I had a great stay here for four nights. It is a very cozy place perferctly located between the old city, the city of arts and science and the beach. The hotel is also easy to reach from the airport by the metro. Only downside I can think of are the loud room doors during the closing process as some other guests mentioned it on Google. All in all I had a pleasant stay!
This is definitely one of the best four-star hotels in Valencia. It's also a courtyard-style hotel. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is free parking in front of the hotel.
Quiet and cosy hotel. Minimalistic. Breakfast has not big range, no fancy but not bad. Location is not central, but is very well connected. Beds are comfortable but they use sheets instead of whole surrounding blanket cover. Not a big deal hut potentially not the best hygienic solution.
Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Centrally located to sightseeing and many restaurants and cafes. Nice staff, very accommodating. Pleased with my stay.
Loved staying here. Very easy to get to, and in a fair walking distance to things and metro stations. The bedroom was great, would like it to be slightly wider for luggage, and the shower was fantastic. Instant hot water, and the shower is very big with a proper closing door. Breaking was just okay, with very light options, and nothing that really stood out. My only complaint was the AC thermometer...
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, central, convenient, and peaceful place to stay while exploring Valencia. The location is just right—about 20–30 minutes from both the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences, with bus and metro stations nearby to take you anywhere you’d like to go. Shops, convenience stores, laundromats, restaurants, bars...

We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. No intorduction to the hotel was given, just a sheet of paper with meal times and swimming times. The rooms where nice, the disappointment was NO BALCONY, never noticed in the initial booking as it wasn't memtioned that this hotel has NO balconies...
This is a great hotel for young children, loads of stuff to do. It is very difficult to find your way around the hotel, the layout is very strange. Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task. Food was nice and always plenty of options. Pool bar didnt open until 11am so you couldn't get a soft drink until then which was annoying. But it was clean, tidy, staff were...
Apart from the hill climb every single member of staff were fantastic friendly from check in to check out the pool was lovely a very good temp did not struggle to find a lounger the drinks were very good indeed and very strong Our room was floor 2 stunning two big doubles loved it the shower was fantastic good power and temp and room cleaned very well the food we did eat here was ok no problem at...
Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite. My daughter unfortunately left behind an Apple earpod in our room 110. I’m guessing as the room had been cleaned it would be in lost property and I’ve tracked it and it’s still stating it...
Third year we've stayed at the Magic Rock. The first year being able to use the roof top and bar was great. Finding out last year that the bar was not opening was a major disappointment. The fiesta week we have always stayed. This year a group of 8 of us. Sadly again no roof top bar. We found out half way through the week that we were able to use Star bar at the beach front. This was by chance of another...
Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. The drop off point is about 300 yards away and if you're not fully mobile it's a tricky, relatively steep ascent to the hotel. Had I known this at booking I may have invested in a private...

Standard business room in new area, but the renovation is a bit tired. My room was near the elevator, was a bit noisy
The hotel location is good. Having parking.
<Location> Valencia is a beautiful city, but it seems that the center of tourism is the beach. This hotel is close to the famous museum, but it is far from the beach. <Service> A very kind male employee is working diligently. However, there are parts that are lacking in a four-star hotel. <Facility> It is a well constructed hotel as a four-star hotel. However, maintenance seems to be difficult, and...
very chill and cozy stay, clean rooms and frienldy staff. Recommended!
Great hotel, good location, soundproofing could be better, view of the courtyard is great.
It was only one night, and without breakfast, but I found it to be a very comfortable hotel, in a very quiet area with good transport links. The staff was very friendly. The room was large, clean, bright and had a great bathroom.

