Hotels All-inclusive in Tenerife

We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad. We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job

There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it

Like others, we were worried about the reviews but figured we’d be eating out every night so even just for bed and breakfast and some drinks by the pool during the day, it was really good value

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool

Food was ok we ended up eating out but if you are on a budget and don't want to spend money then the food is edible Alcholic drinks weren't good very little selection and all very weak we ended up buying drinks at the bar and they were 5 euro each for a branded spirit Entertainment was good Staff all very welcoming No bed bugs no cockroatches All in all I would say it is good for a short break it...

This hotel is no where near as bad as people make it out to be. Me and my bf used the hotel as a base to explore. Yes the room was basic but it had beds, blankets, towels, a kitchen area, balcony and shower room

Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value

Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Food is delicious, and every day they have some themes for the dinner. Pools are always clean, and there's always enough space for all

The Roca Nivaria hotel is a very good option in the area and would not hesitate to recommend it

Highly recommended! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after a few days, it got a bit boring. There were no fun or engaging activities, no music by the pool, and the evening shows were dull

The hotel has 2 pools, 1 quiet for a more relaxed experience and the main pool which is beautiful and includes daily entertainment, get yourself involved and have some fun, it's what holidays are all about

The catering staff always welcomed us with a smile. The reception staff always happy to help. Ty especially to Ester Fabio and Luna for putting on amazing shows. We are all very grateful for the effort u all put in

Loved this hotel, The staff are super friendly which is refreshing. I cannot fault the food, a different theme every night as well as the usually selections. Desserts are also really good

Our stay here has been amazing. The staff are the nicest we've ever stayed with. The entertainment staff were so friendly and the activities were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family

My son was happy he got to carve a pumpkin. We needed a break and u guys delivered. We loved the escape room and the ghost tunnel. Would and will recommend ur hotel to anyone xxx

The hotel itself is very clean and sea view room options. Also options to upgrade are reasonably priced

Food is good, a little bit repetitive, but this was not a problem for us for the type of holiday we were on (kids were more than happy and plenty for them) The real selling point of this hotel is the staff in every area, all of them are very friendly and happy help with anything questions or issues

As mentioned in other reviews Ramon on the pool bar is amazing and goes above and beyond, makes a very family friendly atmosphere around the pool every day

Family of 4 we all really enjoyed our stay here. We found all the staff really polite and friendly, we got a nice ground floor room which was really nice & spacious. Good variety of food each night at dinner

Just had a lovely 10 day stay at La Siesta. Hotel is very clean, rooms are a good size and also very clean. We are a family of 4, children 7years/18months, plenty for them to be entertained

Very small issue with our room which was rectified right away! Common areas of the hotel are kept nice and clean pool area was also nice. Spa looked good loads of options for different treatments etc

Breakfast was also nice! Hard to fault found it good value for money. Huge improvement from the last time I stayed here

Located on a top of a hill with 360 Degrees views! Very good price-performance ratio. Solid 4Star hotel with 2 large outdoor swimming pools. It would be great to see more Spanish food options on the menu

- The premium breakfast was also incredible with a dedicated waiter, a menu and a separated area from the crowded main restaurant. - The pool was on the cold side, but we hadn’t really used it anyways

Our room was always spotless, the buffet was absolutely delicious (we didn’t struggle as vegetarians), and the all-inclusive offering of main-brand alcohol and cocktails was a huge plus

The bar staff were all so fantastic, serving top-notch cocktails every time with a smile. One downside was my partner suffered an allergic rash across her body after the adult pool - although I was ok

Thankfully It did clear up in 24 hours though. She’s completely fine with Chlorine pools here in the UK, so maybe it’s some other chemical? If you have sensitive skin I would just be careful

The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and hard working. The hotel’s location and facilities are truly unmatched and stunning. The adult only pool was heaven

Normally we have a spring break however this year we chose to grab some late sunshine to top up our Greek tan gained in September. We’d visited Costa Adeje 7 years ago staying at the Hotel Guayarmina Princess

Nice hotel, good food. Not good for disabled people because of many steps to get to the restaurant. No toiletries in the rooms but otherwise good value for money. Staff very helpful if in short supply on reception.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Princess Inspire. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet options for half board, with plenty of variation for 5 days and comfortable bedroom

We were ‘fitted’ with our natty little bracelets which along with access to our room the bracelets were scanned both in the restaurants and bars to build our drinks bill! On the subject of drinks we found the price of the drinks to be very reasonable compared to some hotels we’ve visited previously

Breakfast had all drinks included with the evening meal having drinks billed to our room including water - again prices reasonable

In the room we had a fridge/mini bar on arrival stocked with Two bottles of beer and 4 bottles of soft drinks. Initially a gift if you then require a top up it is chargeable

Located in the greener, more beautiful north of the island, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach, town, and shops

sweeping, mopping and generally keeping pools and surrounding areas a lovely place to spend the day. I’m a fussy eater but never left hungry. Thank you Santa Maria for a 2nd brilliant stay. Will definitely be returning!

