Buffet was brilliant. Pools were clean and easy access to the park. Definitely recommend

We stayed at this hotel with our family as we visited Port Aventura park. The hotel bed linen smelled very bad and the towels in the shower were not extremely clean as someone would expect

An amazing adventure park compared to American amusement parks. This one was large, clean and well maintained! Rides were fun but I do recommend buying the PortAventura Express pass to skip the lines!

Very, very nice place for family with kids but not only. If you plan to come, buy entrance at least for 6 days. We all had so much fun.

Place is great but I had to give only 4 stars because all the good rides are closed due to a wind concern. There are a few super high rides that make sense to be closed, but there were a few that could have been opened

He is an absolute credit to your team. Wonderful people lovely rooms and atmosphere. Food was really great although the dining room can be very busy at times, we paid for full board and was so worth it

If you’re working with a budget don’t pass this place up it’s worthy of more than 3 stars

Something unheard of there was always space at the pool a spare sun lounger or two. They also have some very good night shows

The staff are beyond incredible my partner was feeling under the weather one dinner time and I came down to have some dinner the gentleman who works in the restaurant Alex, noticed my partner wasn’t with me and he let me take up some food up to the room for him

Hotel is family friendly, 90 percent of guests are families with children, it might be good or bad depending on your family status) so all the entertainments are kids friendly, bingo, kids disco and so on

The pool was clean and rather large. There were plenty of sunbeds, tables and chairs and music by the pool. We opted for half board, which included breakfast with dinner. There was the option to have lunch instead

The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. There were paid spa services and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very, very generous

The room doors were heavy, so there was a lot of loud door slamming. But if you close the door gently, it doesn't lock, so make sure you check before leaving. Rooms were made everyday, and conveniently during breakfast

It was a little further away from the beach, which made it very good value. My room happened to be in front of the lift, so it was a little noisy. It was clean, spacious and with a balcony

Food was buffet style, which varied. Except for the pasta, everything was very tasty

Lovely room that was cleaned daily. Our room faced the busy road but the noise outside was not a problem at all. Only negative was the walls are very thin and you can hear what's going on next door

the food is so great! everyone is nice and I loved the atmosphere. Maybe apartments aren't that perfect but food, pool etc. does it all for me. Recommended

Its nice hotel to spend time in, its 2 minutes of walk to beach and 5 minutes of walk to shop. There are 2 pools outdoors and 1 indoor. They have also 2 bars, 2 tables for billard 3 PC`s (you have to pay to use them)

Clean and friendly staff. Slightly dated but great value for money.

Wifi isn`t free, you have to pay 1€ per day. In every room there is bathroom without lock in door. You can always open doors to room from inside, but from outside you have to use key to open it

Rooms look like they're dirty (white walls became gray), CRT TVs, no Wi-Fi rooms (you need to pay for password), Wi-Fi In the lobby is REALLY slow, food tastes like it's cooked in a microwave

But not a place for wonderful holidays. Breakfast really poor, nobody knows what are their cheese and ham made of, look and taste as plastic. Dinners are better, but nothing to speak about

Amazing stay here 😍 was very unsure due to some of the comments HOWEVER ignore these! Staff are lovely (clearly people don’t have a sense of humour or don’t understand the Spanish humour) Room was gorgeous! Clean and very modern! The whole attire was beautiful and views were amazing

Large comfortable bed, perfect temperature so slept like a baby. Couldn’t fault the room overall, lots of tv channels tea/coffee making facilities. Room cleaned and bed made daily

At the edge of city but only a fifteen minute metro ride and nearest station is only meters away

I got the impression that the operations of this hotel are well managed, even in the peak of this busy season. Cleanliness is well looked after by the housekeeping, the pool was open and clean

The hotel was nice but the facilities close pretty early at 7pm. They don't allow for anything to be brought into the hotel from the shops especially for and drinks. Room was quite nice but the sink was a bit clogged

Rooms are pretty good, enough for someone who is not looking for something extra fancy, they have enough space, the bathroom is clean and the balcony is good for 2-3 people to be comfortable

Before visiting, we did have a quick glance of the reviews again, which we did before booking and it seemed okay. Some mixed, however we chose to not worry (as it was already booked) and we were glad we did

Food was reasonable, but we felt could have been varied more day to day, however you get what you pay for and we certainly got our moneys worth

The food is amazing, every day is something different, also good for someone who is looking to get full, plates are clean, there are so many different foods to pick from appetizers to desserts

Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and urge people to ignore the poor reviews!

For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel for families or those with small children, or anyone that is a light sleeper. The pools were great and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a highlight of the holiday

The front desk ladies Rosa and Ariadna were wonderful they upgraded our room to a family apartment suite. This room was nice but the bathroom still smelt like sewage, and the floor panels moved

We then requested a different room, we were shown three rooms all of them that their own issues moving floors, broken toilets, and the smell of sewage

First arrived and the room we were given had broken floors that would slide, the toilet was broken, and the window was broken and would not open

When we contacted the front desk they sent maintenance who removed the window handle and left our door to the room open and the window open with no latch

We stayed in 3 different rooms, all of them very clean, the beds are so comfortable and pillows and sheets so soft! The pizza at the Bar in front of the pool was out of this world, loved it

I also love the fact that the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants shops etc. Besides the two swimming pools within the hotel, there is also Aqua splash Park,where the kids had fun throughout our stay

Big hotel in an excellent location on a quiet street but close to nightlife and the long beach. Lots of choice at meals with fresh fruit particularly plentiful. Indoor pool was a not very warm

