Fabulous hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choices. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in benidorm, but this is by far the best one yet for us. Location is fantastic along the old town. Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.

Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. I had a great stay here for four nights. It is a very cozy place perferctly located between the old city, the city of arts and science and the beach. The hotel is also easy to reach from the airport by the metro. Only downside I can think of are the loud room doors during the closing process as some other guests mentioned it on Google. All in all I had a pleasant stay!

This is definitely one of the best four-star hotels in Valencia. It's also a courtyard-style hotel. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is free parking in front of the hotel.

Had alot of teething problems at the start of our visit where lots of things went wrong. But hotel really really tried to put things right with some superb staff. Valencia has just had a flood, but there is no impact on the city. Every time I come to Valencia, I stay at the Central Hotel. The price/performance ratio is good. The hardware facilities are a little old, but it is acceptable. This time I came to Valencia for a short time, I will go next time

Hotel lovely but very disappointed. I am staying here presently and went up to bar yesterday and they could only offer me a high bar stool at bar even though there were a lot of empty seats. We only used the spa. 1 hour circuit. The hotel is very clean and modern, right on the beach front. The spa is small but perfectly adequate. Nice warm temperature and everything works and it's never crowded. We've been twice and most definitely will go again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Right in the city center near the Turia Park and in the old city. There is a parking lot next to it so if you rent a car it’s perfect. There are also lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is very friendly and ready to solve problems. The only negative was the issues we had with the heating system in our room: sometimes it would go into standby...

Hotel Dimar is a great place to stay, in a lovely part of town - just a few steps from the historic centre. The room I had was very spacious and modern, the bed very comfortable, and though it looked out onto a busy main street, was very quiet. I got a good night's sleep every night. A couple of small gripes: I would have appreciated a full-length mirror in the room, and complimentary mineral water...

It's a fantastic location for exploring Valencia. It's a bit dated, but that's probably why it's such a great location. I highly recommend it.

Was on honeymoon for a week, and probably the best hotel I've ever been. Nice place, the beach is near, 3 pools (1 rooftop infinite). Great staff, always ready to help. The view and windows in the room are awesome, and the food is very tasteful and different each day. Also a lot of activities like evening concerts, aquagym, padel in the nearest tennis club (all included in price). I would love to come...

We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel . The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. I arrived in late June. The days were sunny and the nights were breezy. The hotel was fantastic! It's just across the street from the beach, and there are poolside performances in the evenings. There's a bar and an infinity pool on the rooftop. If you're coming for a vacation, you can book a room that includes two or three meals a day. The food is quite good 👍 and much cheaper than restaurants outside...
