The hotel was in a great location, the pool and activities were good. Good choice of food, fit for most tastes
Good Hotel in a great position
Lovely hotel in a good position to go to Port Aventura and the beach. Breakfast was good with lots of options and a good fruit selection.
The hotel entertainment is just out of this world ! The animation crew are fab ! Each and everyone of them are great ! So much to do for the little ones, and the entertainment in the pool is just great, each and every member of the team just know how to be with the public and know exactly what to do to get everyone in the mood for games :) we all thoroughly enjoyed our selves here! Kids were sad to...
2nd visit, both times excellent
The hotel was lovely, great selection of food in the buffet, staff went above and beyond for the kids (eg made them Mickey pancakes or flower shape), the rooms were immaculate and the staff were so helpful with any enquiries or problems
My only quibble with dinner was why put the soup station right in the middle of the queue for main courses? People either have to queue for soup then again for their main course as there are no trays, or ask if they can push in to get soup which wasn’t always welcomed I noticed
Just got back from two amazing weeks here! Everything about this hotel is amazing. 10 minute walk to port adventura, the shops and the beach it’s the perfect location
beds were so comfy our room got cleaned and bedding changed everyday , I tried so many different foods I never thought I would of tried! Only bad experiences we had was the time we were there I’m guessing university were on break and they hotel hopped and just caused nothing but grief knocking on doors through the night and running off, some girl looted drink on my head over the balcony but staff did...
The security guard don’t know his name really big guy was fantastic he put up with so much from the uni kids if the hotel didn’t allow the immature , drinking stupid kids we would of given 5 🌟 the beach unfortunately was not sand it was stoned and caused me a reaction
Thanks to her enthusiasm and positive energy, every activity was even more enjoyable. She makes everyone feel welcome and goes above and beyond. An absolute star who brightens up the whole team and the guests!
we loved being at this hotel the staff were absolutely lovely so friendly. The atmosphere was great the entertainment for children was so good the women were so nice and friendly and great with kids
Staff work really hard and there should be more staff on bars. Entertainment team work hard and we had fun doing aqua aerobics. Reception staff very efficient and we were helped to book a day out
Was very busy with lots of school parties and dining was manic staff finding it hard to keep up with demand for clean plates/bowls but the choice and quality of food excellent
Fun walk the trailers from the beach to the centre of Salou. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, the kitchen is gorgeous, champagne in the morning
Lovely location/ great views/ food was normal for Spain / the meat was quite salty/ reception staff need to smile a bit more
Pool staff were great / nice beach walks / nice food restaurants local especially the Mexican just down the road 👌 also the steak house 👌/ you need to take a kettle and cups if you want tea otherwise you can loan one for £20 a week / refundable
We have had a fantastic time at this hotel! Entertainment staff were incredible and we could definitely tell how much they love their jobs. The theme nights were enjoyable especially when trying all the yummy food
Thank you for such an amazing holiday and hopefully one day we will be back
Also There's a few nice beaches nearby and plenty of bars to go to!
The negatives are, the walls in the rooms are thin and you can hear next door having a conversation at night and the air con isn't great either
The room is in a very good size. The adding bed is not that bad. Swimming pool are small but enough.
Staff there are super nice
A mall next to it
The environment is great, and parking is convenient. The hotel facilities are new, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are enthusiastic and responsive
I got the impression that the operations of this hotel are well managed, even in the peak of this busy season. Cleanliness is well looked after by the housekeeping, the pool was open and clean
Any issue we had was taken care of quickly and professionally. The pool is lovely and a great way to relax and beat the heat
Large comfortable bed, perfect temperature so slept like a baby. Couldn’t fault the room overall, lots of tv channels tea/coffee making facilities. Room cleaned and bed made daily
Amazing stay here 😍 was very unsure due to some of the comments HOWEVER ignore these! Staff are lovely (clearly people don’t have a sense of humour or don’t understand the Spanish humour)
Room was gorgeous! Clean and very modern! The whole attire was beautiful and views were amazing

Great hotel! On ⭐⭐⭐ stars. The food is good. The hotel has a night club in the courtyard of the hotel pool tables and live music every day. Very noisy. But for young people the most it
In the hotel bar in the evenings except for tourists and people. This indicates a good quality of musical programs and services. The hotel is good, food is great, the staff is friendly
Very good local cuisine, lots of seafood. Clean rooms. A good base for trips to Barcelona by train. Jimmy is the boss here and knows how to get the evening party started.
All in all this Hotel was one of the Best i every staiyed in. Nice stuff and Management. Nice evening Programm with live Music and good drinks St theyr bar.
Absolutely amazing! We had an awesome time saying at this hotel and everything was perfect! Would 100% recommend this hotel!
3rd time visit since May last year and it is better then there 3 star rate. Viva Alhambra ✔✔✔✔✔.

