Medium rate hotel but with special Breakfast and Dinner . I recommend this Hotel to family and friends all over my country Malta

The pools where quite dirty, especially the indoor one. The sound isolation in the rooms are non existent. But the food was very good and the staff was very friendly

Overall, I liked the hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved. What I didn’t like: - For several days, there was no soap in the men’s restroom located in the basement (near the playroom)

- The floor tiles in the hotel, especially on the upper floors, could definitely use an update. The current dark red tiles look rather awful and reminded me of an old Soviet-era clinic or hospital

The receptionist told us incorrect information that the hotel has a discount on the parking lot. Would I choose this hotel again? Definitely no

The audience of the hotel is 95% teneegers, because of that the hotel is very noisy. The food is also nothing special, not too much variety

The rooms are quiet, good wi-fi, a swimming pool. The Breakfast is average.

Had a fantastic stay! The early check-in was hassle-free, and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. The amenities provided made our stay super comfortable, and the breakfast was a great inclusion

The hotel suited our trip to Barcelona because we wanted access to the waterfront and to the city by bus and metro. The room was super and we would have used the pool if it was warmer weather

Very basic compared to the rest of the hotels appearance - could be 2 different hotels! The furniture in the bedroom was very worn. Shower - difficult to find a good temperature-got very hot, very quickly

Other photos of the hotel use similar trickery. The out pool and spa pool are tiny, but the photos make them look a lot bigger

The bed was very comfortable, especially for those who prefer a slightly firmer mattress. The staff were all lovely and all spoke English with us, we even noticed a member of staff speaking Japanese checking in guests

Wonderful hotel - the staff were very polite and accommodating, the spa was lovely and the room excellent.

The rooftop pool was also great but quite small considering the size of the hotel. It’s a perfect hotel for couples, friends, or business trips

Great accommodations, conveniently located and amazing staff. They had multiple daily room check-ins to see if you needed anything, water, towels, etc

This is the absolute best staff I've seen at any hotel. The rooms are great and the location is perfect but the people are phenomenal. We only stayed one night but they have gone above and beyond at every level

From the gentleman who opened the door and called the elevator for us, to the front desk staff, to the hotel restaurant staff, the room service attendants, housekeeping. everyone is the absolute best at what they do

All throughout the hotel was very clean even around pool areas a cleaner was always picking up rubbish and wiping tables. Snack bar staff very friendly and approachable

Sometimes there is little messy around the restaurant area because some people are leaving their dirty dishes around, but other than that around here is very clean! The aminities around here is good food, waterslides and the pool! Children enjoy it very much

Stayed with our 6year old over Easter break weather was pleasant, it was a wonderful break. Hotel clean , staff lovely , food great , lots of choice. Kids pool and slides a big hit. Location good, 10 min, Walk to beach.

We spent one week in Prestige Victoria Hotel, mid-July 2025. Everything was perfect: the location (very close to the beach), the pools, the rooms, the meals, bar, animations every evening

The communal areas including the pool and garden were kept to a high standard and always looked beautiful. Easy to check-in and checkout

Very far from the city but nice hotel and nice staff. They have a small gym, a sauna, an inside pool, and a small outside pool. The food buffet is amazing but the variety of food could have been a tiiiiny bit better

The options of the bar are large and the quality very good. The staff is always supportive and the cleanliness of the rooms at top level. We’ll definitely come back next year

The breakfast was exceptional, such a wide choice and regularly restocked by staff. The tables were cleared quickly. The evening meal salad bar was excellent, very fresh

Not a bad hotel, few little issues with the food, always check chicken is cooked properly before eating, couple of times we went in for lunch and dinner, chicken wasn't cooked through, slightly under cooked, I prefer chicken well done

Pool and slides area really good however limited space when busy, you'd struggle to get a sunbed with a good spot. Big problem is the bloody pigeons, even inside the bar area

I booked this because it’s simply a room with a bed/shower and a balcony. I was there for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. There was no hassle, and they kept us topped up with towels and it was clean

Bar staff were also very friendly and helpful and always had a smile and chat for us, (the chilled beer glasses were a welcome addition in the heat!). Pool area was relaxing and not too overcrowded

5 mins walk to the beach. And the shops. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Pool is small but to be honest most hotels pools are small. Friendly staff. You will not be dissapointed

The room was small but perfectly fine. It had a little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area, which made it feel cozier. Ana, the pool entertainer, was super friendly from the start

We have stayed at several places in Salou but for the price and location of this hotel, I cannot understand all the negative reviews. My partner and I stayed here recently and we could not fault anything

The location is superb, a few minutes from the lovely beach & or the main strip. TIP : We flew into Reus airport, just a 10 minute drive to Salou. saidnthe transfer from Barcelona was bit of a nightmare

Room cleaned every day, food was good, personel always nice with smile, kids loved entertainment, only ones what I didn’t like is bar near pool, needed wait long time for drinks and after 20 min my waiting they closed so lost my time and didn’t have drink

Many people didn’t seem to be able to grasp the concept of eating at an all inclusive hotel, so rather than getting a table first and then going up to get food they would just queue straight up which meant the line would get rather long

This is a very well-located hotel on the beach in Empuriabrava. It has a pool and a very good buffet. I highly recommend it. It has a family-friendly atmosphere and is very good value for money.

This hotel was a great option for our family, kids had their own room and the balcony was awesome! Location is superb, we could walk to town and to the beach. Parking option under the hotel was great too

We have just had 10 days at this hotel, when I read some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical as some of the reviews were not good!! I cannot believe what some people want !!! Yes it’s a 4 star which I would only give it a 3 star, but theses stars are given for facilities not standards

Lovely hotel just off the main promenade. Food is above the normal standard I found with nice big croissants and a good selection of food. We stayed in a studio which had a kettle, hob and fridge. Would stay again.

Your room key is on a wristband and is a bizarre feature - the only disappointing element of the hotel

This is the only negative fir me, but it wasn't busy, so I followed the sun. Entertainment was great, pool games with both kids and adults through the day on and off, evening entertainment (a singer) in the evenings

Our room was sea view which we liked, but didn’t even gave a kettle or coffee machine, which we asked for and were provided with a kettle. The swimming pool is clean, but is only open 8am-8pm, which is inconvenient

Other than her, others don’t care at all. The rooms are very basic; they don’t even have body lotion; for a hotel that has a pool and is very close to the beach, having a body lotion is a must

Close to the station, the room was spacious and very clean. What's rare for an overseas hotel is that they store your luggage in a locked storage room, which gave me peace of mind.

The hotel is next to a church and has a pool. The rooms are decent, but there are so many of them that it's easy to get lost. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time
