service wasn’t helpful, they barely speak English, most time they were mean and gave us weird stares, the cleaning service just changed our towel. Location is delightful- 3 minutes away from beach

Lifeguard Miguel was very entertaining around the pool area, and must get a mention. If you are into watching sport, 'EL PUB' is really handy and 3 minutes from the hotel

The staff was so nice particularly an elderly Spanish lady we met on entering our room she noticed there was no cot and within minutes was back with the cot and set it up! She was so nice as we're all the staff we met

The animation staff is very nice, In the first part of the evening they entertained the children and then they allowed me to sing karaoke. I have been very happy... Iba and Lorena are fantastic

We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Barcelona Pódium back in May before and after our cruise and it was a great experience! The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and kind, we had super easy early check ins and late checkouts, the bellman was very helpful bringing our bags to our room and hailing us a cab

The room was good as well and on our second stay at the end of our trip they were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite!! The pool and rooftop area was lovely and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, I wasn’t expecting such a great spread so that was pleasantly surprising

The staff even went above and beyond with making my stay extra special with a surprise (and very tasty) birthday cake and snacks in my room. I definitely would be staying here again!

For my Wife's birthday, when we got back to our room the staff left cake, other deserts and candles and two birthday cards. The roof top pool was very nice, had a cool view of the surrounding area

The hotel is also in a really great location, it felt really safe in the area and it was also really central to most sites you’re probably planning on seeing while in Barcelona

Our room had a small balcony that looked out over the front square of the hotel, this was very nice at the end of each day to open it up and have a drink

It's just that there are a lot of tourists, so there can sometimes be a queue for breakfast or coffee. The only downside is the soundproofing; it would be quite uncomfortable without earplugs

The facilities were ideal from its serene rooftop pool to the elegant restaurant and of course well crafted cocktails. It was beyond pleasant staying here and without any doubt I will stay here again our next trip back

Not bad, but the uphill walk from the subway station is quite a workout for the legs. It's very clean.

On our last night, we found cockroaches and * on the bathroom floor and towels. We immediately contacted the front desk clerk on duty. Their attitude was utterly rude, as if they didn't care

The service was good, nothing to complain about. The location is decent, quiet and away from dangerous areas, quite safe in the neighborhood

If you book directly on their website you can earn points and also get a free drink voucher at the bar (water, juice, coffee, etc), and you’ll be greeted by a lovely and friendly bartender which the name I don’t recall

It can get noisy if your room overlooks the main road so pack some earplugs. There was a minibar and coffee and tea making facilities in the room, also a beautiful pool but it was too cold to be used in January

Very nice, the room was spacious & with a little balcony (to stand not sit). Staff were great during our whole stay & although the road outside is very busy you don’t really hear the noise. 10/10

Excellent location, the hotel is nearby metro and many sightseeing spots. The breakfast is excellent too. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Good location to places of interest- Casa Mila, Casa Batllo,  Sagrada Familia. However questionable about their cleanliness as we found stains on the “clean” towels

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Centrally located. Rooms and beds were quite nice. Views from our room were fantastic. They will make you an omelet for breakfast, but they don't advertise this and you need to ask!

A staff member named Jarra was especially cheerful and fun, which made the experience even better. The room itself was beautifully designed, and I felt comfortable and happy throughout my entire stay

also pool does not open till 10. 30 so if you want to sit and read a book early, you can't. Pool was filthy by 3pm, maybe because of too many kids or the people that stay there

thats where they let themselves down We had 2nd floor facing pool and was really noisy on main road. if booking ask for back room because we didnt sleep for 4 nights. patio doors not the best so noise came in

The pool area was good and there is mini golf on site. It's not good value for money as suggested and quite expensive for what it is as you have to rent a kettle, toaster, iron etc at 10 euros per item

Sofa bed was on last legs, and filthy i have to say. no guard, so kids diving jumping everywhere , ball games, lilos. so adults could not enjoy the pool except for a quick cool down dip. pool not big enough for all that

Cheap just ok Ok for the price. smell of sewage when we entered. Dont know if we had wifi, but was not on welcome pack. Saw cockroaches outside front door a few times. I slept on sofa as could not tolerate snoring ha ha

We left as we found it, so i'd say cleaners went in and swept the floor and thats about it. so would not be checking quality of beds, sofa or utilities

We stayed here with my family of 4 over Easter. Hotel is small but cosy and very nice interior, almost new looking. Would highly recommend for kids (heated pool). It offered us incredible value for money when we booked

Pool was on the rooftop and covered, so even on chilli evenings, it was warm 25 degrees up there. My kids loved the pool, especially being heated and open from 9am to 9pm

Rooms were cleaned and made up every day, and towels changed. The shower in our room was by far the best we have ever seen on holiday. Spacious amd very high pressure water and body jets plus hand shower

We had a good stay at Num Hotel Solau. The breakfast was great! Free hotel parking one block away. Sea is walking distance (10 min walk). Swimming pool is good and refreshing.

Great small pool on roof great staff friendly very clean the food looked very nice but I did not eat at hotel a very nice place to stay I was there 7 days there was no kettle in room I asked and was given one right away the maid was on point so don't forget to tip her

2nd time at Num Hotel for weekend stay. Great bathroom lovely Queen size bed good white linen. Not a problem if you have firestick. Great staff super helpful also most have worked there a long time that speaks volumes

No problems at all Generally a nice place, rooms and public spaces are clean and comfortable, all inclusive option was good quality, if I was to return to this area I would definitely stay again, staff are very friendly and helpful

My wife and I spent a very good 10 days here. September in the hotel is Definitely the time of boomers, that is for people 50+. Clean, quiet, professional friendly and patient staff. Food very good abundant and varied

Would stay again It's good value for what you pay but it's an older hotel. Food in the hotel wasn't great but you're located within easy walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel met my requirements in this class and category of hotels and I travel a lot on business. Before you arrive, make sure about the hotel parking, book and pay 12 euro a day

Surrounding car parks are expensive and there are not many of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel compared to other hotels in the area

The only thing I have missed has been more variety in the food theme. Pretty poor and almost every day the same thing. For the rest fine.

Beautiful modern hotel with lovely garden and large (cold) lap pool, view of center and ocean, great breakfast. This is one of those hotels where they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy
