It was only one night, and without breakfast, but I found it to be a very comfortable hotel, in a very quiet area with good transport links. The staff was very friendly. The room was large, clean, bright and had a great bathroom.

Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. The room is quite big, the transportation is OK, there is a bus downstairs. The service is OK. Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.

Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned to an excellent standard. The diningroom has a lovely atmosphere even when its extremely busy. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, delicious food just great!

Wonderful hotel, nothing at all to criticise. Great rooms, all with sea view, helpful staff, excellent food. The Christmas decorations were stunning. Buses very close. Short walk to promenade. We will be back.

This is a genuine review and we could honestly say it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a Premier room which has extras like bathrobe and slippers and little treats. A lovely welcome when we arrived from reception staff. The room was spotless as like the rest of the hotel, food excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely say best hotel in Benidorm and we have stayed in many.

Absolutely fabulous We go to Benidorm every year and have stayed in many hotels.However our visit to Don Pancho has far surpassed our expectations. Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners .

We were not staying at the hotel on this visit as like to have a change every now and then but have stayed several times previously the last time being in November 25 for Fiesta.We popped in a couple of times on this trip to have a drink in the bar and maybe see some of the staff we knew. We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. Buffet style with cook stations for bacon (breakfast) fish and meat (lunch and dinner). Paella is available each day and is good. The hotel is kept very clean. Friendly staff at all levels, making us feel very welcome. Thank you for helping...

I like to say had amazing time at this hotel rooms lovely and staff lovely in the hole off the building restaurant staff , reception staff, bar staff, cleaners, spa staff all very helpful and welcoming and amazing people pool not bad size I do think if they could maybe put a launderette in hotel something maybe look into put apart from that what a lovely atmosphere hotel and beautiful location not...

We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Bar areas good...

Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. Plenty of choice in the dining room. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff are all friendly. I cant comment on the entertainment as i went out in the evening. Will defo be returning again
