This is an excellent place to stay. We booked through Tenerife Royal Gardens agents Roberto, George and his team. We have had an apartment with them for many years. Excellent position beautiful apartments and cleanliness exceptional. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Arrived at the apartment block and was sent a what’s app with the access code and room key box. Our apartment was A-03 and was down a dark corridor that smelt of drains! The apartment was dated but had everything you needed. Opened the patio curtains to look out from the balcony and realised our balcony was actually on the street between a shop and excursion stand! Disappointing as advertised with...
Fantastic venue with two pools one of them heated stones through from beach bars and restaurants. Make sure to visit restaurant Mumbia to Shangai fabulous food.
Clean room / staff amazing we had beach veiw will definitely be returning
I would highly recommend TRG , this super accommodation is the best place in Tenerife . Cleaniness is 10/10. To deal with the George & staff is 100%. Very helpful and attentive. Pool and amenities are spotless. The pool bar is excellent, Johnny , Sandra & hani (their daughter) are so nice and provide an excellent service
stayed for a week in september. room c120 it was perfect in every way spotless gorgeous pool view. The pool is perfect loads of beds spacious there are no umbrellas but a lovely shaded area beside it with arm chairs to chill. 2 pools 1 heated, Roberto and the guys in the office were very friendly and helpful, Better book with them. all in all perfect central but quiet place

What a beautiful, old style Spanish hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are superb and the pool area is so clean and quiet. An oasis in the middle of the town. Check-in staff were brilliant and the catering team were so lovely. The breakfast chefs, Rosa and Maria do a fabulous job and Ly, Loli and Carmen did a sterling job serving throughout the day. Our housekeeper for room 108 this week has...
A special thanks go out to the staff especially Eduardo who managed to sort us a room in a pretty desperate situation. Me and my wife were badly let down by a well known booking site when our accommodation was cancelled only when we arrived at Tenerife airport from the UK in the early evening. After one hour of phone calls / waiting for information/ complications we saw that this hotel had a room in...
A beautifully renovated hotel to a high standard. There is a large rooftop pool and bar area. The staff were polite and welcoming. It would have enhanced our stay even further to have lunchtime snacks and a bar in the evening.
It's the second time we've stayed here and we will be back. From the complimentary Prosecco at reception to the moment you check out, you are made to feel like a valued guest and not just a number. It's a lovely traditional hotel that's spotlessly clean, well maintained with friendly professional staff. It's in the heart of the town with everything you need on your doorstep. You do get some general...
We stayed at this lovely hotel for my 70th birthday, From start to finish everything was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful, delivered cake and champagne to room on my birthday. Stayed for a week with my girlfriend for my birthday celebrations. The hotel staff found out it was my birthday and made a fuss of me with Prosecco and Macaroons which was unexpected and fantastic. Amazing for the price, easy to find, good parking near by and a good spot to stay in for a short weekend! :)
Exceptional service, incredibly clean and great location
This small complex is situated on a hill about a five minute walk from the village where there are numerous restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. We found all the staff friendly and helpful. The pool area is well maintained with pool towels provided. The restaurant is of a good standard with friendly staff. Housekeeping do a good job with twice weekly cleaning. We had one of the older villas...
This resort is on a hill so be warned if you have Asthma, are disabled or an OAP. Our first Villa small room beds were super hard but the second Villa was okay! So given sleep score lower than a 5 as it is a quiet area.
Everything was nice, we enjoyed staying there
Exceallant resorts. Villas well maintained. Grounds and pool looked after very well. The Terrace bar and restaurant were great with friendly staff. We will come back again.

