Thanku for a very relaxing stay. A quiet location considering it was close to the busy beach area with a not very steep walk up the hill. The accomodation was of a high standard, clean with helpful and kind staff offering to clean the room daily. Good facilities with a very warm swimming pool and a tennis court as well. Location was 10/10, the rooms were fabulous, and the sunset view from the balcony did not disappoint. Would strongly recommend. Especially if you rent a car — they offer a massive parking lot for free, and the location is literally just a 5–10 minute drive from the nicest beaches.

Was made very welcome by all staff, good communication by WhatsApp room was lovely and clean and had everything in the room what you needed. The pool was just right and location was great. Also birthday cake was a really nice surprise and Wi-Fi was excellent.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. The room was a little disappointing for the money I paid. The sea view was only evident if you stood at the window to look out. Otherwise all you could see was the slightly shabby building to the side. Fixtures and fittings needed attention. I found the staff friendly and efficient.

Had a week in this unique hotel at the beginning of May this year. Room wasn’t huge but immaculate. We didn’t opt for a sea view but had a balcony onto the bustling square. Just returned from a two week stay here. We stayed in apartment 731 which was absolutely stunning. The complex was very nice and very clean. The pool was a good size and never struggled to get a sunbed due to having to pay for them. People do still go down to the pool and reserve the best spots though and I did notice that quite a few of these had older or no children which was is quite frustrating...

Beautiful and comfortable, fresh mountain air. Estrella del Norte sits in the shadow of the vulcan El Teide, which is also the highest mountain in spain. Everything was very good . Check -in and check-out was very easy . They housekeepimg was very good . But I would like to suggest that they should change the pillows and blanket . Even though it was clean but they look like it has been used for too long time and there are some permanent stains on the covers . And pillows became so hard .

I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options.
