I specifically checked out the 173 Rooftop on the top floor – it's a fantastic spot for an evening, with great views and delicious food that didn't disappoint at all

Every staff member was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and welcoming. It had a unique, intriguing character and a luxurious ambiance that felt both grand and intimate

The hotel is very conveniently located for getting around, with taxis often parked right outside the entrance. The room was also very spacious.

The rooftop terrace had a superb view, perfect for enjoying cityscapes and relaxing with a drink. The hotel's public areas were grandly designed, and the cleanliness and maintenance lived up to InterContinental standards

Their professionalism and sincerity demonstrated their care for guests, and their responsible spirit is truly admirable. Though the outcome was a bit disappointing, I genuinely felt their efforts

The service was professional and attentive; both the concierge and front desk staff were responsive and paid attention to details. Breakfast offered a rich selection and consistent quality

If you turn right out of the hotel and keep walking to the very end you get to the water park and more shops. Also there is the bus stop in short walking distance to go to tarragona , cambrills or Salou

We didn’t use the indoor pool (extra charge for this ) as we were blessed with great weather

I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was staying in this area, great customer service, great location and had everything I needed. We also did the paddle board which we enjoyed

You can buy a bus card with 10 trips for about €12 which does the whole family. When you get on the bus you just tap it for the number of tickets required

The slides for the older children were okay and still open at the end of October. The place is also kept very clean. It’s a short walk from the beach

Parking was great and safe at the back of the hotel. Nice pool and bathing area, as well as a well equipped gym

Hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were ultra friendly, nothing was too much. Hotel is 30 minute to town, but getting the bikes from the hotel, made it really easy

The only transportation options are walking, waiting for the bus for half an hour, and taking a taxi for ten euros. If you don’t drive by yourself, don’t consider it

A very resort-like hotel with comfortable facilities and rooms However, it is half an hour's walk from Xiaoju, and there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby

(The hotel can rent an electric scooter for 20 euros for two hours without a lock. Everything else is good, you won’t be disappointed👌

Breakfast is good, lots of choice. Staff are lovely, the guy poolside could do with some help though, he does everything. Only complaint is the noise from other guests

Amazing hotel honestly, so clean and very well laid out. Room we booked was amazing, super cosy. Rooftop pool was wonderful, the hotel breakfast was fantastic too I rate it 100/10 and will most definitely be back!

Everything seemed like an inconvenience for them. I preferred the cold options. Pool area - I can't believe there were no parasols in the heat

Tapas & drinks are available for free all day & the wonderful staff including Luisa & Gustavo handled my various requests immediately- something not possible downstairs, as this is an extremely busy hotel also catering to corporate bookings

Absolutely gorgeous high-rise building (28 or 29 floors) packed full of amenities. Pretty restaurant downstairs, fantastic cocktails at the upstairs restaurant/bar, terrific spa amenities & especially staff

Fantastic hotel excellent service especially Antonio in the level checkin. He was amazing and couldn’t recommend enough such a deserving young man who made our stay perfect and special

Only minor complaint are the light switches were believe or not very confusing and you had to figure out how they worked. It was like a secret code lol

There are no Uber taxis here and the local taxis are more expensive than other parts of Spain, I’d say twice as expensive but the bus is a very cheap way to get about

Absolutely fantastic hotel,the rooms are spotless all the staff were fantastic entertainment 10 out of 10,and the food is litrualy amazing!ohh and the the pool on the roof terrace and the summit terrace bar is litrualy spectacular,it's luxury is a I personally think this hotel should be a 5*

There’s a pizza restaurant straight across the road that does take away pizzas and today we tried the gluten free one, it was delicious so I recommend going sometime

I travelled with my teen and felt very safe. I wish that I’d booked for two weeks but we will definitely be back again soon

Soo basically what there saying anything of value left out eg, phones laptops shoes ,trainers watches game consoles expensive clothes etc etc,pretty much everything should be locked in a tiny safe when we leave the room

and when we reported it to reception they investigated it but the cleaning staff just denied it. The receptions solution to the problem was we you should put all valuables in the safe

A very high quality hotel situated in an advantageous location for a wide choice of options to visit. We were able to walk to most of the features attractions - La Pedrera, Sagrada Familia to name only two

I wouldn't recommend this room type if you don't need fresh air, as the room is quite cramped. The cleanliness, however, was excellent, though every time I stepped out of the elevator, I noticed a distinct hospital smell

Adam at reception is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. Carlos and Oumou from the bar are also very friendly, welcoming and hard working and Carlos will tell other non English speaking staff what you want

This is our 2nd holiday at this hotel in the last year. The hotel itself is in a great location right next to the beach and close to shops. It's clean and tidy throughout

The service is top notch, tasty food, rooms clean every day with replacement of towels. ~50 meters to the beach, the beach is clean (a small pebble)

The facilities are very new, and the pool is ideal for children. Parking is available in the blue zone next to the hotel

My only complaint is that I booked half-board and they wouldn't let me change dinner for lunch. I thought that was a bad idea; they finally changed it, but it was a struggle 😂

Check-in was very slow, and there was a long wait at reception. A 10/10 room! Choose a room with a terrace. Dinner and breakfast were 9/10! I loved the Asian dinner and that drinks were included

Anyone moaning about that really needs to get a life and ask yourself how many staff at English hotels can speak Spanish!! If you want all the staff to speak English, why not go on holiday to Blackpool?!! Among other things, the staff were really helpful with arranging a taxi when we wanted to go for a day trip to Barcelona However, the real joy of Blanes is the sandy beach which stretches for a well...

