It’s not too crowded, you could always get a sun lounger. Great choice of drinks on the all Inclusive as well with some decent cocktails included

Has it changed much, no it hasn't, yes a few different buildings, the restaurant is slightly different, kids arcade new and snack bar. Outside of that the look and feel is the same

Food is plentiful and good quality, rooms are great, we were lucky and had a duplex room, lots of space. Now the staff, excellent, they cannot do enough for you, the cleaners, maintance, reception and restaurant

We've just spent a week at the gran oasis resort in tenerife and we've had an amazing holiday. The cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff and the fabulous entertainment team

We are a mature couple with lots of all-inclusive experiences. Now we stayed at this hotel 14 years ago with our two children

The profiteroles dipped in the chocolate fountain were my favourite! There is a free bus service that takes you to and from the town which was good

Positives- Adults only but mostly German guests -Very Clean -basic rooms but nice enough -Staff very good, friendly, speak most languages and attentive. -Pool area nice, good and plenty of beds -Quiet and relaxing

I also feel like the rooms could do with a touch up as some of the electrics were a bit temperamental. such as the air-con which didn't really work. We stayed in mid-September, all-inclusive

Negatives - hotel is up high, so walking down is fine, 20 minutes to seafront. But you’ll need a taxi back -shuttle bus to town picks up at various hotels so can be full and never on time

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good views, great food and drinks, a heated pool for children and separate for adults. The animation is excellent.But the noise from the road.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had. The location is probably the best in Tenerife, considering the price. The hotel bar is awesome for a great price. 10/10 hotel.

Service, is outstanding, the bar staff know your order the first day, and the entertainment team are hilarious and amazing with guests (they might threaten to throw you in the pool tho lol) The location is good, right I'm the center of everything really the only downside is there are a lot of hills but the taxis (usually) are under €5 to get places

This hotel deserves 5 stars! The nicest staff! Such delicious food, the choice is just huge, for every taste! clean rooms, regular cleaning and change of towels

The guys working here are ABSOLUTELY amazing so welcoming and funny to be around really made our experience here. I’d come back just to see them again

Animation is super, every day some activities, the guys are very friendly, they make your holiday fun, unforgettable and comfortable for everyone

Our youngest had her birthday whilst we were there and the staff helped to make it feel special by making a birthday cake and decorating a table for us in the Italian restaurant

opinion My friends and I stayed in this hotel for a week and we are very happy with the time we spent there. The food was really good as well as the drinks. We were very impressed with the work of entertainment team

Stayed here for an all inclusive holiday with the family. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a 1 bed apartment, to a 2 bed apartment

The reception and cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, as were some of the restaurant staff

But please do not be put off , I couldn’t recommend it more brilliant in every department so pleased with everything no complaints they must of been reviewing a different hotel because I can guarantee it wasn’t the one we stayed in … Thankyou playa real for a wonderful stay

Not far from the center but far enough away that you don't hear the nightlife or be bothered by noise (bonus if you have kids), I'll definitely be back!

There was a strange noise which was a sort of electric from the floor

3rd time staying here, some bad reviews about this hotel, but I have never had a bad experience, always been absolutely fine and great value for the money paid, I have not been in high season so my review is based on Jan/Feb last time was Oct/Nov

It's cheap and cheerfull, Breakfast is great, its a buffet, cooked food is sometimes not hot but there is a microwave at the end of the galley so no probs there, plenty to choose from, Bacon, fried eggs scrambled,boiled,fried, lots of breads to toast, hot dog style sausage, plenty of pastries and sweet stuff, ceriels, all good

Food & Drinks - the food was quite bad to be honest all inclusive is not worth it there's little to no options and if your a fan of seafood you might like it as there's lots of sea food options, on the last day I vomited salami from breakfast, not sure if it was me or just because it was too hot in the restourant, the breakfast was the best part there was lots to choose from and it tasted nice but...

Rooms are dated but clean and tidy, if you have issues speak up, too many wait to complain after they get home, the staff are lovely and friendly and if they can help you they will

The sister hotel is across the road and its a lot more expensive, there is a reason for that, you get what you pay for at both hotels. Rooftop swimming pool with great views

I didn’t try the pool because we spent most of our time outside sightseeing. The area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants, so it’s not a destination like Los Cristianos

There was everything from a full English to continental options, various drinks, and plenty of healthy choices. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay

The hotel is great it's clean and tidy the staff are great from reception to dining room staff to cleaners really helpful and friendly

Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot. Breakfast was absolutely perfect

If you spend the whole day at the hotel, the noise might start to bother you. Overall, a clean hotel with excellent breakfast, but not up to true 5-star standards. Definitely will come back in future

We drove about 10 minutes to the beach, which was great. The hotel is only about 14 minutes by car from the airport, which is convenient, but keep in mind that planes fly directly over the property

It is a few years since our last stay but we were impressed with the whole experience There are excellent changes to the property rooms and restaurant and facilities there are stunning additions to the eating areas and the rooftop bar The staff are the best part here from the helpful ladies in reception the cleaners the bar staff all maintain high standards

