The rooms are extremely dated and look like they haven’t seen a refurbishment in decades. In my room, the wardrobe door wouldn’t close and the heating didn’t work at all
The central location is also a big win, right in the heart of the city and perfect for getting around. That said, the hotel itself feels noticeably tired
2) The room was very worn in general; things like the carpet were very old and stained and there was dirt and dust inside the minibar fridge. 3) The spa facility was tiny and not entirely functional
Le Méridien Barcelona is a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, the service is genuinely lovely - warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay
you may need to bring a swimsuit tho, if not, you can just wrap around with a big towel. the shower booth was so satisfying as the water pressure was strong and spacious with two water source (rainfall and from the hose)
close to the attractions and market metro etc. the walls are thin tho, I got my ear plugs so it was fine. They have dry and stram sauna on the 6th floor, used it every night. small but super clean and quiet

If you're on a business trip, getting to the city center will take some time
Hotel is slightly far from the main attraction but room with good view
The room was clean and comfortable, with a sea view from the window that was relaxing both morning and evening. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient
The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and transportation. However, some facilities are a bit dated, and the soundproofing isn't great
The service was excellent, but the sea view from the lower floor was partially obstructed. Overall, my stay at this sea-view hotel was quite good
Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for a short vacation or business trip

We also encountered a surprising €15 deposit per towel at the spa, which felt excessive
Really nice ,staff really friendly and helpful, really clean, and good food . And Mireia and Toni really helpful and nice ,all the staff it was nice. Thank you
Plenty of sunbeds as there is a roof top area that has different types of sunbeds and also tables and chairs Super friendly staff including one guy in the restaurant (didn't get his name) who kept me supplied with watermelon (even after I'd left the restaurant, he bought me some to a side door
Great food from the poolside bar Generous sized rooms (and balconies) which have a kettle and fridge. Shower was amazing, and didn't drop temperature which can sometimes happen
Beautiful decor including a couple of old cars 3 pools to choose from including a salt water indoor pool, which altho not warm, was definitely warmer than the outside one
The rooms were a great size, plenty of storage and the balcony was a great size overlooking the outdoor pool
The meat revolves around pork cooked differently instead of other meat alternatuves that would better suit most guests from all backgrounds
Overall I had a great experience and will definitely try come back! Would recommend :-)
Great hotel for 3 stars. The modern rooms. Good food. With pleasure will come here again!
Great hotel in my opinion, No complaints on my end
The decor was great, the rooms were clean & comfy, the WiFi worked great & overall the location was accessible to many different food places/clubs/beaches etc…
Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the food options
Would have liked some light background music but appreciate that’s not for everyone. Two entertainers going around the pool who seemed very friendly and not pushy or over powering

If you turn right out of the hotel and keep walking to the very end you get to the water park and more shops. Also there is the bus stop in short walking distance to go to tarragona , cambrills or Salou
We didn’t use the indoor pool (extra charge for this ) as we were blessed with great weather
I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was staying in this area, great customer service, great location and had everything I needed. We also did the paddle board which we enjoyed
You can buy a bus card with 10 trips for about €12 which does the whole family. When you get on the bus you just tap it for the number of tickets required
The slides for the older children were okay and still open at the end of October. The place is also kept very clean. It’s a short walk from the beach
I have included a picture from my balcony which shows how close the slides, big pool and slides are close together as this is not clear on jet2 website. Kids play area and paddle courts are above
Parking was great and safe at the back of the hotel. Nice pool and bathing area, as well as a well equipped gym
Hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were ultra friendly, nothing was too much. Hotel is 30 minute to town, but getting the bikes from the hotel, made it really easy
The only transportation options are walking, waiting for the bus for half an hour, and taking a taxi for ten euros. If you don’t drive by yourself, don’t consider it
A very resort-like hotel with comfortable facilities and rooms
However, it is half an hour's walk from Xiaoju, and there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby
(The hotel can rent an electric scooter for 20 euros for two hours without a lock. Everything else is good, you won’t be disappointed👌
Beautiful scenery/ocean views, professional and friendly staff and very helpful. Many restaurants in the areas.

