Standard business room in new area, but the renovation is a bit tired. My room was near the elevator, was a bit noisy
The hotel location is good. Having parking.
<Location> Valencia is a beautiful city, but it seems that the center of tourism is the beach. This hotel is close to the famous museum, but it is far from the beach. <Service> A very kind male employee is working diligently. However, there are parts that are lacking in a four-star hotel. <Facility> It is a well constructed hotel as a four-star hotel. However, maintenance seems to be difficult, and...
very chill and cozy stay, clean rooms and frienldy staff. Recommended!
Great hotel, good location, soundproofing could be better, view of the courtyard is great.
It was only one night, and without breakfast, but I found it to be a very comfortable hotel, in a very quiet area with good transport links. The staff was very friendly. The room was large, clean, bright and had a great bathroom.

Lovely big room with nice views. Breakfast was excellent and great variety. Used the spa showers were not working properly. Tiles were missing. Could certainly do with an update. The location does not have any other eateries around. You would have to drive 5 to 10 minutes. Hotel was not busy. Just make sure you do not park in the underground car park as there is a parking charge. Continue up the...
After staying in this hotel for several consecutive nights, the hygiene situation was acceptable, as several mites were found crawling in the room. However the view is indeed excellent 👍🏻

Above and beyond. Please note... there are two Meliás in Valencia so be aware! The room was spectacular with access to a special lounge floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was immaculate. Breakfast in the resturant was delicious and hosted to perfection. Definately recommend.
Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. Excellent views, two restrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, very clean spaces, and access to the Level lounge make for an excellent experience. Level team members are also very professional, welcoming, and fun to talk with. Free parking on the street right in front of the hotel was an added bonus....
The hotel is very large, and the lobby is beautiful. It's also close to the highway, which makes getting around very convenient.
I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Valencia as part of my European birthday trip. While my room wasn’t upgraded, I was greeted with a special birthday surprise 🥹 champagne, flowers, chocolate, and a printed birthday card, which made the arrival truly memorable. These thoughtful touches showed that the staff genuinely cared about making my celebration special. 🙏♥️ The room was spacious and comfortable...
1. Location: The hotel is right off the highway exit, making it very convenient for self-driving. 2. The hotel lobby is quite grand and nice, but the rooms are just average. They lack ventilation and have a bit of a strong odor. 3. The hotel breakfast is decent, with a good variety of choices.
An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

I had a fantastic experience at H10 in Benidorm. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. Very good experience. The hotel had no problems and the staff was outstanding. Small details like suprise complimentary birthday champagne along with much more. We’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Benidorm and couldn’t be happier with the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the balcony views were a great bonus. The food...
We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. We enjoyed the food which was buffet for breakfast and dinner. Lunch in the pool bar was excellent. Views from the rooftop pool are spectacular and the staff are all lovely. Highly recommended hotel.
From the first moment we arrived at 11am in reception, we were warmly greeted by Carmen and Cristian who offered cava and other birthday treats. A wonderful, elegant hotel with sea views, stunning decor... live singer, excellent food, classy atmosphere and lovely staff. Roof terrace is beautiful but weather too cold to enjoy this month. Also Alicia and Diahna in restaurant were a credit to the hotel...
H10 has absolutely beautiful hotels everywhere we have been so far (Malaga, Madrid and Benidorm). This particular hotel is right on the sea front, next to the old town which is the charming part of Benidorm. Our room is very spacious and stylish, the bathroom is perfect too. The hotel is too focus on sustainability, there is no kettle, coffee or tea provided.
Good hotel in a great location if you want to be near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, if you wish to be near the old town its not so good. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the metro but there are bus stops nearby, if you wish to explore other parts of the city. The hotel itself is located next to a shopping centre, one of the hotel exits leads directly into the shopping centre, it has...
The hotel is close to attractions and shopping mall. There is a taxi stand close by. It's easy to go to places.
I can only review the overnight stay. Having said that, I was satisfied with everything: location, services, cleanliness, the room, and the property as a whole. What's more, if you don't feel like exploring the city for your own reasons, you're inside one shopping center and have another right next door, all without disturbing the hotel's tranquility.
This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right outside, you'll find a huge shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's super easy with kids, as you don't have to go far. The ArtScience Museum is just across the street, making it a breeze to visit the attractions. The room was much more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the...