Rooms are pretty good, enough for someone who is not looking for something extra fancy, they have enough space, the bathroom is clean and the balcony is good for 2-3 people to be comfortable
Before visiting, we did have a quick glance of the reviews again, which we did before booking and it seemed okay. Some mixed, however we chose to not worry (as it was already booked) and we were glad we did
Food was reasonable, but we felt could have been varied more day to day, however you get what you pay for and we certainly got our moneys worth
The food is amazing, every day is something different, also good for someone who is looking to get full, plates are clean, there are so many different foods to pick from appetizers to desserts
Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and urge people to ignore the poor reviews!
For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel for families or those with small children, or anyone that is a light sleeper. The pools were great and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a highlight of the holiday

Nobody does English breakfast like the English but it was a decent effort with lots of other options available, continental, cereals, wonderful selection of fruits, freshly fried eggs, tea, coffee, juices, even a variety of milks etc
- When asked, a sun lounger was reserved for the disabled traveller (fairly) close to the pool. However, there was only one sun lounger granted, despite the traveller being wholly dependant on a carer
This is a great hotel in the centre of Salou, our room was very clean with nice bed and quality bedding. Everywhere is very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful
Fantastic hotel! Staff all friendly and helpful. Such a relaxed atmosphere and everything in Salou is reasonably priced. I am fussy where I stay and I would come back to Salou and same hotel
I'm sorry but I have deducted 2 stars. When booking our holiday we had asked for a specific room,ie a family room with a pool view, which we received (rm227)
Evening meals were also great, lots of choice with different dishes throughout the week. I don't think my waistline appreciated it but every night was a treat

The front desk ladies Rosa and Ariadna were wonderful they upgraded our room to a family apartment suite. This room was nice but the bathroom still smelt like sewage, and the floor panels moved
We then requested a different room, we were shown three rooms all of them that their own issues moving floors, broken toilets, and the smell of sewage
Only good impressions from this hotel. The staff is friendly. In the restaurant menu, everyone will find something delicious for themselves...)))
First arrived and the room we were given had broken floors that would slide, the toilet was broken, and the window was broken and would not open
When we contacted the front desk they sent maintenance who removed the window handle and left our door to the room open and the window open with no latch
We stayed in 3 different rooms, all of them very clean, the beds are so comfortable and pillows and sheets so soft! The pizza at the Bar in front of the pool was out of this world, loved it

Rooms are simple, but exactly as on the photos. No elevator to the pool though, had to carry the stroller last bit by hand. But it’s not worth it, the pool is very basic and rather outdated
Every day there was something arranged for kids, be it mermaid party, flowers party, pool activities, mini disco in the evening, arts and crafts, family games and etc
One of the most magical moments was the Mermaid Day: the children got to live their dream and swim in the pool for a few minutes in a real mermaid costume
The absolute highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment – a huge thank you to Sara and Holly, who are just incredible! With so much heart, energy and positivity, they made every single day special
From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference
We had a great stay at Hotel Don Juan Tossa! The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the beach and the town center. Our room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a lovely large terrace