Lovely basic budget hotel right in the middle of town. predominantly German (we were the only English staying here). I wouldn’t bother with breakfast again, not great choices, cold and the cutlery/bowls, cups etc really dirty. Supermarket is literally across the road and the rooms have their own kitchenette which has all you need to whip up a hearty breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily and staff are very...
For value for money this little hotel is ideal. Clean, centrally located and friendly. Esperanza and other reception staff excellent. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast but if (probably when) we return we will reserve room only. We don’t normally have an early breakfast and the first day there were many things missing. We didn’t have breakfast the second day but on our last day we had...
Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!
The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day .
Lots of opinions to dine out and the supermarket is 5 minutes away and is open until 10pm.
Great value for money and central to the local bus station.
Nice Studio Appartment
Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz. There’s is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a lovely roof top sun terrace.
Cons: first night there was weird electrical noise all night long could hear through earplugs. Other nights it wasn’t as bad so not sure what it was. Hot water ran out most days pretty quickly. I wanted a bath a couple of nights as I’m pregnant but the hot water ran out when it was about a quarter full and then for some reason drained even with the plug in? Loved the location in / near Puerto's old town. It's great for someone wanting a more authentic experience, as compared to the la Paz area. I loved the fact that the front desk staff spoke 100% spanish to me, which is the entire reason I am in Spain. There is a bit of noise from the street and at times, musicians playing at a nearby cafe, however you could consider this is part of the atmosphere.
We had a nice room with a sea view. It’s a nice bit of the town in the old streets. Excellent air con but the Wi-Fi was a tad slow. Rooms were clean and staff couldn’t do enough.
Nice clean very reasonable price for a short break in the North of Tenerife
The only problem is that it not A/C in the rooms. Other than that very good!
Amazing location, nice staff and spacious room. Although hotel is outdated, like it was last time renovated in communism. Extremely noisy, we talked normally around 12am and neighbors shouted to be quiet. For this hotel even 65€ is too much for a night. Either decrease the price either renovate.
Cheap accomodation but good staying

AMAZING STAY AT FINCA VISTA BONITA
Just at airport now after 2nd fabulous stay in Finca Vista Bonita. We visited St Miguel for 1 week at end of June/July 2024 and returned this time in 2025 for 3 weeks.
This Finca is a great place to to stay if you hire a car to reach it and we really explored Teide, walks, Vilaflor (11km away, beaches, Los Gigantes (south), Guimar, Candelaria (north). We love the...
Very rustic accommodation with great views to sea and airport. We were looking forward to staying here after all the great reviews. Disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping for the whole two weeks we have been here. No one has bothered to change bedsheets or towels for the whole time we have been here or carried out any basic cleaning. Lucky for us there’s a washing machine and for 3 euros...
This accommodation has great views with large balconies and it's very quiet during the day. The resturant over the road closed at the beginning of 2025, leaving no resturants or shops within easy reach of accommodation. Local shops are 500m away, but when buying groceries without a car you have a very steep walk up and down to them. A car is almost essential....something not noted on the TUI site...
A great stay with fantastic views + facilities! Lovely remote and quiet area, very relaxing and recharging which was exactly what we needed for our holiday. Could maybe do with firmer/ comfier pillows but may just be a personal preference!
We stayed in a beautiful and rustic apartment, very tastefully furnished and spacious. Despite not having a front desk, check-in was very straight forward and the owners provided good communication. The property grounds are well kept and perfect for a quiet retreat and full relaxation. The local cat happily greeted us every time we used the garden and kindly walked with us, keeping us company. My daughter wanted somewhere hot, self-catering and with a pool. I wanted somewhere relaxing, good value and away from the main tourist areas. Finca vista Bonita fulfilled all our wishes and more. It's a beautifully restored 300 year old building of warm dark wood construction; with a lovely intimate courtyard all discreetly behind a wooden doors; leading to a pedestrianised street. Staff are very professional and helpful and breafast generous with locally produced items.
Old hotel in the center of town with free coffee, tea, wine, and bananas during the day. Free parking is arranged in the Drago parking garage a few hundred meters away from the hotel. The garage, however, closes at 21.00 and reopens in the morning. If you want to go out for dinner elsewhere you might have a problem parking, otherwise, it is really handy. The hotel has been sensitively and beautifully restored and certainly has the “wow” factor. Estefania & her staff are wonderful and are rightfully proud of this lovely building and their historic town. Breakfast in the tranquil courtyard was delicious and complimentary tea, coffee and wine for guests to enjoy at any time was a welcome bonus. We can’t wait to return!
Amazing experience, very kind host and we enjoyed the breakfast made by Raquel don’t miss the chance to stay there
This 300 year old building breathes charisma and cozyness, we loved having our great breakfast in the courtyard surrounded by trees and ferns. The personal was super friendly and made us feel at home. Do note that due to the age of the building the sound insulation of the rooms is not great. Nonetheless a recommendation for anyone looking for a more authentic experience!
So family like. Warm wellcoming staff. Great restoration of this old building in the old city. My wife and me are both architects and enjoyed the facility and the owners company so much.

