30 very clean rooms comfortable beds and lovely helpful cleaning staff Unfortunately the walls are paper thin you could hear everything in the next room and if you happen to get young people beside you it can be really loud so we ended up getting ear plugs which did the trick you can’t really swim in the pool as it’s not quite 5ft at the deep end but it’s great place to get cool Location was great...

You could also borrow beach or pool towels for a €15 deposit, which you got back at check-out. Overall, we think the hotel offered good value for the money, and we’d happily recommend it

The staff is friendly, communicates well in English, and especially, breakfast is served from 8:00 to 1:30! Check-in and check-out procedures are simple. It's a new hotel, so it's clean and cute

tent was close to the beach and served an amazing free breakfast brunch all morning! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The corridors were noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us

For city-centered sightseeing, the perfect location! Cons: It gets noisy if someone is talking on the balcony. There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room

However there’s plenty of excellent places to go out for dinner nearby. The pools were excellent, especially the rooftop pool and bar, a very modern area - especially at night

I’ve been here twice and I’ve never been disappointed. This time, we stayed in a very large and spacious suite with a pool view, and there were incredible shows every evening

Hotel Olympus Palace is a stunning hotel in a great location, myself and my girlfriend 19+18 year old travelled on our first holiday together from the UK and were a bit put off by reviews before we travelled, but I have hardly and complaints about this place and would 100% come back again

Only small complaint i had was with the buffet being a bit cold but can definitely get resolved, and also if you are looking for a long lie in you might be awoken by the cleaners by scraping some furniture along the floor nearby - usually 9am, but we were usually up by then

For any of yous who look at reviews and get put off by the “not for british people” and not for “younger couples” we did not find our experience like that at all… Hotel Olympus Palace, 5 stars - and hope to see you again next year

The hotel was amazing so clean and the food was excellent with a great variety. I'd like to give a special mention to Susanna the receptionist who was very kind and helpful and made a difficult time for us so much easier

The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast service, which felt a little lacking compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a lovely and peaceful place to stay, and I would happily return

I was in a little bit of distress as my phone would not charge so another lady (Sandra?) said no problem and offered me a charger I could use for my stay. This made me feel so at ease as I could now relax

That is me not even mentioning how great the inner yard view is when you're taking your morning coffee)) And make sure to check out the rooftop! Loved to sit there with my PC and work

Adam at reception is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. Carlos and Oumou from the bar are also very friendly, welcoming and hard working and Carlos will tell other non English speaking staff what you want

This is our 2nd holiday at this hotel in the last year. The hotel itself is in a great location right next to the beach and close to shops. It's clean and tidy throughout

The service is top notch, tasty food, rooms clean every day with replacement of towels. ~50 meters to the beach, the beach is clean (a small pebble)

Pool and slides area really good however limited space when busy, you'd struggle to get a sunbed with a good spot. Big problem is the bloody pigeons, even inside the bar area

This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds

The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections

Not a bad hotel, few little issues with the food, always check chicken is cooked properly before eating, couple of times we went in for lunch and dinner, chicken wasn't cooked through, slightly under cooked, I prefer chicken well done

I recommend this place for a 2-3 night stay anytime. Do not play Golf but still had a great time, drinks are good and if you need a little of the town (a couple of KM away) you can always do it

Great place to disconnect, 5 star resort and everything you need to disconnect from the area. Service was great and it does the job. Rooms specially the upgrade suites have awesome views

Airy space, well presented rooms and lovely staff. We didnt eat main meals here, only breakfast and light lunches but always of a high standard. My only quibble would be the incessant pop music poolside

Just returned from family holiday and had a lovely time. Complex is large so lots of walking between pools and/or bars. It was busy and there's the usual race for sunbeds in the morning but the facilities are great

There's no sound insulation in the room, and on Saturday there was karaoke at the hotel—held outdoors by the pool area—making it impossible to sleep. Aside from that, everything else was impeccable

These are possibly the friendliest and most helpful people they could have. The spa located in the basement was also one of the highlights of our stay, with a range of amenities like various pools, hot tubs, saunas etc

The pool was always clean and it was always relaxing to be around the pool aswell. Although we didn't visit the gym or indoor spa we have no doubt it was also exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel

Very well located, being near beach, train station, street with shops. Pool in shade in morning, so water a bit chilly, but warmed up quite a bit when in the sun in afternoon. Poolside drinks service a bonus

Our room was sea view which we liked, but didn’t even gave a kettle or coffee machine, which we asked for and were provided with a kettle. The swimming pool is clean, but is only open 8am-8pm, which is inconvenient

They were very bright individuals always thinking ahead and the kitchen was run wonderfully, the cheer when helping me get a table and selecting food was very nice. They have a gift for hospitality

I needed advice about what to do and how to get there, they helped me rent a bicycle and made sure in a very polite way I knew the regulations and how the city worked

This hotel is even better than the Marriott I stayed at before; the room keys are made of wood, which makes it feel high-end, reliable, and offers great value for money

First time in Salou, stayed here three nights early October, would happily stay at this hotel again, no problems at all.

NEGATIVE: the kitchen and the food!!!! That was ridiculous, and for a hotel from the Best Hotels group it is also SHAMEFUL!!! The breakfast was very very poor, and it was terrible that only one person works on the large 10 meter grill, and to get a simple omelette you have to wait 20 minutes

terrible!!! On the main table only 1-2 types of main course. The first type is meat, sometimes delicious, sometimes not, and the second type was the same every day, DISGUSTING fish in sauce

I was there 4 last nights untill it was closed for the end of the season. Food was good and not only cold as someone wrote. Everything is good with this hotel and I'm looking forward to return there next year

Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am

Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day and during evenings poolside with decent priced bar. Decent lifts in hotel, totally accessible throughout

The only thing to keep in mind is that if your room faces the pool, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to the music, so going to bed early might be tricky

Hotel Best San Francisco stay Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day

Yes it's basic but it's also cheap! Breakfast continental, don't expect full English in Spain!! But there is something for everyone. I didn't like the hot breakfast so had lots of toast & fruit

NO AC!!! BEWARE! our family could not sleep at all the room was consistently between 26 and 28 degree celsius even it’s in January when outside is like 5 degrees, the hotel should have noted they have AC or ventilation problem so travelers can decide respectfully

While admittedly not cheap, this is a historic building that once hosted The Beatles, and it's in a very central location, just a few hundred meters' walk from Casa Batlló and El Corte Inglés

They had technician checked and cleaned the filters, we opened windows in the bedroom and living room (no use) Room was still hot, they end up providing 2 not-too-strong fans and managed to add circulation to the rooms

The only slight disappointment was the pool, which is much smaller than it appears in the photos, and the gym area is also quite compact

For breakfast, they offered fresh-squeezed juice, Nesquik, and even decaf coffee capsules! Slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and all other amenities were readily available, and the room was spacious

Looking at google reviews it’s obvious this was not a “one off” incident apparently it’s been an ongoing issue dated even 5 yrs ago. We brought a baby monitor and you can see the temp on the little screen

We used the pool area most afternoons and it was generally very quiet. The hotel is popular with groups so the restaurant tables are allocated to these groups. If you are a couple its sometimes difficult to get a table

Nice breakfast but above all a top staff. We arrived very late and receptionist was waiting outside to welcome us and guide us to the parking Space
