We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cap Negret. The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — everything stayed clean, tidy, and well maintained, with fresh towels regularly replaced. The food was honestly beyond expectations. Three meals a day with huge variety — meat, fish, vegetarian options, fresh salads, and a very generous dessert selection...
We have just arrived home from a ten day stay at this lovely hotel. We had a very nice room overlooking the town with a side sea view. The room was kept immaculately clean during our stay. Our view also took in the car park, and we were delighted that our stay coincided with that of a classic car group, featuring original Minis, approx 50 in total! In the hotel also were many, many international...
Beautiful hotel with lovely clean rooms. We enjoyed sauna facilities, Yuriii was very helpful and friendly. great location for train station if you want to venture out as there isn't a great deal around and not much open at this time of year (February)

I really appreciate the helpful approach of the staff. Especially Anna, she helped me solve a lot of things and was always very nice

Great Hotel, Professional and Friendly Staff. food was to a good standard and varied buffet style. Cannot fault it in ant way. Just off the main Poinente Beach close to the Old Town Centre. and Marina. lots of local Bars and Restaurants
We stayed in RH Corona hotel last week, we all were so impressed of cleanest, kindness of the staff and delicious food , everyday you could choose from healthy options, seafood, juices and fruits. Definitely will come back soon.
Fantastic hotel .. spotless , food amazing , staff very helpful and friendly, location is perfect especially the sea view rooms !! Situated on the front of poiente beach in Benidorm, loads of cafes , bars in both directions.
This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have been to, everything from food to staff, very pleasant staff and very helpful helping us to let us know ways to get into Benidorm from the hotel, Isobel (housekeeping) was so nice and always looked after us and she was always smiling, this hotel is about a 20 min walk into Benidorm from the other side of old Benidorm there are buses also to take you...
beautiful , food amazing , staff lovely just a shame that the spa in being refurbished and we happened to be on the top of this and chucking rubbish into skips and noise everyday x
Fabulous hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choices. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in benidorm, but this is by far the best one yet for us. Location is fantastic along the old town. Had a sea view which was incredible waking up to that view evey morning. Will definitely return.

We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. No intorduction to the hotel was given, just a sheet of paper with meal times and swimming times.
The rooms where nice, the disappointment was NO BALCONY, never noticed in the initial booking as it wasn't memtioned that this hotel has NO balconies...
This is a great hotel for young children, loads of stuff to do. It is very difficult to find your way around the hotel, the layout is very strange. Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task.
Food was nice and always plenty of options.
Pool bar didnt open until 11am so you couldn't get a soft drink until then which was annoying.
But it was clean, tidy, staff were...
Apart from the hill climb every single member of staff were fantastic friendly from check in to check out the pool was lovely a very good temp did not struggle to find a lounger the drinks were very good indeed and very strong Our room was floor 2 stunning two big doubles loved it the shower was fantastic good power and temp and room cleaned very well the food we did eat here was ok no problem at...
Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite. My daughter unfortunately left behind an Apple earpod in our room 110. I’m guessing as the room had been cleaned it would be in lost property and I’ve tracked it and it’s still stating it...
Third year we've stayed at the Magic Rock.
The first year being able to use the roof top and bar was great.
Finding out last year that the bar was not opening was a major disappointment.
The fiesta week we have always stayed. This year a group of 8 of us. Sadly again no roof top bar. We found out half way through the week that we were able to use Star bar at the beach front. This was by chance of another...
Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. The drop off point is about 300 yards away and if you're not fully mobile it's a tricky, relatively steep ascent to the hotel. Had I known this at booking I may have invested in a private...

Nice, clean hotel. Helpful staff.
Breakfast was decent with good options.
The hotel is located in very convenient place right at the bus station! Very good for travelers from Alucante Airport.
Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.
Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.
The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The front desk staff were especially helpful. The pool is beautiful! 🤩! The parking lot is a huge plus, considering parking is difficult in this area! Highly recommended!
By the way, they were very generous in upgrading my room. The large window facing the pool made me feel very happy. I would definitely stay there again!
The location is excellent...
Thanks to Alvaro and Joselyn for their professionalism and their kindness. The hotel’s location is perfect. The rooms are okay, very basic, could be better. But i think for the price it’s okay.