Buffet was brilliant. Pools were clean and easy access to the park. Definitely recommend
We stayed at this hotel with our family as we visited Port Aventura park. The hotel bed linen smelled very bad and the towels in the shower were not extremely clean as someone would expect
An amazing adventure park compared to American amusement parks. This one was large, clean and well maintained! Rides were fun but I do recommend buying the PortAventura Express pass to skip the lines!
Very, very nice place for family with kids but not only. If you plan to come, buy entrance at least for 6 days. We all had so much fun.
It’s very good hotel and it’s very convenient to live near the park and enjoy staying there
Place is great but I had to give only 4 stars because all the good rides are closed due to a wind concern. There are a few super high rides that make sense to be closed, but there were a few that could have been opened
Cleaning in the room was not the best, I got sheets with stains on once. The swimming pool area was very nice and the beach view. It was easy to take the bus to nearby cities like Salou and Tarragona
Got a 3rd floor poolside room which was great and had a lovely sea view
When we arrived the view outside the hotel was great. Lovely wee cove at the bottom of quite a steep hill, so if you have knee problems, maybe not for you. Inside the hotel is very glam, lovely chandler as a focal point
There was a nice nature walk close by the beach that you can use, there was a great and delicious Indian restaurant nearby with tasty food. There's a supermarket nearby and cloth store - Holiday
There was a huge disappointment though, NO KETTLE, I love my tea and it's the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have one, you have to buy tea at the bar, this is a big no no
It was often very smelly from the street (trashcontainers and toilet pipes) and from all people who smoked around

We are absolutely in love with the hotel , not so much with Santa Susanna. But if you don't plan on leaving the hotel too much, you won't regret your vacation here
This hotel is absolutely spotless, would definitely recommend. The staff are all really friendly and seem happy in there job.
Very strange to be honest! Pool isn't massive but enough to play in and the lifeguard was very polite and helpful all week, you can reserve a sunbed for 1 euro, which i thought was a great idea, especially when its busy
Reception staff are very helpful and polite, as are most of the bar staff especially Renzo! The kids entertainment isn't anything special and i was very put off by the fact the entertainment staff clearly didn't like us being English and constantly made comments or digs, even my young daughter noticed this and was upset because she didn't feel included
The food is what i expect from these kinds of hotels, plenty of choice and its all nice! We did half board, but the local restaurants nearby are reasonably priced, they do need new toasters though, was waiting that long i gave up and never used it again all week
This wrist band is also used to purchase drinks at the bar, you order then scan the band and at the end of the week pay your food/drink bill (although i found out at the end you can clear your bill daily)
The rooms are very small and the entire hotel could do with an update as some areas are very tired/run down (for example one of the toilets for the ladies in reception doesn’t have a toilet seat - a basic requirement for a 4* hotel I think)!
The rooftop swimming pool is really nice and the evening entertainment is very good too
Cool location! To PortAventura 10-15 minutes leisurely pace! The sea side! Cafes on every corner! The only disadvantage the noise from animation to 23-hours, and then the noise from the road - the balcony overlooked the pool!
Lovely hotel, excellent location within walking distance of everything. Rooms really clean, reception staff were pleasant along with the restaurant staff however a couple of bar staff not so much.
Food was yummy!!
Lovely holiday. Food excellent. Always a sunbed when we were there in middle of July. Hope to return sometime.
The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the balcony spacious with a great view of the pool
The payment system for drinks and other items was poor. Cash or card payment had to be pre-loaded onto a band which also worked as a key card for the room. We would prefer to give card details then settle bill at the end

The food was really tasty, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Thanks to Endurance, the whole experience felt smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. I’d definitely love to come back again
A special thank you to Daria at the reception desk, who patiently helped us sort out our paperwork 😅 — her dedication really made a lasting impression!
I had a very wonderful and luxurious experience. Endurance attended to me, and the service was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect
good👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A truly wonderful hotel with the perfect balance of location, price, and service! Rooms are clean and well equipped and our view was amazing. We felt welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay
Anyone with bad intentions could easily follow you into the elevator and up to the rooms. One day, after housekeeping had cleaned, I came back to the room and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke

I thought the pool would be a bit quieter, not filled with screaming children like other beach hotels
The hotel is a little tired, but overall it's very good. It has a nice pool. There's plenty of free parking nearby. It's best to book a room in a higher category, as the balcony will offer a stunning view.
However, my room was tired and dated - threadbare carpet, old-fashioned, mid-brown wood interior trimmings, rickety wardrobe doors, thin towels - in fairly urgent need of a refurbishment. My room felt like a three star
We stayed here during the film festival, so parking was only available on the street, but it wasn’t a big issue. The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, a great stay!
The location is also very close to the beach, but it's on top of a hill, and walking up and down to the beach isn't easy, especially if you're traveling with older people
The hotel is perfect in terms of facilities. We ate in the restaurant, and it has very good food. I was expecting something different, though