The only negatives would be our bathroom had an interesting smell coming from it all week, even after being cleaned, the walls are very thin, so if youre a light sleeper you may struggle

Also they don't really give you any information when you check in, but thankfully id read lots of reviews before going so knew roughly what was going on and where

The hotel has a nice pool and great garden area with a beautiful atomsphere. The food was good but not great and the staff was okay too. Great location in the nice city of Puerto de la Cruz

Lovely hotel, very happy with what we got for the price. The food was delicious, though not the biggest choice, so if youre a fussy eater you may struggle

The rooms are nice beds are comfy, I’ve seen reviews about beds being not comfy which is just a lie. Just meaning people With the drinks there’s a cocktail of the day which is free and the rest is €6

Pool area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds to choose from and a complimentary snack bar for all inclusive guests

We went all inclusive and the food and drinks at every meal were the best we've had so much variety nobody could say there wasn't anything to suit them at every meal

There were no negatives for our stay the staff were all friendly and helpful in all areas, we had a problem with our safe which was sorted instantly

The hotel is in a great location and very close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We’ve already rebooked for next year

The food was adequate but not special. The drinks were the usual Spanish local stuff, better was available, for extra euros. The room was spacious, the AC was old but worked, a little noisy tho

We were sat in the restaurant while there was a storm outside and it started flooding(nothing that they could do) they tried their best to sweep it away and put towels by the door to stop the floor and moved everyone from the side that it was coming from

The waitor and waitress staff in the restaurant were nice but could be more observant with how many plates are on tables i had seen multiple tables with at least 6 plates stacked just sat there while there was no fresh plates waiting to be used

If you are visiting for a nice relaxing stay i would say this hotel is awfully loud at night! The roof top bar is on the 7th floor and played until late, we stayed on Level 5 and it was still so loud you could hear the bass of the songs which wasn’t great to sleep in

I walked through the reception on our third day and someone was at the help desk a normal couple asking a question and the person at the desk was speaking back to them in a horrible manner! i was shocked, their tone was awful and spoke in a very argumentative way

Some of the reception staff seemed miserable and offish for the start of our visit of checking in. They were helpful in ways of getting Beach towels that were 25 Euro deposits each

The bar staff were nice there was a few in the downstairs bar that weren’t as friendly but i suppose they work long hours but still need to be better with their service skills

Food at the pool bar really nice. Drinks at the pool bar not as good as at the main bar though. I loved the hotel made us feel so comfortable. Also pool really nice and Poole area

The room was spacious, had comfy large bed. The housekeeping service in the room was surprisingly great and fast, unbothering at all. The room’s view was as ordered on Teide (unfortunately we enjoyed it only 2 last days)

The breakfast menu was various and there was a cook who cooked fresh omelets by request, the restaurant was very spacious and full of light

The My Favourite Club is a great upgrade when booking, £19 per person per week for seaview, full fridge, and private lounge for MFC members. 00 with free drinks, sandwiches, cakes, nuts and sweets

The night shows included authentic cultural music and dances — was very fascinating. The staff was very helpful and friendly not on the reception, but at the bar and attractions

The amenities were exceptional: as they offered not only in-house trainings, games and night shows, but also outdoor trips to the nearby cities

This year we were on the second floor just above the restaurant and no sun on the balcony until late in the afternoon

Nothing wow really, cleaning could be better, same as servive. The location is not very good as steep hills etc and nothing around like restaurants. You must resaxh city centre for that

From the receptionists to the restaurant team – everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and provide everything they need

The hotel was very close to the seafront and my room had a sea view. The immediate surroundings were very busy and built up with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep

During my stay I had a fall it happened to be a bank holiday all the pharmacies were closed but I have to say the hotel reception staff were brilliant Louisa ( I hope I have her name right ) couldn’t do enough for me and provided sterile water and Iodine to clean my wounds along with gauze and bandages at no charge