Rooms are cleaned everyday to a high standard. Breakfast is a good choice of English and continental. Nearby restaurants are excellent and reasonably priced too. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Diego (Pikachu man) & Penelope stole our kids hearts. We enjoyed our 8 day stay in this smaller hotel. Dinner and breakfast is always prepared with enough (meat, fish & veggi) options for everyone in the fam

We stayed here for 1 week, there was a storm apparently so was unsure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the weather and no rain all week

The hotel is modern, very clean and tidy, the staff are excellent and plentiful. The apartments are great and have everything u need including washing machine and dishwasher with tabs to use them too

-archery is sticky pad kids archery -if you want to use the tennis courts you have to pay €9 each time -lots of the kids equipment/toys were broken -the pools may be heated but they are NOT warm! Pros: -great location, quiet but with some fab places to eat and drink within walking distance

Rooms can be more up to date but they are spacious and clean therefore would not complain. Pool bar reasonably priced , £3 pint, £6 cocktails etc. Enough sun loungers and free towels from the lifeguard :) would come back

The lobby is very lovely and polite workers. Fed just super,great choice of dishes,vegetables,fruits, cakes. The waiters are like bees and also very cute

Located in the center, a huge number of shops and cafes, the ocean 10 minutes away

As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

There’s a small shop and a lovely beachfront restaurant right next door—super convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, and serviced daily

You can sunbathe on the balcony, just like on the beach! The food is plentiful, the quality is 4-5, the drinks are scarce, and the coffee is average

Food was usually luke warm and has to be warmed in microwave provided at end of hotplate, when mentioned to jet 2 rep her reply was " what do you expect in an all inclusive hotel, food cannot always be fresh and hot"!!

You also have to check out the spa and treat yourself to a massage, I’ve come back to London feeling like it was definitely worth every penny. The views to the beachfront and the beautiful sea were just breath taking

it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in

Lunch was cooked outside by the pool on a grill/ bbq which was nice in the sun. Evening meal was ok, selection was minimal though

The buffet restaurant is small and i can imagine it getting very busy in peak summer months. Round the pool is nice, plenty of sunbeds but again in summer I bet it's a different story

The beds are firm, and could do with some better pillows or just supply more. The breakfast was your standard selection with an egg station for fresh omelette

Great location for walks and beach rooms couldn’t fault them staff lovely friendly Maria Antionette stood out above and beyond fun friendly always looked after us at the pool bar

The apartments are very spacious, clean and well laid out. But there isn't any shampoo or shower gel supplied, which wasn't an issue as we take our own

We stayed all inclusive and although there is not a vast choice of food we managed to find something to eat for each meal. We did eat out for a few evenings but that was always the plan as I like to get out and about

Only down a star due to poor labelling of food at meal times, I think you'd struggle if you have any allergies

Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. The pools are nice, kid friendly

There were activities for both adults and children throughout the day, without it ever feeling noisy or overwhelming. The apartments were beautiful and very clean, with excellent housekeeping

The location is excellent, the room is small but comfortable, there is parking on site 👍, the only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, every day the same omelet, fried eggs, sausages.

Food choice fresh varied, tasty amd very healthy options with a sneaky ice cream. 90 for a couple each night and all the drink in restaurant with that. Plenty as we are not big drinkers. Definately returning thankyou

Hotel needs a bit updating but the restaurant and the drinks were good pool never really went so can’t complain Night time entertainment not my cup of tea drinks served in paper cups usually drank in the restaurant out of a glass but that’s just me for wat it cost at Xmas time value for money would have been disappointing if I paid a lot more but nice for a cheap Holliday away nice local bar around...

Everything was OK, within expectations for this hotel classification segment. The activities and entertainment staff deserve a positive rating.

Never the less meals were different each day. Staff friendly helpful and accommodating. Facilities were easy to access and comfortable. The pool has plenty of loungers and seating

On our last day we were able to store our luggage in a locked room, and paid 20 euros each to continue our all inclusive band until our transfer bus arrived. We would return to the hotel again

I've returned from a wonderful week away in silencio , our stay was lovely , staff are friendly, after reading the reviews I was nervous to stay however I was pleasantly surprised, Cleaning was spot on went above and beyond 👌 Food had a great variety, not much of a veggie option

Staff are very efficient and nice. Daily maid service, plenty of toiletries in bathroom. We have a one bed apartment which is very clean, spacious and has a balcony overlooking the sea , promenade & beach restaurants

Fantastic large balcony right on the front with Fantastic views. It is a more noisy room as there is a walkway and restaurant right opposite, but that was made up for by the lovely views

The hotel is excellently located, in the middle of beach, bars, shops and restaurants. We loved the style of the complex as it feels like a mini village within the resort of Costa Adeje

The staff are professional and friendly. The accommodation -room 2100, was amazing. Comfortable bed and peaceful at night. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a seamless stay that met every expectation

Highly recommend, we had a tiny issue and this was resolved so quickly. We were here to do a wedding ceremony for a couple, so for a peaceful space beforehand, this was the perfect place