Nice hotel with a fabulous sea view (on request) and terrace. Very high standard of cleanliness overall. Great staff. Breakfast is perfect and a wide choice available. We were very disappointed with the dinner and definitely think that food could be better for 4 star hotel. Gym equipment needs repairs (multigym weights broken, seat on legpress is broken) and air conditioning would be really good. Water...
I really enjoyed my stay here! I had the best beach view and the best thing is that the beach is just in front of you. It has a great pool and the food is very good. It has a great variety of things to do. The staff is nice and there is a parking next to the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is that you can see the beach at all time and that it’s super close.
Excellent value. Ocean view room for 4 at less than half of a standard run of the mill hotel (for 4) in Barcelona. Clean. Across from beach. I heated pool. Friendly staff. No pool towels (bring your own). Food was cheap (half board included in room rate) but pretty disappointing quality
Overall a good experience at the Peñiscola Palace hotel. The location is very good - right next to the beach and a pleasant walk from the town centre. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is reasonable modern and is immaculately clean. On-site secure parking was available for an additional €10 per night. Free on street parking was also available a short walk from the hotel. We...
Nice hotel, very good room with nice sea views and excellent bathroom. Communal areas in very good order and staff friendly and generally helpful. We selected the full board choice and the food was, for this sort of hotel, very nice with plenty of choice. Bar prices were extremely fair for a hotel and generally, for the price paid all was good. Only complaint was the howling mess they made of the...
PERFECT FOR A VACATION: Very friendly staff, especially at reception. Very clean and compliant with COVID-19 measures. Large, comfortable, and quiet room (sea views are available for an extra fee). Excellent pool. Very varied and delicious food. Situated on the beachfront and a 25-minute walk from the Castle.

Good location, but rooms need maintenance, sinkholes are all clogged, rooms are dusty and dust is not being wiped event after room “cleaning”, breakfast is okay, but never changes and overall food diversity is pretty low and never changes in between the days. The hotel is maximum 3 stars
overall good. everybody was nice, could have been a bit cleaner.
Really great hotel and location being so central to both the beach and the city centre. Very clean, helpful staff and good sized rooms.
Nice hotel in a good location for what we wanted. Very nice food and a good choice. Nice bar area. Rooms are very nice with a comfortable bed with good pillows. A bus ride to the main square or a 40 min walk. Very close to the aquarium and hop on hop off bus just outside the aquarium entrance.
Good sized, clean and comfortable rooms. There is often free street parking available and a cab into Valencia and back works out cheaper for me than parking in town. The missing star is for the 'gym' and 'pool' which didn't use! I have only had bar food and room service, both of which were really good. Any problems, the friendly reception staff have sorted out quickly. All in all, its my favourite...
The hotel breakfast is good with wide spread of choices. There’s also two nearby shopping malls Aqua and El Corte Ingles, with restaurants and supermarket to look for food and drinks👍👍

The hotel is too focus on sustainability, there is no kettle, coffee or tea provided.
Good hotel in a great location if you want to be near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, if you wish to be near the old town its not so good. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the metro but there are bus stops nearby, if you wish to explore other parts of the city. The hotel itself is located next to a shopping centre, one of the hotel exits leads directly into the shopping centre, it has...
The hotel is close to attractions and shopping mall. There is a taxi stand close by. It's easy to go to places.
I can only review the overnight stay. Having said that, I was satisfied with everything: location, services, cleanliness, the room, and the property as a whole. What's more, if you don't feel like exploring the city for your own reasons, you're inside one shopping center and have another right next door, all without disturbing the hotel's tranquility.
This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right outside, you'll find a huge shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's super easy with kids, as you don't have to go far. The ArtScience Museum is just across the street, making it a breeze to visit the attractions. The room was much more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the...
For the price, this is an outstanding place to stay in Valencia. I don't normally write reviews but they helped me so much to decide this hotel when I was looking, so I vowed to do it for everywhere I stay now. What an amazing hotel. We are here at the moment and although it’s out of season and not much to do outside the hotel we have found the food, advice and service from the all the reception staff is exceptional. Amazing, hotel, staff, food, drink and exceeded our expectations. We stayed as my husband was competing in the ICAN Triathlon with our grown up kids and this hotel made our holiday. If not for the construction work, very good value for money Arrived to the sound of a jackhammer loudly breaking apart concrete on the hotel property, which I discovered was the reason the pool with the large slides was closed. Really enjoyed our short stay 4 nights. Hotel close to beach, town centre and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. Bed was rather hard to our liking but that's a personal opinion. Food well prepared but buffet only. Overall, we would visit again :))
What a great hotel this is, located just a few minutes’ walk from town and only 2 minutes to the beach. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a great size, with terraces and everything you could need. I recently spent nine nights at this hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how much of a positive impact the staff had on our stay. Great Visit The hotel location to beach n restaurants- excellent
Pros: - Friendly service; especially Stefi at the reception deserves a mention since was very nice and helpful. - Basic, but clean and comfortable rooms. - Quiet location and just by the beach, to which it has a separate entry from the pool area. - Decent breakfast buffet. Cons: - It was strange and unusual to have to put down a €10 deposit in cash both for borrowing a beach/pool towel and for borrowing...