You also had pools at both hotels - outdoors at both and another indoors - not that we wanted that one in August!!! The hotel staff were lovely. Some spoke English, others didn't but it wasn't a problem

Very good hotel, good food, good staff, never had this variety of food. Special thanks to Faycal and Hamza and the chef. Very good people at our service. I will not hesitate to come back next year

The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner is excellent. Staff all helpful and very friendly. Tony looked after my daughter for glutenfree options. The entertainment was very good

We enjoyed our stay here this summer. It was so close to the beach and being joined with the hotel over the road meant you had double the amount of activities to choose from if you wanted that

In addition there are plenty of cafes and bars along the seafront, especially near to the town and a trip on the land train is well worth it

There was a double balcony but the entrance to half of it was blocked by a fake wall. It was noisy, with the balcony overlooking the neighbouring hotel with loud air conditioning units

The pool was nice and there was free parking nearby. It was a short walk to restaurants and the beach

We think people expect too much, & for a 3☆ food & drink was good, not only did we not leave feeling hungry, we didn't go in hungry, as well fed from previous visit. For an all inclusive holiday, it was great value

Booked this last minute as a place to sleep for an extra night. Was cheap and hostess was friendly, would return for a stay longer than 12 hours.

A great hotel for the pool, sunshine and spa I booked Hotel Anabel to take advantage of the pool, the spa and it's proximity to the beach. My room was better than I expected with a balcony to relax on

I had the BEST STAY! The breakfast was decent every morning, the room was quiet, the bed was so comfy, cleaners would clean the room every day. There's also a safe to put your things into if you leave the hotel

50€ for breakfast and 15€ for lunch/ dinner per person if they aren't included in your reservation. I really missed the scrambled eggs during the breakfast. Despite of these small nuances, still giving 5 stars

The only downside is the artificial grass in pool area which was dirty and unpleasant To walk on. The sun loungers need replacement as well. My son loved the kids club tho

Showering was difficult, because I had to pay attention to not overflow the whole wetroom with water. This was the point of my disappointment. The hotel it's well located, but in a more quiet area

A pleasant stay We stayed 6 nights as a family. The personel was helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious

But not cheap if you travel ex-package. Only downside was pricey unsecured parking. Fantastic location, just by the sea

We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Blaumar in Salou. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, which made for a really comfortable stay

Nicely laid out and well oriented, with nice spacious rooms, but please note I took the suite option with balcony terrace, so please check your room choice. Buffet wasn't just varied, it was well presented and prepared

Some of the reviews mentioning lots of children surprised me as the hotel has a swimming pool specifically designed for young kids, so it’s naturally popular with families and there is the expected level of lively, happy noise that comes with that

We stayed at Hotel Best Sol d’or on the 21st September for 10 nights as a family of 4 plus my mum! We were quite worried after reading some bad reviews but honestly we need not have worried at all! The hotel is beautiful, really nicely decorated and we found everything to be really clean

The food was good with a decent variety, which worked well for both adults and children. Snacks available at the bar under the all-inclusive package were a bit limited, but still perfectly fine overall

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything, and the local businesses in the area were also lovely and welcoming

The rooms were fairly basic, but they were spotlessly clean, which was the most important thing for us when travelling with young children

They really do a fair effort to be a 4 🌟 hotel. And they're making it. Still some issues to improve, like the quality of the shows and better management of the pool. But they're in the good path.

We didn't stay here, but we got fantastic help from the resepsionist when our bus to the airport newer showed up. He ordered a taxi for us, and waited outside with us until the taxi arrived

He spoke with the taxi driver that he had to drive as fast as possible to the airport, because the driver didn't speak English, and we don't speak Spanish

Hi! I recently stayed at Hotel Riviera and I wanted to ask if you could help me. There was a beautiful kids animator working at the lower pool, she was amazing with the children

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we had food in the restaurant in the front of the hotel. Food was lovely and cooked freshly. In the night time we drank in the hotel bar, the drinks were very well priced

Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool

Zero noise through the night, very comfortable bed and plenty of comfy pillows, has a great pool which is rare in a big city, lovely staff, breakfast buffet is spot on and great location for the Ramblas and metro and buses

We could not have been happier! We booked a Superior room, but were silently upgraded to a Deluxe room with a view of the pool and the courtyard. The room was quite large, beautifully renovated, with a great bathroom

You were able to swap lunch and dinner around so the nights we were going out for food we just had our lunch there which was good too. There were maids coming in the room everyday to clean up and provide fresh towels

Always plenty to eat with good variety. Sometimes food not as warm as I would like (I like food roasting hot). there is a microwave behind counter for use. Area around pool cleaned every morning

Plenty of beds no matter what time of day. Pool parasols & stands could really be doing with getting replaced. We bought our own Parsol for approx €12. Pool attendants no bother at all

You are allowed Floaties/pool noodles/balls etc. When pool gets quite busy they asked you not to use very large floaties, which is understandable. Salou is a beautiful resort with lots to do if you want

Pool area was neat and tidy , not very big but good enough for a decent swim, they also did a variety of activities everyday and also disco nights every night and sometimes even some live singers

I am a fussy eater but every meal there was something for me. My wife was 65 while we were there and appreciated the card and sweets in the room and enjoyed her 2 glasses of prosecco

Our first visit here but won't be our last hopefully. Registration on arrival was handled very efficiently. All staff were very helpful throughout the hotel,all deserve high praise

However, there are some negatives that I would like to point out including the food in the all inclusive, the actual food itself such as quality was brilliant however there wasn’t much variety at all, main things they consistently had was just pasta salad and chips, I feel like this could have been on a more wider scale

They have wide selection of drinks as well from soft drinks to cocktails. They have only one beer on draft which was Estrella , however it is a good choice

To top of my review I had an amazing time with my partner however if you like what you like you may find it hard to grab a meal certain days x
