Enjoying the beautiful hotel, lovely staff, spotlessly clean, fabulous view from our balcony, separate toilet and shower, coffee maker with complimentary supplies, fridge, air conditioning, cannot fault it, everyone we have met have been so polite and friendly. Just back from our holiday, really miss you all, you made us feel so welcome and took excellent care of us. Loved having jokes with the staff...
Was a very nice place to relax at the bar for a few drinks drinks family and friends just be prepared to wait a little to be served
Great service and very good kids menu
fine good location freiendly staff
Lovely placed hotel. Pool amazing and food. Rooms were fabulous. All inclusive drinks with coke and Tonic.only allowed flat pump not bottles like paying guests. Staff were hard to get attention and slow getting drinks . Otherwise good. I would go again
What a fabulous hotel food is lovely and staff pleasant. Rooms were exceptional. Nicely placed hotel on beach. X Sue. Only thing we missed was a kettle in our room to make tea

First visited these apartments 20 years ago and they were fab then. They still are now! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and good fun. Our room was huge with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The apartments are up a steepish hill but you get the benefits of peace and quiet plus it’s a short taxi ride from the old or new town. They offer a lovely looking buffet breakfast for €8/pp and...
Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming. Staff were exceptional from start to finish. Travel agent messed up our booking, which is not hotels fault. 100% for hotel.
Quiet location, a 15min walk to old town and beach, down hill definitely need a taxi back for 5 to 7 euros. Large apartment very clean and well equipped. Excellent shower plenty of hot water. Mini shop on site ideal for basics. Lovely pool area. Bar staff and cleaning ladies are friendly. Entertainment comfortable. Restaurant good. Great place for a relaxing break.
Second time staying here and will hopefully be back next year. Very peaceful pool area, evening buffet and breakfast were lovely. We know it's at the top of a hill so we walk down and get a taxi back. Had a strange experience one day at the pool when I was on my own and a man with long hair and a beard stood behind me reciting the bible according to John, it made me very uneasy! Possibly should have...
First visit to these apartments and not disappointed. We are always value for money holidaymakers and Terralta definitely delivers on that. I have paid much more for much less. Clean, spacious enough apartments, large balcony, all areas were very clean and tidy, there seemed like an army of cleaning ladies in the morning, and the pool was always checked and cleaned at night by a wee robot! Staff all...

Very good value for money.......great for a cheap weekend away. Recommend.
Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and the lobby looked fantastic decked out with a Christmas theme. The rooms are all suites with a large balcony/terrace looking towards the sea. Very comfortable beds. The food was great, lots of options for all tastes and the staff were actively clearing plates all the time. Plenty of help yourself drink options available with meals including alcohol. The hotel is...
Friendly staff- very clean and great choice of food.
Generally property condition and facilities are good. Very friendly staff. The only disappointment was the duvets we used weren't clean 😪.
Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.
Denis and Simeon really helped with gluten free great holiday thanks

Old fashion hotel but old only when about quality of services what they offer, everything outstanding. Only regrets is that we not stay longer to enjoy more....
Lovely hotel and staff. Fab kids club for children. Entertainment staff went out of there way to look after our children and spoke Spanish. Thanks to Amanda for such kindness to my twins. Food is varied, big queues of you go Spanish time at dinner eg 9-930. Lovely towels which are complimentary for the beach. There are rustic parasols to rent which was at a discounted rate of you charged to the room...
We stayed at Hotel Casablanca last week and overall had a lovely time. The hotel has a lot going for it: clean and comfortable rooms, an unbeatable beachfront location, a great little kids' pool, and a variety of food. That said, we wanted to share a few things for non-Spanish-speaking guests to be aware of. While we did thorough research before booking and found mostly great reviews, we were surprised...
It was a delightful and enjoyable experience, exactly as a holiday should be. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always readily available. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team worked diligently. Our spacious room was spotless every day. Breakfast was pleasant, offering a wide variety of food. The kitchen and dining staff were exceptionally kind and always wore a smile. The facilities...

The reception was nice and helpful. As well as the waitresses at the restaurant - always quick and efficient. I liked the two room apartment, but the cleaning has to be improved for sure. The food selection was not big, but there always something for me to choose from. The quality was rather an average... Breakfasts were quite simple and the main disappointment was coffee. The location was good as...
My stay was part of my time share. The rooms were small and there was a strange smell in lobby. The food was not great but ok. The beaches are beautiful and walking distance from hotel the only good part. The locals were not so nice!
Verry nice hotel, beautiful room. Nice diner (bottle of wine and water included) and breakfast.
It’s a fairly decent place considering the price… it’s quite far from the center but there were restaurants and cafes around the place… Clean rooms overall with a nice little terrace… The beach is just a few meters away…
We never got to stay at Acuasol. That Hotel was closed for the season, can only assume due to lack of reservations (or it closes EVERY end of Season). They shifted us to Aparthotel Jardines del Plaza, another property adjacent to the ZHotel property Hotel Peñiscola Plaza Suites. It had a great location across from the Beach, but farther down the beach, away from the downtown area. Older unit, with...
We thoroughly enjoyed our one day stay. Notable staff members: Alberto (Reception) and Roberto (Animation). Lots of choice on the food, with a beautiful range of dishes. Friendly staff, always on hand. Great atmosphere. The upper floor hotel rooms facing the playa are particularly comfy. Peñíscola's sandy beaches have something for all ages.