You'll have a sunbed peak season (jul/aug) if you arrive before 11am. Only few people reserve them early mornings with towels. Smoking is allowed and everyone does
Amazing stay!!
This my very first trip to Spain and I stayed 7 nights. The breakfast was an amazing buffet style. Dinner as well and the other eating options they had on different days pool side
Really great resort. The beach is nearby if you don’t wanna chill in the pool. Plenty of food options. The breakfast buffet is grand.
Beautiful hotel with good and clean rooms/beds/bathrooms. The walls are thin, so you'll hear (and be heard) everything. The pool is cleanish, yes its dirty every afternoon after many people been in it with sunblock
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. I can say with confidence that this will be the only hotel I would stay at during my visits to Spain!
In Santa Susanna, this hotel is not in the best location. It is a bit far away from the seaside and shopping malls! But the hotel's service and catering are definitely worthy of praise
The main one was out at the pool area. Light snacks and drinks until late at night. My one question is in relation to ordering a bottle of coke instead of the font cola
Great hotel been back 20+ times. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat
Freshly cooked food in both mornings and evenings. Pool area cleaned every morning and extra sunbeds stacked to stop “sunbed wars”
Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. Definitely recommend and we will be back next year
Allocated a good room with pool view, great views. If I could put in a recommendation for the room, have a full length mirror in it as the only one was in the bathroom. The hotel has 4 bars, all open at various times
Stayed here during October half term with my partner & 7 year old and already looking to book here again for next year!!!
An immaculate hotel with super clean rooms & facilities, with a fresh smell throughout - all day, everyday!!
The staff are friendly & helpful and the entertainment team are wonderful - they provide fun for all the family during the day & night

From extra room service to genuine emotional support, her empathy made all the difference. We felt so taken care of despite the language barrier. Thank you, Camila, for your kindness and efficiency!
We had a wonderful stay at Torre Melina, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from Camila K. When our daughter fell ill with a fever and the flu, Camila stepped in to save the day
My mother accidentally packed it with her water bottle and realized this only while she was on the plane. I can send over the items; please keep me informed about what you would like me to do
My parents and I enjoyed a relaxing holiday, and that room provided me with the peace and safety I desired. They had provided me with an adapter to use with my charger for my phone
She organized a virtual doctor’s visit in minutes, helped us navigate the local pharmacy system for prescriptions, and kept a constant eye on our family’s well-being

The hotel is pretty new and comfortable. It has a roof top swimming pool where you can oversee the part of Barcelona towards the sea. There are many eateries around the area and breakfast in the hotel was good
I especially liked the roof terrace with sweeping views over Barcelona and pool although I didnt get to swim. No comments on the food since I didn't opt for the breakfast
Great location! The hotel is near a metro station, making the city center accessible in just 10 minutes. It's also right next to the beach. The staff are attentive and helpful. The room is spacious and well-equipped
It was a comfortable stay, especially since I could watch Amazon Prime on the TV! And the view from the rooftop was amazing – it was great to see Barcelona's sunrise, sunset, and the night view from there!
My stay at Acta Voraport was great. They upgraded us to a better room (I think with a city view) which was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean
The toilet came with your usual amenities and they also have 24/7 staff you can call for assistance. For the price I think this hotel was good value

The older lady was every rude to my two children and embarrassed we and my wife in from of the whole restaurant, trying to imply that my children had snuck into the restaurant, both had all inclusive bands on, the waitress who was showing us to our table at the time couldn’t apologise enough
My child was devastated and I was also annoyed about my ring. To not have anyone apologise or try to assist with finding my child's lost toy put a very sad situation and one upset child to our stay
Just returned from 10 days here, absolutely amazing place and cannot fault. One really bad point is regarding a staff member. The Coral restaurant there’s an older lady what I assume in charge
F 59, M38, M12, F10 What's not to like here Rooms are great, enough room for a family of 4, (2 x double beds) with a sofa, they are cleaned daily with fresh towels
Food Breakfast - pretty standard for an all inclusive Snack Bar is great and always had something even a picky eater could eat, was always hot and constantly replenished throughout the day
Evening meal - always plentiful and varied, yes there were some strange items (battered Broccoli) but there was always something to eat, fresh salads, fruits and cheeses every night
