Only two days stay, but massive apartment, great views, and a nice, calm atmosphere of the place. The aparthotel is quite English (both other guests and the staff), but super friendly

A hidden gem. Our second visit in the same year! Reasonably priced, amazing setting, great little apartments... Absolutely love this hideaway. Value for money is great and keeps us coming back. Walks around the coast from here are tranquil. We will come back next year.

Las Rosas is a wonderful resort with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the villas are lovely. The only downside our villa was down 21 steps which we found very difficult as have mobility issues. We could probably have asked for something a bit more accessible but as we were there for just the week we deakt with it.

Very nice hotel at the end of a road (privacy) with parking and a nice view over Los Gigantes. The houses are on 2 floors, very nice and comfy with terrace and sunbeds.

We had a great time here. The views of the mountains and ocean combined were superb, both from our room and the rooftop pool. The hotel DOES NOT have a parking lot and it is extremely hard to park around. I drove for one hour trying to find a spot. Good thing it was just for one night so I was able to made it work somewhere else, but still I lost my money.

We only stayed for one night to catch an early morning flight and would have loved to stay longer to make use of the facilities more and explore a bit further. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the packed breakfast for our journey home

Had a week in this unique hotel at the beginning of May this year. Room wasn’t huge but immaculate. We didn’t opt for a sea view but had a balcony onto the bustling square. This may not suit everyone but I enjoyed the buzz of the busy square during the day and in the evening. Windows blocked most of this noise when closed. Room was tidy (which is the most important thing for us). We just wanted a clean, basic hotel and were happy with the experience. The staff were all lovely and really helpful! We didn't love the breakfast to be honest (it didn't seem super fresh), but we were happy with our stay.

I didn't like that my room's windows overlooked the courtyard well. It was stuffy at night. I had to open the window because there was no air conditioning and hear my neighbors snoring, which was very unpleasant. Everything else was fine: a good, filling, and varied breakfast, and friendly staff.

A well organised and well run establishment. I see people complaining that their apartments were only serviced once in a week and it makes me wonder how often they change their bedding and towels. I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options. Most/All apartments seem to be privately owned and rented out independently from the complex. we booked our apartment through airbnb and our particular apartment was amazing. We didn’t want or need for anything all week. only downside was the noise in the hallways. Just returned from a two week stay here. We stayed in apartment 731 which was absolutely stunning. The complex was very nice and very clean. The pool was a good size and never struggled to get a sunbed due to having to pay for them. People do still go down to the pool and reserve the best spots though and I did notice that quite a few of these had older or no children which was is quite frustrating...

Disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping for the whole two weeks we have been here. This accommodation has great views with large balconies and it's very quiet during the day. The resturant over the road closed at the beginning of 2025, leaving no resturants or shops within easy reach of accommodation. Everything was very good . Check -in and check-out was very easy . They housekeepimg was very good . But I would like to suggest that they should change the pillows and blanket . Even though it was clean but they look like it has been used for too long time and there are some permanent stains on the covers . And pillows became so hard .

Stayed here for the weekend, short break. You get what you pay for and we were more than pleased . The hotel is a little tired, but other than that no complaints at all. Super clean, good sized room and bathroom, small balcony to sit out side. A communal room if required, with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle. We didn't use. Small shop across the road for provisions, lots if eateries next door...

The reception staff is very friendly and treats you like family. The hotel is quite old, but the location and price range are good, so I used it well. It is cost-effective and convenient.