Front our lovely welcome from all the staff, our room was quaint and spotless plus a very huge comfy bed. Our breakfast everyday was delicious plus we ate in the Restaurant one evening and they couldn't do enough for us.
Really enjoyed this - Almogrote followed by fried chicken and canary potatoes with mojo sauces. Seemed pretty authentic. Particularly enjoyed the bill - last place on earth where you can get a beer for 2€. Would have said cheap and cheerful but one of the waitresses spoilt that description. Decor inside a bit weird too.
The starter was good , but down hill after that Pork tough chicken well pre cooked and wine well over the top Sorry to say not as good as the restaurant crosse the road Shouch a shame as the hotel is lovely Staff pleasant , location good What more is there to say very average
Good food and good staff, dining indoors or all fresco on Calle Grande. The breakfasts are good value. Room prices have increased considerably this year but it remains a popular hotel and the al fresco dining is very popular.
Nice hotel with some character.
Adeje is a small and quite down with local character.
Don't be afraid to ask for the best price.

A small, quiet hotel, clean and tidy. Check-out before 12 noon. Perfect for those who want to take it easy in the morning.
Stayed here for the weekend, short break. You get what you pay for and we were more than pleased . The hotel is a little tired, but other than that no complaints at all. Super clean, good sized room and bathroom, small balcony to sit out side. A communal room if required, with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle. We didn't use. Small shop across the road for provisions, lots if eateries next door...

The hotel is quite old, but the location and price range are good, so I used it well.

Stayed here in April, decent and clean but a massive flaw is the sunbed situation, not enough of them and we were forced to go the beach most days as we had nowhere to relax. Plenty space for more but unfortunately there was none unless you reserve some at 7am. Elderly people will struggle on arrival taking luggage to rooms as there's no lifts either and stairs are steep if you're on the upper floors...
Perfect place, clean, tranquil, friendly, well organised, lovely layout, apartment is ideal, thank you for everything
A super-friendly hotel with fantastic staff! I highly recommend HG Tenerife Sur in every way. Fresh and clean rooms (the housekeeping staff are incredibly helpful), a great location, a heated pool year-round, enjoyable musical entertainment every evening, and above all, exceptionally service-oriented, efficient, and friendly staff throughout the hotel. We stayed on the top floor with a rooftop terrace...
I enjoyed the fact that there was 6 different pools ranging from a deep one going down to 2.05 and a medium pool with it's deepest being 1.45 and being very warm compared to the cold pool and a baby pool being very shallow also lots of shops within less than a range between 1-5 minutes unless you take the 10 minute walk to the beach with a plentiful amount of shops and beautiful restaurants and in...

My one was fine though with a nice bathroom and just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sunbed situation needs to be addressed though. Queues form early for the ceremonial unchaining of the sunbeds. Two women...
We were allocated room 336 which was one of the more up to date rooms and was lovely to say the least i had asked for a pool view and got exactly what i wanted i would highly recommend these apartments as they are always very clean
