We're currently staying at this stunning hotel, right in the heart of Benidorm. The room is beautiful, it has just about everything you need and all kept spotlessly clean but the cleaning staff. We are on a half board basis and the food has generally been very good, it's not a massive selection but I have still been able to eat and I'm very fussy. Visited last year in summer and had a fantastic stay! The rooms were so spacious and so beautiful. Had lots of wardrobe space, bathroom was big and the balcony was great. The room was bright and the king-size bed was soft and comfortable, although two beds pushed together would be a bit small. The hotel staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. It's conveniently located near major attractions and transport links, making it easy to get around. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.

The hotel has a great location in the bustling city center, very close to the British Department Store, and there are shopping malls nearby that are within walking distance. The environment is nice, and the service is good, but the facilities are a bit old.

All I remember is that there was only one duvet cover in the room, and I had to put the duvet insert in myself late at night, huffing and puffing. Thumbs down...

The hotel is quite old, and after checking in, I noticed the bathroom mirror light kept flickering. The repair team responded quickly, but it broke again as soon as I left the room. 🤣 The view from the window was nice, and the two windows (one inside, one outside) provided good sound insulation.

It's a very old hotel. It's advertised as four-star, but only a kettle is provided; bottled water isn't. The decor is very dated, and the elevator is clunky and squeaky. Its only advantage is its decent location; the subway station is a short walk away, so you can buy a two-day subway pass and go anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot. But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer.

We only used the spa. 1 hour circuit. The hotel is very clean and modern, right on the beach front. The spa is small but perfectly adequate. Nice warm temperature and everything works and it's never crowded. We've been twice and most definitely will go again.

I arrived in late June. The days were sunny and the nights were breezy. The hotel was fantastic! It's just across the street from the beach, and there are poolside performances in the evenings. There's a bar and an infinity pool on the rooftop. If you're coming for a vacation, you can book a room that includes two or three meals a day. Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. I am honestly shocked about what happened during my stay at this so-called four-star hotel. I was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door was broken. Returned to same hotel as we enjoyed it in September and equally enjoyed the hotel again. Breakfast good rooms good staff and location good. Room overlooking side street can be noisy so be prepared but definitely go again.

Lovely hotel in a great location 2min from the harbour. The hotel entrance, reception, dining room and bar all very modern. The reception staff very warm and welcoming. My Husband and l stayed for a week at the Voramar hotel , and would certainly recommend it to anyone. The staff in all areas were great , really enjoyed the breakfast and lots of choices in the evening meal. The rooms were cleaned daily by the hard working staff .
