They all spoke fluent english and accommodated to our room needs upon arrival. The gym was really nice, spacious and quiet. It had so many clean towels ready for use

Rooms are so spacious and aesthetic. The bathroom was lovely except we couldn’t tell whether it was shampoo or shower gel provided in the shower as there was no label

The TV had youtube and some spanish channels but it would be nice to have a netflix app on there as screenshare was not working. The wifi was so incredibly fast and brilliant! It was much faster than my mobile data

The room we booked was a deluxe twin room and it couldn’t have been a better choice! Absolutely would visit again! Thank you for a brilliant experience. Staff are so friendly and service was brilliant

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira was a great hotel with wonderful staff and a great pool - the urban garden was lovely too

The pool smells a lot like chlorine and all spa too. After going to spa and using normal shower after, all your body and skin smell like chlorine. Parking at hotel is 20 euro per day

Stayed here as a family of 3, paid extra for a pool view and stayed half board

The Costa de Bravo, I recommend not regret it smartly clean gently does not hurt anyone

We arrived around 11am and had to wait til 1pm for the room which was no issue, when going into the room we noticed it was only set for 2 people, went to reception and they sent someone in to set up the child’s bed

We stayed October half term so the outdoor pool was cold, but the small outdoor jacuzzi was okay to use, you had to book the indoor pool which we did but found they let to many in at a time which become overcrowded

There was a small out dated gym, but fine. The food was okay, breakfast was the same every morning, dinner seemed to be fish every night, and my 8yr old lived on plain pasta and chips not much for kids

This is a great hotel with nice location, friendly and helpful staff plus awesome small pool on the roof top. Room was large and with large wall mounted TV

We stay at this property for 3 nights. It’s located in the heart of the city and you can walk to every place from there. Lot of food options close by, convenience stores in the vibrant of Barcelona

The front staff is very friendly and helpful with the guest. At the entrance they have water and cava (Spanish version of champagne) for the guests

Plenty space in the rooms with great amenities, clean rooms and a great place to rest after a long day in the city

I stayed at Hotel Jazz Barcelona from November 28th to 30th, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—central, safe, and within walking distance of many key attractions, shops, and restaurants

Fantastic location. The rooms with balconies were very spacious and spotless. Dinner was a little underwhelming, but breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety. The staff were okay.

( Don't try and take it out the restaurant though 😅). Staff were amazing and Friendly. Carles at the pool was very nice and friendly. Deserves a medal working in that heat. And as for Danae on reception

The pool was great, but the buffet was absolutely terrible (0/1000). The entertainment and pool staff were very friendly. However, one of the bar staff and a front desk agent came across as very tense, almost rude

Clean hotel but a bit run down, lots of damaged things in the bathroom, the balcony window isn't insulated, the entrance door isn't sturdy, it barely moves and you can see us, the rooms aren't insulated at all, you can hear everything! The pool is small considering the number of rooms in this hotel

I have just completed a week stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing stay. The rooms are clean, the quality of food is good and the staff there is very nice

We had breakfast included which was a very nice buffet. The facilities are great (gym, spa, pool) and the location is perfect in the centre of Pineda, next to the beach and trainstation (1 hour train to Barcelona)

My mom and I stayed here for 8 days and had a really good time! We got a swimming Pool view when we actually booked the land view. We had one of the corner rooms so we saw the see, mountains and swimming pool

The staff is super friendly, and answered all our questions. We initially had a comfort room, but it was a bit hot and we wanted a bath, so we were able to change to the exclusive room, which was absolutely amazing

The whole hotel was clean, our room was tidied daily, and the beds were made up nicely. If we had any questions, the reception staff were always there to help

The evening entertainment wasn’t always our style, but the performance by Miki Covers on the last night really stood out, that guy is a born entertainer! His show was the perfect ending to a fantastic holiday

We spent 7 days at the hotel and it was just perfect for our trip to Barcelona. The location was perfect, not too busy yet really great selection of restaurants, coffee, shopping, markets very very close by

The staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large in comparison to other Europe hotel rooms, plenty of room for storage, nice bathroom and products. Beds were very comfortable and quiet at night

It would be great to have a tiny chair in the hallway to take my shoes on/off, and a shoe spoon would also help with it

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great, the best of many hotels I have been to. Breakfast is optional but is complete. You can order eggs or an omelette and they will make it for you immediately

The hotel is located in the center of Salou. Both the service and facilities are impeccable. The room is large, the bed is also large, there is a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine, and the restaurant is also good.