My only complaint here is that children over 12 are allowed with an adult but they were noisy, jumping in the pool and being a pest to be honest. Maybe this is an area which should only be for adults
Just spent a week here with my family. Great hotel and staff, food was great and the pool area and slides were great. Location was good centred between portaventura and the beach
The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well
Stayed here from 16/09 - 27/09. This room was a pool view and right above the bar, but we had no issue with noise from the entertainment. The room was clean, bathroom looked new
The walls are quite thin and we could hear our neighbours constantly, but they were pretty noisy so may not be as bad if you dont have shouting neighbours
Housekeeping was also great, you can also request things on the app and they bring it to your room (toilet roll, more shower gel etc)

The hotel is convenient for traveling to and from the airport. As the weather is clear and sunny, strolling around the streets near the hotel is also very enjoyable
Hotel is excellent, Staff is it's best advantage, but localisation is also great. Breakfast are of good variety, great quality and tastes
Very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, making us feel at ease from the very beginning. We would especially like to thank Daniel, who checked us in
Location is brilliant for access to the beach and promenade for running. Rooftop pool is excellent with good views, quite a small pool but ideal to jump in to cool off. Breakfast was good with a nice selection
The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long!
Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud
He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We can definitly recommend the experience here!

5-Star Location and Service
This an advance birthday trip of my husband and this hotel really stands tall among the competition because of the central location, price and services
Huge place with a living room and dining table. Two toilets in mine but layout is different for every apartment. Doesn’t have the usual amenities in it but you could request for it
Daily house keeping does basic keeping of bed and restock of towels. Hotel is clean and nice and along a busy shopping street near chanel dior etc
Our stay at Manesric Hotel and Spa Barcelona was truly memorable! Despite a few initial hiccups, Guillermo's exceptional service turned everything around. The historic charm of our clean rooms offered a wonderful retreat
The outstanding attention and the service we received, largely thanks to Sofia and her team, led us to happily extend our stay in Barcelona. This level of personal care is rare and truly reflects a
5-star standard
Another lovely touch is the chocolate they place on the bed every day after housekeeping — such a sweet gesture!
The location is perfect, right in the middle between the two most popular tourist areas

The hotel implements a policy to prevent sun loungers being reserved with towels. Guests respected this during our stay and it was easy to get a lounger by the pool at any time of day
We preferred to spend our days enjoying the activities by the pool. Having said I wasn’t keen on the location, it is a handy place to stay if, like us, you choose to arrive by train or fancy a day trip to Barcelona
Staff working across all service areas in the hotel were very polite, courteous and helpful. Pool and entire area of hotel always very clean, tidy and welcoming, sun beds generally always available
Great hotel with good location, near the train station and close to the beach. Very nice people working at the reception and restaurant as well, we had a wonderfull vacation and hope we will return
This did not in any way stop myself and my daughter enjoying our stay because we found all other occupants being friendly and respectful, however alternative young english folk may have found it more difficult to socialise in such an environment, had you previously been advised of this fact it could at least give the other holiday makers notes to consider and less cause to complain
My only point that maybe the travel agent could have mentioned though not a negative against the hotel is that the occupancy of the hotel was predominantly of dutch orientation and of an older clientele, average age i would guess being 65+

- The floor tiles in the hotel, especially on the upper floors, could definitely use an update. The current dark red tiles look rather awful and reminded me of an old Soviet-era clinic or hospital
And if you rotate the sign on the outside of the handle to let the cleaners know you need clean sheets and towels, etc. By the time you come back, they would have changed them, and they were brilliant
Tiny small games room downstairs in the hotel and a bar inside and outside the pool side. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available depending on the package you have
we stayed in April, hotel not very clean, upon entering the room we found make-up remover pads in the bed..., food not always excellent but the staff is very friendly, very nice heated indoor pool
In most hotels I've been all inclusive means I can just go to the bar and order anything I want to eat or drink, in the Garbi NOT EVEN a bottle of water was included on the "all-inclusive" for the kids to take to the bedroom, they basically have a treats mini menu with machine made drinks that you can only get on the pool bar, on the inside bar you get 50% discount, this is not advertised or explained...
There were 2 adults and 2 children. The food was relatively okay, but we planned to eat out anyway, so we were not stuck inside the hotel all day. Sun loungers like most holiday places

