We really enjoyed our stay. We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot. But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer.

Hotel is beautiful with plenty elevators so you are never waiting long for one. Wide selection of food that caters to fussy eaters and those with a more adventurous taste. Staff are all lovely. Facilities are very clean. On arrival as we arrived late at night we were each given a goodie bag of a sandwich, water, cakes and fresh fruit. We stayed here for a week with friends. We have all travelled extensively in Europe and we all can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. Lovely hotel for the price. In a great location for all of Benidorm. Got a Seaview room was ok not as big as I expected but otherwise couldn't fault . 2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A mini apartment with a balconh and a large lovely supermarket up the road. We stayed in this beautiful hotel from January 26th to February 5th. The staff was very friendly, also at the reception. The room was excellent (909), very clean. Breakfast and dinner were more than enough and delicious. The rooftop was fantastic and we enjoyed it. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is in a nice area and walkable. Also great public transport links. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. They had Spanish and English speaking staff. This was very convenient. I didn't use the restaraunt as there were many great locations in the surrounding areas for food and drink. Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

This hotel at Peñiscola, Spain by the Mediterranean, is something else. It is not a luxury hotel but is a hotel with a hearth. The amount of delicious food, the sweeming pool and the girls that serve you are amazing. And the prices!! I believe, are unique for such a good service.

We stayed for 4 nights and found everything to our liking. The room was large & spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, great view over the castle, WiFi good. There was an excellent choice of food in the dining room, we had booked half board & enjoyed every meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Agora hotel again & also recommend it to our family & friends!

Pastry at breakfast is fully industrial type. Coffee is Netscape machine. The "embutidos" are medium - low quality type. You have some fresh fruit and cereals plus fried eggs, sausages and other hot dishes. The bathroom in our room is shown some aging in the dush but still acceptable. The location of the hair dryer is unacceptable, too close to the sink tap.

Overall I would say my stay here was pretty comfy. Adults' pool was a great surprise and very nice to have, nice views and relaxed atmosphere. WiFi didn't work as expected though (it didn't even reach my room) but worked fine on the lobby. Breakfast was good and comolete. Our room was big (two king size beds side by side,which made for a huge bed) and wide corridors.

Our room (Junior Suite) was nice and very spacious. It has two large and confortable beds. The living room was also nice and has access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The cleanless was good and the dinning room serves the classic continental breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Peñíscola's old town and its castle and fortifications.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Science City. Parking is convenient but costs €18 per day, which is a bit pricey. The parking lot entrances and exits are narrow, requiring excellent driving skills! The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast

Great stay at the Senator Parque Central, Room had plenty of space, bed and pillows very comfortable and very clean room. Location is quite good, just 15min from train station and town center. And Russafa are is quite well alive, lots of restaurant/bar options. Service was 10/10 whenever I needed anything, this was handled quickly.

The room is spacious and has light, the bed is nice. TV as well, fridge works well. The bathroom is big and the shower has strong water pressure. The furniture is a bit odd, and some of the floor plates were moving. The gym is old and needs to be improved. For a decent price (below 80 EUR) is a good option to stay.

The best hotel in Benidorm for us. The moment you arrive you feel a great sense of relaxation. The decor is fabulous and the pool area is lovely with a warm pool and plenty of natural greenery. Everything was beautiful! We really liked it.

Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Breakfast was okay. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. Pizzas etc. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol.

Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given the area. Overall, great value for a fun stay.

Myself, wife and 15 yod. 1 week stay in a junior suite room 128 adaptive access room. Lower, pool view. Tui package for 7 nights H/B. Nice comfy beds, spacious room, big bathroom. The hotel is located in a quieter area just outside Benidorm but just a short 15 minute walk to the seafront. We stayed in the new building in a studio apartment. Very lovely hotel .we were only there for a short time cause we went over for a wedding .we do plan staying there for a week when the weather warms up .I would recommend the hotel to anyone . Yours sincerely Dorothy .

Not a bad hotel, although very disappointed in the spa area we had to pay 16 euros each to use , jacuzzi was cold , heated longer n jet showers not working . Water jar empty so couldn’t even get a drink of water .