The cocktails were disgusting, only one option a day, the vodka tasted like water. You need to pay extra for certain drinks and between 11-12pm there is no all inclusive

The pool was ok, little dirty, the sun beds were ok, There is ice cream available at the pool bar just remember to ask, the pool bar snacks are bread, biscuits and a few salad ham and cheese bits in a fridge which isn’t cold

no atmosphere no outside space to sit in the evening Staff pleasant food hit and miss a lot of it was cold/warm and 3rd day into our stay sitting with lots of chairs piled up in the restaurant t with a 3rd of it closed off and not sure why

Unfortunately, the food still disappointed and we ate out every night which defeats the object of all inclusive. Roberto was lovely and polite and Elena who did the entertainment was lovely

Each time you go to the bar, you take your dirty cups and these are exchanged for clean ones with a new drink in them, you only pay now if you lose your cups and have to replace them

Location was also good, 5 mins from the beach, 15 to Loro Parque and 10 to the town centre (all on foot). I had the all inclusive which had a good selection of drinks available

Ideal location for bus services. 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Didn't have a problem sleeping. Lunch and dinner a little bit uninspiring. many thanks to Jennifer Tamara

Great value for under 90 euros per day. Nice bathroom, balcony, bed and ok kitchen. Nice and helpful reception. Very close to the central bus station and Hiper Dino with fishmonger, butcher and cheese shop.

The views of the mountains and ocean combined were superb, both from our room and the rooftop pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful, issues were sorted very quickly when they were made aware of them

The only downsides were that it was a little loud next to a bus station and the WiFi except for the ground floor wasn't great (that could've been my fault though)

Absolutely perfect hotel for us as a couple. The sea view was the best! Breakfast was everything you could want

They rush to clear away the food as soon as 10:30 AM hits, practically snatching it from under guests' noses. If it weren't for such terrible staff, the hotel would be perfectly acceptable, even if it is a bit rundown

It's recommended to drive to the lobby entrance first, unload your luggage, and then park. Otherwise, you'll have to retrieve your luggage from the parking lot, which is about a 5-minute walk down stairs

There's a bar street downstairs, and you can hear DJs even at 2 AM. 🛜⁉️Unbearable! The Wi-Fi in my corner room was completely unusable. It wasn't a weak signal; it was practically nonexistent

🛀The bathroom drain was clogged, causing a large leak in the room. I only stayed one night and didn't bother to contact staff to resolve the issue. ⚠️The noise problem is extremely severe

There is also a separate pool which is quiet, for those not wanting to be around the daytime entertainment. The drinks operate on a token basis. Token purchased on arrival for a refundable 5 euros

There are many dishes to choose from, along with pizza and pasta every night. The rooms are clean with room service every day. Children's entertainment is varied and the team do a great job

The restaurant on site in the apartment complex is excellent, and definitely value for money. Kids club at the neighbouring hotel is for 5 to 14 years of age, so remember to lie about your 4 year old being older

We would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. We have stayed 4 times over the last few years. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly

The checking in process is very smooth and staff are happy to answer any questions. The buffet restaurant is varied and really good quality. The salad bar is extensive, as are the desserts

Everything about this hotel is top class - the staff are amazing, the food is delicious, the facilities are brilliant and they cater for all types of guests - adults, children, families, golfers, non golfers

It’s a place that knows what it is: a comfortable, lived‑in base camp for people chasing sun, late mornings, and maybe a hangover or two. Three nights here on my own felt less like an escape and more like a quiet reset

Firstly I will start by saying don't go on people's reviews mostly negative these apartments are really nice clean the food is amazing value all breakfast dinner and tea can't fault it the staff equally amazing the main pools by the outside bar are very cold but that's for me isn't an issue because if you go to the back of the apartments there is a lovely pool with a man made waterfall

Third visit here with our group in a room only basis.. Ticks most of the boxes once again. Clean,location geat,staff are helpful. Pool can get a bit noisy some days, but would return once again.

There’s something disarming about KN Aparthotel Columbus in Tenerife. It isn’t flashy or trying to sell you an illusion

The balcony views stretch wide and forgiving, the poolside hums with a rhythm that makes you forget the clock, and the staff move with that easy island grace that says, “no rush, you’re here now

As you can tell, we really enjoyed our holiday break here and would definitely come back again! Ultimately, you get what you pay for, and for a 3 star hotel & how much it cost for our stay, we felt it was fantastic value for money!

Plenty of drinks included in all inclusive including a different cocktail of the day every day. Food was lovely-different every day,plenty to eat for all,salad bar huge,nice selection of desserts

The area was nice with some shops and restaurants around. A short bus to the more lively places. Nice black sand beach within walking distance

The rooms are huge,so much space-2 balconies-yes no air con which is a shame but manageable and wasn’t a major problem. Lots of storage space-Clean and functional. Housekeeping every other day which is fine

3 nice pools,loads of sunbeds,never had a problem getting a sun bed at any time of the day. The top pool could do with a bar up there as it is along way to walk down to get a drink