This hotel is absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend it the food caters for everyone the staff is amazing but what I noticed was everyone stayed in the hotel as the entertainment is next to none from morning till evening so much fun “ Sidney “ entertained every guest with every language she is excellent at her job, we laughted at bingo to all the quizzes right up till nighttime we will definitely...
The rooms were a great size, balcony included and an air con that came in very handy with the heat outside. The activities and entertainment throughout the week were well planned and very fun to partake in
The hotel itself is very clean and located nearby many restaurants, shops and the beach. We had an all inclusive booking, and the food served was brilliant
Sydney, one of the evening entertainment staff, was especially brilliant; full of energy, always smiling, constantly ensuring that everyone was happy and having a good time
Fantastic holiday, first one abroad with the kids. Nice place, food & drink were great, very spacious place so always somewhere to sit either at a table or a sunbed! Rooms cleaned every single day (thank you Maria Jose)
Perfect service, especially Maria in the restaurant. Always smile and very helpful. Warmly recommend to all, we will back here.
There is a bar by the pool along with pool tables, table tennis etc and served snacks all day (apart from lunch and meal times) and the staff were great!
Entertainment: The entertainment staff were the best! There were different activities around the stage and pool during the day that catered for adults and kids
Had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Best Mediterraneo, From check to check we had nothing but an amazing time, Staff were absolutely fantastic during the whole stay, fresh food always on offer throughout all the dining times during the day, we booked to stay with our 6 month at the time and came prepared with a travel crib as we had heard no cots were provided, to our surprise a Crib was all made up...
If there was one thing that could be change would just be the pool being heated slightly, granted we visited back end of September through to October so wasn't expecting baking temps but the pool was an ice block at times xD
Everything was clean and nice, room was comfortable with a balcony and chairs to sit. Swimming pool was nice and we always could find beds to lay and tan. Good in the restaurant was fine
The staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable. The hotel was clean, modern and we had a great pool view room. We didn't try the food here so I can't comment on that but the hotel in general I would highly recommend
Overall would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a budget friendly hotel with excellent services and amazing facilities will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks to all the hotel staff

This was a massive downfall for us tbh. Other than this let down the holiday was really good definitely recommend this hotel and pool facilities
There is a luggage room downstairs if your checking out before your transfer. The rest of the hotel is very modern and the pools are very well maintained, clean and checked very regularly
Towels are for adults only, they don't give towels for children. We had multiple issues with the room card key not working and having to be recoded by reception. The food was quite okay, however really bland
But when at the pool the simple things like ham toasties or burger/hotdogs and chips , along with drinks. They kind of made up for it during the day at the pool or in the evening before going out
Service at hotel was really good , rooms clean and tidy every day ! Local to many shops within walking distance. Bad points Spanish, German, French foreign visitors were very rude
Starting with the room - the beds were very firm but are generously sized, bigger than a single but not as big as double. The room was clean and serviceable, but there were some age-related marks on the walls and ceiling

Exceeded expectations, my favorite hotel during my European trip.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights over the new year. Everything was exceptional and it looks according to pictures. The staff were always friendly
We had a wonderful stay at Torre Melina, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from Camila K. When our daughter fell ill with a fever and the flu, Camila stepped in to save the day
This hotel sets a new standard for luxury and hospitality. We’ll definitely be booking our return soon — thank you again to Camilla, Ruth, and the entire Torre Melina Gran Meliá team for an amazing stay
The beautiful swimming pool in the picture belongs to the club next door, and it costs 75 euros per person. I was deceived by the picture. I probably won't stay here next time. The transportation is inconvenient
From extra room service to genuine emotional support, her empathy made all the difference. We felt so taken care of despite the language barrier. Thank you, Camila, for your kindness and efficiency!
Central location with a generous sized room. The pool area is not fully exposed to the sun ( until later in the day) so lots of choice for a sunbed
One of my favourite places. Place is so much suited to all age groups. My kids love the place. Food option is always amazing, staff so friendly. Hotel is literally less than 150 meters away from beach and local markets.
Excellent confort and friendly attention. Super check in and check out. Very recommended. Very nice breakfast and high quality
Lovely hotel just off the main promenade. Food is above the normal standard I found with nice big croissants and a good selection of food. We stayed in a studio which had a kettle, hob and fridge. Would stay again.
Your room key is on a wristband and is a bizarre feature - the only disappointing element of the hotel
It was perfect I’ve got nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was clean the pool area was lovely great location. We stayed b&b the breakfast was nice, it was the same everyday but still a good choice