I’m just back from two nights at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I had one of the apartments on the 9th floor of the separate block. It was well equipped and spacious. I just ate breakfast which was ok. The hot food could have been a lot better but it was still possible to find enough to do. The staff were friendly. It seemed to be quite popular with older Spanish tourists. The location...
Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Our apartment was huge with a large balcony. Carlos on reception was very helpful and sorted out the car parking for us. Its was a tight squeeze in a 4 x 4! Pools were clean and not too busy...
Perfect hotel in the middle of all the action of benidorm. Friendly, happy staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely book again soon.
Excellent hotel, great location, more than friendly staff!
If you choose this hotel for your vacation, you won't regret it. :)
Actually this is hotel with 3 stars.Hotel is old and beds are very umcomfortable. We csn try to change the room but they are not responsoble.
Cleansing rooms is good.
We got some old rooms.
Air condition doesn't work.
They don't deserved more than 3 stars.
Beautiful hotel. Food and drink top of the range. Pool area and cafe nice. Only one staff serving most days, although the hotel was full. Short walk to the beach and old tiwn. Quite a nice position. Lots of bars within walking distance. Special mention of staff, Anuncia and Serena. Very helpful and welcoming, smile a lot, they seemed to be on duty every day. Not really any bad points. You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from...
The room was spacious and clean, staff in all departments were courteous and friendly excellent location
The hotel was fantastic. Was clean and tidy. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. Staff were friendly.
large spacious room with everything you exepct in a hotel with this star rating. Good choice of breakfast.
Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.

I had a great stay here for four nights. It is a very cozy place perferctly located between the old city, the city of arts and science and the beach. The hotel is also easy to reach from the airport by the metro.
Only downside I can think of are the loud room doors during the closing process as some other guests mentioned it on Google. All in all I had a pleasant stay!
This is definitely one of the best four-star hotels in Valencia. It's also a courtyard-style hotel. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is free parking in front of the hotel.
Quiet and cosy hotel. Minimalistic. Breakfast has not big range, no fancy but not bad. Location is not central, but is very well connected.
Beds are comfortable but they use sheets instead of whole surrounding blanket cover. Not a big deal hut potentially not the best hygienic solution.
Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Centrally located to sightseeing and many restaurants and cafes. Nice staff, very accommodating. Pleased with my stay.
Loved staying here. Very easy to get to, and in a fair walking distance to things and metro stations. The bedroom was great, would like it to be slightly wider for luggage, and the shower was fantastic. Instant hot water, and the shower is very big with a proper closing door. Breaking was just okay, with very light options, and nothing that really stood out. My only complaint was the AC thermometer...
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, central, convenient, and peaceful place to stay while exploring Valencia. The hotel was amazing, only the wifi didnt work at my room
Fantastic 2 bedroom suite for family of 4.staff friendly- lovely views and balcony from room.-sadly pool closed in October but looked great and I’m sure beautiful in the spring/summer.
Would definitely stay again
Had alot of teething problems at the start of our visit where lots of things went wrong. But hotel really really tried to put things right with some superb staff. Especially "Super" Oscar at the bar and Mayte who helped us sort our taxis for the day. As well as our fabulous shuttle bus driver (sorry cant remember his name) who was really awesome.
Lovely staff in a beautiful mountains area of Alicante
Only issue is it’s around a 25 minute drive out of the city centre but it will cost you around 30 euro for a uber but a great hotel
If you love golf this is the place for you
I visited late September and the hotel is lovely, quiet due to the season but just what I wanted perfect chillax.
The food here in Restaurante Amapola is really good, absolutely loved it.
The staff at the hotel are good friendly and try there hardest to ensure guests are happy.
Thank you to Carla and the team.

overall good. everybody was nice, could have been a bit cleaner.
Really great hotel and location being so central to both the beach and the city centre. Very clean, helpful staff and good sized rooms.
The hotel breakfast is good with wide spread of choices. There’s also two nearby shopping malls Aqua and El Corte Ingles, with restaurants and supermarket to look for food and drinks👍👍
The room was a little small for three people, and the bathtub was in poor condition with dents.
Otherwise, the property was spotless despite everything.
The bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable.
A place with few Chinese people. I stayed in the neighborhood for three days and didn't see any Chinese people. It's very good! The location is easy to find. There is a shopping mall within 500 meters.
Valencia has just had a flood, but there is no impact on the city. Every time I come to Valencia, I stay at the Central Hotel. The price/performance ratio is good. The hardware facilities are a little old, but it is acceptable. This time I came to Valencia for a short time, I will go next time

Hotel lovely but very disappointed. I am staying here presently and went up to bar yesterday and they could only offer me a high bar stool at bar even though there were a lot of empty seats. I am 67 years old and waiting on a hip replacement. Told them l couldn't get on a high bar stool but the gentleman l spoke to was not helpful at all. Not great service or inclusive at all
Had a 3 night stay at this hotel. The location is really great and central to everything. The superior room was spacious and had a separate lounge area but could do with renovating. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well. The breakfast was average. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly.
Just returned tonight from the city of Alicante where we stayed at Gran Sol affiliated by Melia, (we read the reviews before we traveled and our fears were gone as we arrived at the reception yesterday (this is a twenty storey plus 1970s tower) but the service and the room we stayed at made our city break most enjoyable. After all the rain in the UK we decided to go to somewhere dry! This hotel is the easiest to find in Alicante as it's the tallest building in the city and just off the main road along the seafront. Our room overlooked the marina and it had everything we required. Great hotel. Great staff, beware its uphill back of the main beach front. But on the plus side they have a free shuttle bus than runs you down and back. Most of the day.
Ok for a night. Mostly Spanish so entertainment was geared to them with very little English explaination. No English tv. Have to get a taxi each way in you want to go into town for anything. Was glad it was only 1 night.

