Our favourite hotel! Absolutely spotless, smells so fresh and clean. Breakfast is the best ever and the service is second to none. My only little snag is that it can get a little noisy outside in the early hours of the morning, in our experience loud Spanish men who have had a few too many!!

Beautiful views from the terrace over Benidorm 😍 very good location. Beautiful sky bar with jacuzzi and vievs. Amazing service, very helpful and attentive stuff ( thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine to my mums birthday 🎉). Brilliant staff, fab breakfast, lovely to find out they have a roof terrace with hot tub. Clean rooms with a king size comfy bed and great power shower. The only small negative was the windows aren’t sound proof so unfortunately we were woken up by a bit of noise on one night in the early hours.

My second time stopping at RH Canfali and it won't be my last. This occasion was a 5 night stay with my wife and it was perfect. Christian on reception is a real asset to the hotel. Pleasant room with a good view, only stayed one night but all good.

Room is very nice, however if it faces the street you will hear cars, people and music at night. Very nice shower facilities. Service is very good, many breakfast options but just one coffee machine which can get busy. Lunch options are good however if you don't want fish options you'll need to plan ahead with the staff for buffet service. Pool area is very nice.

A beautiful view of the sea and room is spacious. However need to ask reception for hair dryer and kitchen amenities is limited. If plan to cook make sure be prepared. Outdoor space was exceptional with uninterrupted sea views. Negatives, booked 2 rooms, they couldn’t have put us further away from each other. Our room was a penthouse, 2nd bedroom was tiny with no clothes storage what so ever, Wi-Fi wasn’t worth it, when you finally connected it would drop out. On site bar closes at 4 pm, restaurant prices were extortionate.

It's a very old hotel. It's advertised as four-star, but only a kettle is provided; bottled water isn't. The decor is very dated, and the elevator is clunky and squeaky. Its only advantage is its decent location; the subway station is a short walk away, so you can buy a two-day subway pass and go anywhere.

Honestly, there's not much to say, but for starters, the hotel is right on the roadside. Secondly, the door doesn't have a double lock, which made me feel a bit uneasy. We do not rate this as 4 star hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, cheap plastic mattress protector made bed hot, no satellite TV, nothing in minibar (water only provided on first day), asked for packed lunch instead of breakfast on last day which was dismal and told "not allowed" a coffee. The AC Hotel Colon is pretty ideal. The location is perfect - especially if you're arriving at the train station. The rooms are clean and well sized for a European hotel, and the included breakfast with our reservation was a massive plus. Their staff, however, was the absolute highlight. They helped with restaurant recommendations, logistics, and helped make us feel at home in October 2023.