Great hotel with nice helpful staff and management. The level experience was equally exceeded expectations in every way. Comfortable beds as well. Superb
Excellent location, quiet and safe place, the room was spotless and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I highly recommend it 100%!
Restaurant is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Room is spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Had minor issues with a smell in the shower cubicle but great otherwise
Wonderful hotel, great location, and excellent staff. It’s worth it to pay extra for the concierge club level!
Fresh bedding and towels from housekeeping each morning gave the real 5* feel. Up keep of comunial areas was good and made me feel safe, I. The breakfast spread was delicious and well topped up
Spa was clean and easy to navigate, although was told to wear a hair cover provided by the hotel at a small charge, when using the spa others didn't seem to be aware of this or have one on, which was a little inconsistent
Lots of different pools and bars plenty of shade and sunbeds, including the splash pool. Food choice was plenty although not always hot
This hotel is just amazing Staff are so friendly and helpful it was just a pleasure staying here, the food was amazing and so much choice to choose from Being on the beach and the costal path being on your door step was excellent as me and the wife like to explore and have a meal out which we did and the restaurant if you turn right out of the hotel was excellent But back to the hotel 5 star I would...
Fabulous hotel for all the family, the beach is on the doorstep and its child friendly. Loads to do for kids including a small dedicated pool with slides, adults have their own pool and bar and no children are allowed
2nd time here this year we love this resort so much to do. The pools indoor and outdoor were perfect. We relaxed under olive tree near the pool. saw shows in the evening so good
We spent most of our time at the splash pool as you could get both food & drinks there - good atmosphere too. There’s also an indoor pool but we didn’t use it
Plenty swimming pools, an adult one, the main one then the splash pool. You can’t get food apart from crisps at the main pool but you can get drinks

It's great for older adults to enjoy, the only confusing part is - three separate all inclusive options, you should consolidate it in one real all inclusive package and make a bar menu easier to read and understand
Excellent beachfront location
Nice hotel restaurant, but they served me oily patatas bravas. I mentioned it to the waiter, and they tried to bring me other options, but it seemed like the same dish with even more oil
I didn't eat them, but they charged me anyway. I think the nice touch would have been an invitation not to pay, since I returned the dish with just two worn-out potatoes. But the location was excellent
We stayed on the 8th floor which gave us a lovely view of the sea, town and pool. The entertainment was great, really lively and the staff were really good at getting you involved and have fun
It's a separate room to yourself which is really nice and has a jacuzzi and sauna. In the room there is also a shower, toilet and sink and towels are provided for that occasion
Thoroughly enjoying the holiday, staff is really polite and helpful. Pool entertainment is very fun

The staff demonstrated a commendable level of friendliness, although there is slight room for improvement. I found the quality-to-price ratio to be quite favorable, making it a worthwhile choice for travelers
Central heating and AC in each room. The receptionists Marta and Carla are absolutely lovely, and the evening staff are currently very friendly and chill, helpful upon request and professional
As a regular customer, have enjoyed my stay of late, and found the entire reception staff to be helpful and accommodating, as it should be
I highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Barcelona, as it combines excellent service with a welcoming environment. the room could be LESS CROWDED and 1 kitchen with 1 fridge is not enough for 360 people
The check-in process was remarkably efficient, allowing me to settle in without any delays. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and kindness throughout my stay
I would recommend this hostel for its convenience and overall positive atmosphere