We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated. The hotel is in the centre of Alicante so it’s easy to walk everywhere...
Great hotel overlooking the port in Alicante and with fantastic panoramic sea views. Breakfast had a good selection and included freshly squeezed orange juice which was a nice touch. We stayed with our two children and the rooms are really spacious and ideal for families. We had a superb stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We experienced some issues with dinner on the first night and spoke to customer service and were impressed by how seriously it was handled. Not the best rooms on the 1st floor broken toliet seat and no milk and coffee powdered milk and mint tea sachets). Rooms are looking tired and walkways. Was this really part of the Melia name? No coffee left in rooms only tea, soundproofing not great you can hear walking above, breakfast was poor: few veggie or vegan options, bread is in the bar but everything else in restaurant, not enough tables too busy, everyday I had to hunt down cutlery, not enough staff also slow to replenish food
The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

Great location for the marathon. The room had everything you need. The shower gels were excellent. One small drawback: the room gets very hot very quickly.
The hotel was fantastic, super comfortable and very well located in the city! No complaints at all!
Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful
Location is good. Right next to Science And Arts Museum. Room is good with a balcony. Lots of variety of breakfast and with good environment.
1. excellent location 2. the room is cleaned perfectly 3. the breakfast is delicious, especially on non-holiday days 4. the bed is excellent, but the furniture and dishes are outdated
The room is quite big, the transportation is OK, there is a bus downstairs. The service is OK. Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. There is also a small swimming pool.

Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work . I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly
The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.
The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

Large corporate style hotel some way out of town. Modern decent sized rooms with large bathroom. Decent buffet breakfast and outdoor pool area. Basic bar. Requires a 20 minute taxi ride into the centre or 1 hour walk.

We didn't have water and weren't informed it would happen. The reception smelled horribly of sweat at night, and there was no coffee maker in the room. Very well located. The shower was tiny, you could barely fit.
se on time here .Just a good and convenient confirmation . Good breakfast good room.. convenient parking. supermarket at walking distance . Subway, too staff is good to.is large . bathroom ok .Valencia is a nice city , good to stay and explore .
Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.
Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.
Good Location near to Metro station. It is convenient to visit to city center. Besides, overall, facilities are quite new and clean. Comfortable to stay.

Smart and comfortable stay in North Beach Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough...

We decided to stay at this hotel from the great reviews we read. We’ve spent many times staying in Benidorm and this is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We only stayed for 7 nights bed and breakfast as we prefer to eat out and the breakfast was superb. Lots of choice, food was piping hot and the later timings suited us perfectly. The reception staff were always pleasant from the moment...
My sister and I love the 'Don Pancho' its like 'coming home' to us. We feel so safe here hence why we return. The staff are fantastic, everyone of them friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned to an excellent standard. The diningroom has a lovely atmosphere even when its extremely busy. The food is of excellent quality and has great choices. The entertainment at night...
Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, delicious food just great!
Wonderful hotel, nothing at all to criticise. Great rooms, all with sea view, helpful staff, excellent food. The Christmas decorations were stunning. Buses very close. Short walk to promenade. We will be back.
This is a genuine review and we could honestly say it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a Premier room which has extras like bathrobe and slippers and little treats. A lovely welcome when we arrived from reception staff. The room was spotless as like the rest of the hotel, food excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely say best hotel in Benidorm and we have stayed in many.

We were not staying at the hotel on this visit as like to have a change every now and then but have stayed several times previously the last time being in November 25 for Fiesta. We popped in a couple of times on this trip to have a drink in the bar and maybe see some of the staff we knew. We were welcomed on our visits by Alberto,Adrian and Oriel who not only remembered us but were welcoming , friendly...
We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. Buffet style with cook stations for bacon (breakfast) fish and meat (lunch and dinner). Paella is available each day and is good. The hotel is kept very clean. Friendly staff at all levels, making us feel very welcome. Thank you for helping...

We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Bar areas good...