Great value for very nice hotel in centre of Valencia. Just around the corner from excellent central metro stop, direct to airport .. couldn't be easier. Breakfast not amazing and need to assert for food you want ... staff a little slow, even disorganised.Range of breakfast amazing when there.
Highly recommended!
We spent three nights over New Year's Eve at the hotel.
Excellent location, right next to Plaza de Ayuntamiento, but at the same time very quiet as the hotel is in a side street and the windows are very well soundproof.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Car park accessible from the lobby.
Beautiful room with terrace (Deluxe room), very good housekeeping.
Great location, highly recommend!
It's an older hotel, with great photos. Rooms are old fashioned and our faced a blank wall courtyard with noisy exhaust.
There's better options for the price. Don't understand all the great reviews.
Amazing location, walkable to main sites around ciutat vella. The staff is accommodating, and the rooms are okay. Nice spacious bathrooms, comfy bed. Just some rooms have a very ugly view on the back of the hotel with some beat up houses giving a favela vibe, hence the 4 stars.
This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Our room was large and roomy. It was right in the middle of everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus stop, parking lot and attractions. A little longer (about 10 mins) walk to the laundromat. The staff was awesome! They were all very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a large variety. The room is lovely, everything is clean, everyone is friendly. The major problem is that very few staff (and I mean only one fluently and another couple basics only) speak or understand English. None of the signage is available in English. Thank goodness for Google translate. I don’t know how they’re going to cope with 40 or more English speakers over the next 3 weeks. Also, I have paid for full board...

Unfortunately my stay at this property has not been ideal. As soon as I arrived, I noticed several black hair in the bathroom (I am blonde and, anyway, I had just arrived…). No courtesy water - but I can live with that. The biggest problem is that when I went to visit the gym early in the morning there were at least 3 cockroaches by the gym door. So I obviously did not visit the gym. This has been...
Went here on vacation and for the Three Kings parade. The hotel is incredible, the rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful, the TV is connected to the Internet so you can easily unwind with your preferred streaming service in the evenings.
The staff was extremely kind, cleaned thoroughly, and was always happy to assist us when we had questions about transportation and tourism. They were very accommodating...
Great experience. The staff were super friendly and always available to help. The location is great near old and science cities. Room fantastic. Good restaurants near. I would highly recommend.
The location of this hotel is fantastic! Right in the city center near the Turia Park and in the old city. There is a parking lot next to it so if you rent a car it’s perfect. There are also lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is very friendly and ready to solve problems.
The only negative was the issues we had with the heating system in our room: sometimes it would go into standby...
Hotel Dimar is a great place to stay, in a lovely part of town - just a few steps from the historic centre. The room I had was very spacious and modern, the bed very comfortable, and though it looked out onto a busy main street, was very quiet. I got a good night's sleep every night. A couple of small gripes: I would have appreciated a full-length mirror in the room, and complimentary mineral water...
Friendly and helpful staff, great service, immaculately clean and tidy hotel and excellent location!

Excellent location, the room was a good size and had modern decor, breakfast wasn't included and we thought the price was a bit high
Nice and good location hotels. We will come back again
Right in downtown Valencia. Easy walking distance to explore the old town. The room was confortable and quiet, I would stay there again.

It's a fantastic location for exploring Valencia. It's a bit dated, but that's probably why it's such a great location. I highly recommend it.
The perfect beautiful hotel just in the heart of the city center.
The view from the window is wonderful.
The room is so comfortable.

Amazing hotel with beach view. Directly on the Gandia beach with amazing view from rood top. Good place as a couple or with kids. Nice to walk on the beach, enjoy the view from infinite pool. Highly recommend this place for couples and kids . But they can improve in basic things like water kettles and coffee machines in rooms. Food was good but options can be better with more local items. The hotel...
There was fungus in the room. The staff was nice
Best price/quality ratio! Hotel is located on the first line, literally on the beach. Great views on sun rise and sun set, good food and drinks. Ideal for the end of season relax :-)
Was on honeymoon for a week, and probably the best hotel I've ever been. Nice place, the beach is near, 3 pools (1 rooftop infinite). Great staff, always ready to help. The view and windows in the room are awesome, and the food is very tasteful and different each day. Also a lot of activities like evening concerts, aquagym, padel in the nearest tennis club (all included in price). I would love to come...
We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel . The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the cocktail workshop — such a fun and engaging activity that added a special touch to the holiday. A big thank you to Rodolfo and Javier for their energy and creativity. Long live the cocktails, especially the Bayren Mojito! 🍹🍸
I arrived in late June. The days were sunny and the nights were breezy. The hotel was fantastic! It's just across the street from the beach, and there are poolside performances in the evenings. There's a bar and an infinity pool on the rooftop. If you're coming for a vacation, you can book a room that includes two or three meals a day. The food is quite good 👍 and much cheaper than restaurants outside...