Clean hotel. Welcoming staff. Decent breakfast with a good selection. Sea view. Staff didn't speak any French. Be aware there's no soundproofing, so you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do, including the toilets flushing. Many Spanish families don't respect the peace and quiet of a hotel or the other guests. We had a Spanish family with children who shouted above us and made noise until about...
The hotel is very nice, very close to the beach, and the views from the terrace are fantastic. We also liked the buffet; it had a good variety and was very clean. It's a little far from the center and the castle, but you can easily take the bus. The only thing that will make me think twice about returning is the awful experience my daughter had when she went to rest on the sofa bed. She woke up with...
Very clean, sea view from the balcony, beautiful beach just across the street, lot of shops&restaurants close by
I like the hotel very much. We stayed there by occasion on the way to Calp. It exceeds all my expectations. Peniscola beach in front of hotel is awesome. Like African beach wide and long. The hotel is perfect for me as I don't need any pool while such a great and warm September sea in front. The food is good, noting to complain. I'll densely stay there later for at least week or more. Staff kind, clean room need to improov, bed sheets bad, mattress bad.
Exactly what it said on the tin, a central Valencia boutique hotel. The room was a bit noisy but that's what you expect in such a location.
The hotel is an excellent location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions including the Ceramic Museum, the Cathedral, the Silk exchange and many more. We had a standard room which whilst comfortable had a limited outlook onto a narrow alleyway. Maybe in future I would pay extra for a premium room and view. Breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful. Very good and the room was very spacious and quiet. The location is very near the city center … just 3 min walking. We recommend the hotel for visiting Valencia with family
This is a spacious, well-equipped apartment in a good location close to the Metro (which connects directly to the airport) and bus routes across the city. It has everything you might need for a short stay in Valencia. Everything worked and was in good condition. The 24-hour reception staff all speak more-than-adequate English and are very helpful with good (in our experience) recommendations for...
Everything was truly perfect. Amazing location and wonderful staff.
The room is big enough with quiet environment. The staffs are helpful and sincere.
This is an apartment hotel right in the Old Town, within walking distance to all the main attractions. It's easy to find as it's located right on the roadside. However, the parking lot is quite narrow, and it would be very easy to scratch a larger car. The room is spacious with complete amenities, including full cooking facilities and tableware. The decor is relatively new. If you're visiting Valencia...

We had a wonderful stay at Ramirez Flats Valencia. The apartment has its own garage, which made parking very convenient. Staff were very kind and helpful. A great choice for families. Highly recommended!
The room has one king-size bed and one made-up double sofa bed, just right for two adults and two children. The hotel has its own parking lot, which costs 15 euros per night. It's fully enclosed, clean, and safe. Considering it's a good option for a one-night stay, the price is reasonable.
Good location. The room is a bit small, though.
We booked a one-bedroom apartment, which felt quite spacious and was great in all aspects. The hotel has its own paid underground parking lot, which was a good option for us since we couldn't find a free parking space at the entrance. The hotel's location was also decent, making it convenient to get to the old town. Since we only stayed one night, I didn't take any photos of the room, but I'll add...
Located on the edge of the old town, very close to the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, the hotel even helped us book tickets for the aquarium; there is a parking lot on the right side of the hotel and a restaurant on the left, where you can cook your own meals; the design is very stylish.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartments are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to Mercadona. The parking is convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend!
Exactly what it says on the tin. Off season so can’t rate facilities as everything looks sad and neglected in the rain. Host was lovely and responsive. Room was clean and well presented.
We have just arrived, really clean, comfy and spacious, however thought we would have had a balcony or terrace :( as we like to sit out on the balcony in the sun. Other than that, we cannot fault it. Fresh cold water waiting for us in the fridge and the pool looks inviting.
Absolutely lovely apartment! It's clean and has eveything you need 3 of us stayed here and couldn't believe how nice it was when we walked in. Good location in the old town, quite hilly but was no problem for our party. Apartments very dated in desperate need for upgrades to the rooms. No room cleaners had to clean my room when we left or we were charged €75 only changed bed linen if you stayed over 7 days. Same towel all week if you wanted a clean one you were charged.

Caretaker/ reception very pleasant and approachable. Pool area very clean and quiet, the only sounds children enjoying themselves. Location great for us. Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! Just returned from a 7 day holiday at Suites Del Mar. We have visited this hotel many times and have always found the services facilities and the location excellent. The breakfast and the snacks (ceasar salad...kinda... picture attached) we tried were disappointing. Both the variety and the quality need improvement. Really nice hotel! I checked in for a few nights into a suite on the fourth floor which had amazing views over the harbour and sea. Breakfast was very nice indeed - very generous selection. Staff were very polite...
Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. Apartment is clean and comfortable. On-site parking space is extremely good. Staff is friendly. But we have a hard time to drive to the place as it is situated inside the old town and all access have warning signs to deter non-authorized vehicles. We called the hotel and found out that the hotel would send our license number to the authority. Would be nice if there is such information given in advance
We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Note that there were steep internal steps up to the terrace, which some may find tricky if they have limited mobility or small kids. The apartment is modern and has all the appliances you may need. Clean and super convenient to the sites and restaurants in the historic part of Valencia.
Good location, a bit spartan but a well equipped kitchen. There was vi no hot water and no cleaning.
Nice but wouldn’t stay again Overall nice but the vent in the bedroom had black mould around it. And it was quite noisy from both inside the building and outside

The accommodation overall was very good but the hill up to it was so steep and we had great difficulty getting taxis to take us up and down, one of the staff was very kind and took us down one of the days, some days we felt we were stuck up there because we couldn’t get taxis down to the town.
