A lovely sea front hotel. What we enjoyed most are: The friendly helpful staff. The smart decor and cleanliness. And the whole atmosphere of the hotel made our holiday very enjoyable.

On arrival when I told I was the first floor I asked for a room higher up but receptionist said it was a nice room even though I had asked for elsewhere for the noise of being on a lower level. Loved this hotel! The location is excellent, it's right next to the central downtown area and I got to do lots of exploring every day. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned well daily. Only issue I had was the controller for the lights didn't leave a lot of flexibility, would've preferred more individualized controls for each light.

This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

Great location. Easy walk to town and most attractions. Quiet hotel.

Lovely receptionists at the counter everyday who we are able to communicate without any issue. High speed wifi and ac in room. We were also lucky to be able to check in early. Just 1 minute walk to train station (opposite the right entrance of the station). Gracias!

A well positioned, clean hotel with helpful staff at reception. Room was a good size with coffee making facilities and a TV with English programmes. Shower and bathroom was fine. Unfortunately the bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were okay, but not great quality. Parking available, but very expensive.

Rude staff The staff needs to be sent on service minded training. Grumpier staff I haven’t seen in a long time. Further, they will not open a bottle for you and tell you it’s not allowed in a very bad way. They will not lend you glasses and again they will tell you that in a very rude way. If it wasn’t for the excellent food in the restaurant I would have rated this place even lower.