It is a clean and quiet hotel. I had a good rest in a spacious and comfortable room, which is rare to see in a resort.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway. The room is large enough with a private bathroom. The hotel service is very good. They even gave me a bottle of wine for free after learning it was my birthday.

staff are kind and speak some english drinks are reasonably priced (large sangria and a corona for €8) breakfast has options for us fussy eaters, (vegetarian options) dinner was fabulous with lots of english foods! the pool is way better than the pictures

they don’t do it justice and it has been updated! the sun loungers are so comfy but get there early as there are wars… you can usually always find a space local shop carrefour VERY near by, cheap! up at the rooftop bar is a load of gorgeous sunloungers where you can relax! there is no lack of space to relax! music plays and there is live entertainment on the evenings housekeepers come every day...

Really friendly hotel could not do enough for you …food was good not to my taste but very good selection…..very clean….central location all in all a fab holiday will go back 🩷🩷

even in the little shops here we have just been met with kindness, i speak only basic spanish as i am still learning and everyone was very encouraging but also speak pretty much fluent english! con: doesn’t seem to be anywhere to get cold water or drinkable water for free (they seem to be capitalising off the fact you are hot, we payed €3 for two cups of ice and €3 for a bottle of cold water at dinner...

Otherwise the location is excellent on the edge of town and great views from the pool, which opened whenever they feel like it and the bell tower from the church was relaxing

Had a very nice time here last December. The place was very nice the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good if you want to visit Barcelona on foot.

I only stayed one night, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Excellent location, central and very close to the bus station.

One of the best hotels, I've ever stayed. Good location, delicious breakfast with enough variety and lots of small details that make your stay much more pleasant, like complimentary water in a fridge and beach towel

The hotel has a great location, 5 min walk from Arc de Triomf and about 20 min from Plaça de Catalunya. Stayed there for 4 nights and the room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed every morning

The cleaning service was excellent. I added breakfast for one day, and it was a perfectly decent and enjoyable meal. I highly recommend La Higuera, a restaurant and pub right in front of the hotel that stays open late

The only thing that could be improved would be darker curtains, but otherwise, everything was superb. The breakfast was delicious and complete, a buffet-style breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Check in is weird when the guy behind reception asks you to scan a qr code and enter your details there instead of just doing it himself. I mean I’m standing front of you. Room was clean, location good

Stayed here for the 2nd year running absolutely lovely hotel excellent staff well situated easy access to shops , bars and restaurants bus station 10 minute walk went to Tosa De Mar and Blanes well worth a visit

Should you wish for more lively entertainment, the main ***** of Lloret is a short walk away. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday

Didn’t use upstairs pool area this time because no parasols and weather was 30degrees each day. There is shade area to rear of pool area to use but not sunbed area. Bedroom has large wardrobe and shower room perfect

Lovely small pool with a limited amount of sunbeds on the 7th floor but it has a pool bar too with plenty of seating

We had fantastic food for lunch dinner and breakfast, nest to the pool and the amazing views of Girona's landscape. Perfect for relaxing and catch up with old friends

The resorts facilities are very good, pool, gym, good bar and restaurant and small shop. Easy parking and comfortable beds

The resort is really an aparthotel (flats with separate entrances). Common areas like reception, swimmming pool, loundry room, small shop and others available

Location of resort is very well organized. You can reach in front of your apartment by car. This makes the transfer of luggages pretty easy. Next to the resort there is a very nice golf club

We have visited Mas Nou twice and this place i very relaxing. As golf players, it is perfect to have Golf d'Aro close. We can also recommend Empordà Golf

The food was very good, with different dishes every day. We got the room facing the pool, which has the nicest view. The downside is that the party is VERY loud and right next to our room

Firstly, the rooms were cleaned at a surface level with hairs left on the bed and pillows, stains on the ‘fresh’ towels, and even used pimple patches supposedly left by pervious guests

Excellent hotel, would very happily return some day. Awesome food, super nice service, room was great, slept well, also gym was nice. Great location next to a pharmacy and bus stop

Only thing I would change that breakfast and dinner would last longer, they ended 10:30 and 21:30, and I like to sleep until late

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week at the end of September. For the most part the hotel was nice however there were a few instances that didn’t live up to standard and caused unnecessary stress

The housekeepers themselves were standoffish and we felt like an inconvenience to them. Secondly, the food wasn’t great. There was a lack of variety especially when it came to breakfast

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful resort.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From check in, baggage handlers, cleaning staff, concierge. The day staff at the restaurant and pool were specifically amazing and helpful/accommodating/fun

It is actually very grand on the outside when you see the wonderful architecture. The rooms are very nice and modern. The service is way better than the normal European standard at hotels