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Some rooms get very little sun particularly in winter. It’s right in the heart of Adeje so it’s lively and can be noisy but that’s to be expected for the location

My room was 208 it was clean and comfortable although the floor covering wasn’t fitted correctly and really need some attention, The bathroom was clean and modern with a powerful shower

I stayed bed and breakfast, breakfast was buffet style and nothing out of the ordinary plenty of choice Fresh Fruit, Pastry’s, Cereal plus a hot selection and omelettes cooked to order

Dining staff were very friendly and polite. Felisa and Jose in particular! Short stroll to beautiful harbour (where there is amazing local restaurants ) Also short walk to rocky beach €18

Breakfast could be better but evening meals were fine with something for everyone. Rooftop adults area was lovely and peaceful to watch the sun go down nice ibiza type chill out music playing all day

In the bar the staff welcomed us very well and we had a very good time. Another evening we participated to a party on the terrace where we enjoyed good drinks and breathtaking sunset view

I went in this hotel last week to enjoy the amazing environment and weather in Tenerife. Very nice place, friendly staff and very good food. Me and my husband very enjoyed our visit here

The food has improved since our last visit. The new staff are great especially Vanessa. The pool area has lots of beds which are spaced out. Authentic food and excellent music

We stayed here all inclusive for 4 nights. So first of all- rooms; housekeeping was incredible, room attendants always had the warmest service and everything was super clean

40 am due to delays and the restaurant had been closed for hours. But knowing that we may be hungry, we were met with a small buffet ( amazing!) The room is incredible and suitably located for my mobility

I've just come home 🏡 from 10 nights. The staff go above and beyond. The food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere and facilities are fabulous. I loved every minute I spent there

The bar was a joke; because we went all inclusive they make all drinks differently than normal( aka barely any alcohol in them). They have sauna, however again no one will tell you about it

We then had to carry 3 25kg suitcases up 3 lots of stairs, as a definite downside is that there is only 1 lift which takes you to the main restaurant. The freshwater pools down by the pool bar are lovely but very cold

The hotel is located very nicely, near the beach. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is all very good with a variety of different foods for different cultures each day. The rooms are decorated nicely and spacious

The animation team are always so happy and cheerful while working which makes everyone around them even happier. They work extra hard during the day, while also performing a show every night

There is a kids club for the smaller boys and girls and different activities for adults and older children + teenagers including archery, football, ping pong, water polo and lots more

I'm not sure if it was because of the time of year. Food down the pool bar was OK at best, not a massive selection. The food the 1st week in the main restaurant was a letdown for us, and we are not fussy eaters

The thing that impacted our holiday the most and made it even better was the animation team, especially Lorenzo, Francesca, Ali, Patrik and Samuele

We absolutely loved this property. Very short walk to the boardwalk with lots of shopping options, restaurants, beaches. The food was great, we did the half board and we were able to switch our dinner to lunch

Food was to a good standard something for everybody at every meal time, pool snack bar handy for the kids

We went on a holiday as a family of 18 and we had the most fantastic time the staff were amazing cannot do enough for you the food was amazing lots of choices and a kids corner with plastic plates bowls and cutlery for them there is a pool baby pool and a splash pad there was one small issue the splash pad had a bridge you could go over I didn’t go over it my niece did and she said it was a bit slippery...

The service and atmosphere created by all of the staff was second to none but the star of the show was ENZO in all honesty he made our holiday went above and beyond he really deserves some recognition as the effort he makes i'm sure goes above and beyond what is expected

We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel, with the standout feature being the incredibly friendly and hardworking staff. From check-in to the restaurant team, everyone was welcoming and attentive

Everyone can find something in here. The pools are nice and clean, especially the Kid's Pool with awesome playground. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews, for the money you pay to come here it is very good value for money; if you want 5 star then there are plenty of them hotels in the area

Heard a lot of people talking about the brown water, we did experience this on the last night, but this happened to us before in another hotel around the corner

We just left the tap running for a few minutes and it was clear again

We stayed in E block self catering which is the block furthest away from the small shopping centre which hotel is attached too. Only been here 4 nights room very clean and spacious

Dated decor and furniture but that didn’t spoil the stay. Ours was ground floor with very large patio which backed onto the road but apart from the odd coach it was very quiet