Our favourite hotel! Absolutely spotless, smells so fresh and clean. Breakfast is the best ever and the service is second to none. My only little snag is that it can get a little noisy outside in the early hours of the morning, in our experience loud Spanish men who have had a few too many!!
Beautiful views from the terrace over Benidorm 😍 very good location. Beautiful sky bar with jacuzzi and vievs. Amazing service, very helpful and attentive stuff ( thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine to my mums birthday 🎉). Amazing breakfast with very good service! High recommended place gor nice break!
Once again, great room, fantastic food and staff, shame the person in room above ours decided to do a workout at 2 in the morning for over an hour and half!!!!
Brilliant staff, fab breakfast, lovely to find out they have a roof terrace with hot tub. Clean rooms with a king size comfy bed and great power shower. The only small negative was the windows aren’t sound proof so unfortunately we were woken up by a bit of noise on one night in the early hours.
My second time stopping at RH Canfali and it won't be my last. This occasion was a 5 night stay with my wife and it was perfect. Christian on reception is a real asset to the hotel. His friendliness and attention to detail is perfect. We had a slight problem with our room and Christian dealt with it in a professional and timely manner. Also all the other staff were great, I just didn't get their names...

Lovely hotel for the price. In a great location for all of Benidorm. Got a Seaview room was ok not as big as I expected but otherwise couldn't fault . Lovely rooftop bar and decent prices for wine and beer. Good breakfast selection. Did not eat anything else at hotel so can't comment. Pool outside . Weather wasn't good enough to sit outside but pool was clean and checked every day.
2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A mini apartment with a balconh and a large lovely supermarket up the road. Very clean, they change bedding daily, clean towels regularly. Staff are lovely, breakfast has something for everyone. ...

The hotel facilities are great and very kid-friendly. There are two swimming pools and a water park for children. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. It's definitely a worthwhile choice.
The hotel's dinner buffet was plentiful. There's free parking outside the hotel, and the pool has a kids' play area, so it seems very family-friendly. However, with so many children, it wasn't really suitable for us; it was too noisy.
Excellent service, really nice food, great location near the beach and excellent amenities for all family, I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was perfect! Breakfast and dinner were just wow! The hotel has 1 big pool and 1 rooftop pool that is heated. 25 min away from center of Alicante by public transport. Everything was 10/10.
Very nice stay and in close proximity to the beach. Would love to visit again. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating. There is a heated roof top pool. But they don’t advertise it well. Three days into our stay we realised the roof top pool is good for this winter-spring weather. Otherwise a pleasant stay!

We didn't have water and weren't informed it would happen. The reception smelled horribly of sweat at night, and there was no coffee maker in the room. Very well located. The shower was tiny, you could barely fit.

Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.
Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.
Good Location near to Metro station. It is convenient to visit to city center. Besides, overall, facilities are quite new and clean. Comfortable to stay.

Great hotel and located on the main drag... good food and excellent service... staff friendly and always available to help... highly recommended.
Second time staying at this hotel and it just keeps getting better. Very clean, friendly and an excellent location. Excellent value at bar and the food choice is extensive. Can’t wait to book again.
Rooms/shower/balcony are very clean and modern, new fresh. Food: alot of choices, recommended to come early for your food as it could get really busy and queues when you get in later Staff are all friendly and helpful Hotel is 5 mins walk to the beach with a variety of access on different side streets.. spoilt for choices for food just outside the hotel, aswell as supermarkets..
Could not fault hotel staff or food all good
I was very surprised as did not expect a nice hotel on the Benidorm strip but was very pleased with the whole experience. Though it would be noisy you could hear the music if you go to Benidorm you expect that but slept well. Quick check in with friendly staff a lovely room 10th floor with two rooms which was perfect for us and a jacuzzi bath! Food a thumbs up catered for everyone and hot which you...
Lovely rooms, Amanda on reception is excellent and so are the other staff.

The paseo walk to the designer lighthouse is a good way to walk off a generous buffet breakfast (didn’t take the Cava but it was there in plenty).
Another great stay Third time we have travelled here from England and would recommmend again. Fantastic location.
Great! Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good. Local town is lovely too, plenty of nice restaurants and a market came on Tuesday.
Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.
Lovely hotel, so close to the beach and boardwalk, will definitely return
Beach side hotel Lovely hotel, amazing staff and a brilliant location. Will go again.