Stayed here many times, food is great, rooms tidy and well kept, it's close to the beach, and town, but still quiet at night, pools well maintained, good entertainment and bar staff very nice

Outdoor pools were cold! Sea was warmer

We were especially pleased that the kitchen staff met our dietary needs by offering Halal Food, they even prepared a birthday cake free of charge for my daughter during breakfast, making the start of her birthday very special

Don’t be scared by all the bad reviews the hotel is clean room is basic but we weren’t in our rooms only to sleep beds were comfortable water park is class for the kids staff are friendly and we would definitely come back

Hotel was very clean inside, pool was small but nice, Room was basic but beds comfortable, food was good drink a little to strong for me but being all inclusive that was a good thing you can taste the alcohol as i’ve found this not be the case in other hotels, staff friendly & welcoming

Food was also good, we ate 3 plates every time, lot of fish, vegetables, good drinks, pizza every time. Staff in the restaurant very very helpful and nice! The hotel is not in the centre but close to beach

The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi - it's slow and the signal is bad. It was only usable in the lobby. Staff was friendly and useful. It's a bit far and uphill from the beach but it could be worse

Last stayed in 2022, have always gone out for the Catalan v Castleford fixture but I am returning on 6th may for my daughters first birthday, this hotel is perfect for anyone not wanting break the bank, I would ignore all the negative comments these are the kind of people who shop at Iceland and expect Mark's & Spencers

Rooms are simple, but exactly as on the photos. No elevator to the pool though, had to carry the stroller last bit by hand. But it’s not worth it, the pool is very basic and rather outdated

Every day there was something arranged for kids, be it mermaid party, flowers party, pool activities, mini disco in the evening, arts and crafts, family games and etc

One of the most magical moments was the Mermaid Day: the children got to live their dream and swim in the pool for a few minutes in a real mermaid costume

The absolute highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment – a huge thank you to Sara and Holly, who are just incredible! With so much heart, energy and positivity, they made every single day special

From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference

We had a great stay at Hotel Don Juan Tossa! The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the beach and the town center. Our room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a lovely large terrace

Only gripe is the walls are very thin! You can hear everything ok for me as I sleep like the dead but can understand the issue. We went end of august so may be missed the crowds of kids previously mentioned

We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. The kids loved the chocolate fountain night

All in all would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere cheap! The hot tubs and sauna are a nice bonus

Food was not fantastic and room was not cleaned every day was half board so breakfast and dinner had drinks with breakfast but had to pay for drinks with dinner wasn't even water available unless you payed

👎 What Needs Improvement: Location Issues: The hotel is situated less than 20 meters from a mainline train track, which is highly visible from the swimming pool area and can be disruptive

Hotel was great staff were great ,food was great ,had the best stay and as a solo traveler was made to feel safe ,will defo go again .even rang to make sure id got my transfer saftely .staff always happy to help.

 When we checked in our room, they prepared a little surprise for my parents, a bottle of champagne, snacks, and a thank you card. The staff locked on our door and give us the surprise which was very sweet and lovely

The hotel is located in the Business Ceter and next to the Shopping Mall. It is convenient to take bus to go to City Center just for 15-20 minutes. The size is not small and we can open 2 pieces of large luggages (29")

The room was not very species after opening the silver bat, but it’s pretty enough for three people. They’re not much window view for our room

The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and whilst mostly fine, there was a day when all the beds were taken by 10am (one off). The all inclusive restaurant- definitely not the best I’ve been to

Two bars by the pool on different levels, even though one closed randomly for a few hours a day. Staff was lovely, but in general cannot give this hotel a higher rating

Some meals were tasteless, selection of chips daily and very few signs with identifying the dish- chicken paella changed into pork mid-service without a change of tag- which we were very unhappy with! On occasion there was a queue to even get into the restaurant- we gave up 10 mins later and ate out

We absolutely LOVE the Augustus Hotel - this is the 2nd time we've been (and my Mum and Dad stayed over 30 years ago). it's perfect! I can't say anything wrong with it

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Me and my fiancee visited for a week for my birthday. The staff members were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The buffet food was outstanding

Perfect trip for my fiancées birthday. We checked in gone midnight and they took pasta salads, bread rolls, fruit and bottled water to the room without us asking which was much appreciated

Staff brought sweets and a voucher for Prosecco to our room for my partner on his birthday too. The location is right by the beach and lots of food, bars and activities close by

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Sagrada Familia. It's very convenient for getting around.

The location is very prime, with cafes and restaurants lining the streets downstairs and the Sagrada Familia just 10-15 mins away

We were there during the black-out, which was a massive stress test for any help worthy of its name. They handled it extremely well, and we were treated in the kindest way possible

As such, the rooftop view sports an amazing landscape view of the city, featuring a close up of the Sagrada Familia

The staff were very kind and helpful, accommodating us when we arrived late in the night, and giving us detailed recommendations on where to find food, helping us greatly with many other various inquiries

The rooftop bar was a nice surprise—perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Only downside was that the pool area can get crowded in the afternoon

Don’t miss out on the view from the rooftop. My only issue would be the pool was pretty cold but outside of that, everything was wonderful. I would without a doubt stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona

I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Barcelona. The lobby is stunning and gives a luxury vibe right away. My room was modern, spotless, and had an incredibly comfortable bed

I can highly recommend the penthouse rooms. Mine looked amazing with a high ceiling. But especially the view i had was breathtaking. My room was facing the swimming pool and i could see the sea and the mountains
