Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Hotel in a great location, staff friendly but not that clean, food crap I could have knocked someone out with bread roll and pizza! Bar only takes cash bit odd and the so call gym seems to be knackered to say the least! Defo not a gym as I know it!

The towels required to be changed more frequently.we had them change three times in a week that’s not good enough

Breakfast quality of food wasn't what i expected from a 4☆ plus hotel stayed in other hotels in benidorm with similar ratings and food was superior. Shampoo/shower gel wasn't replenished and was diluted.

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.

Room was big, bright, and spotlessly clean, as indeed was the whole hotel. Excellent friendly staff, and excellent location. However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help. However, this is a minor fault and doesn’t detract from my overall 5* marking.

Newly renovated hotel with huge garden and pool. The spa is fantastic (it has a super cold ice bath, 2 saunas and 2 pools) and the dinner is also great. The breakfast was also good - it could be even better if they offered fresh coffee too. We will be back, thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I had the best beach view and the best thing is that the beach is just in front of you. It has a great pool and the food is very good. It has a great variety of things to do. The staff is nice and there is a parking next to the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is that you can see the beach at all time and that it’s super close.

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. Only suggestion would be to include a pod coffee machine in the rooms! Otherwise a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Truly enjoy the stay in a well-maintained apartment with good amenities and in a good location. Double-glazing windows helped to dampen the street noise during busy period. Host is very responsive to questions.

What a fantastic hotel! The view from our room was stunning! Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? A large , clean and quite room, just what we needed for one night

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Silvia and Joan in the spa reception. Brilliant staff, fab breakfast, lovely to find out they have a roof terrace with hot tub. Clean rooms with a king size comfy bed and great power shower. The only small negative was the windows aren’t sound proof so unfortunately we were woken up by a bit of noise on one night in the early hours.

I would certainly stay here again, location is perfect, right in the old part of the city, super walkable and not loud. Rooms are nice, we had a small issue with a smell in our room but Patricia at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of it even personally helping move our stuff. The breakfast is great and the bar is very nice and lively. Would definitely recommend.

We had a LOVELY experience at Hotel Marques House. The location is amazing, as you can walk anywhere in Central Valencia. The staff was amazing, but I cannot compliment Patricia enough for her wonderful service. We had an issue with our room and it was taken care of as soon as the hotel could accommodate.
