Worst service from a property manager I have witnessed to date. Chathuranga was the manager I paid in advance and made a booking for 5 guests. While making the booking I asked if anyone else is staying at the property, he said no and that he will not be taking anymore bookings because we have already booked the majority of the villa. After staying 1 day we were told that someone else will be joining us at the villa and that if we don't like that we can leave, we left. If I was informed that the room will be open for bookings, atleast I would've totally paid for that extra room to have the privacy. Well instead this manager let go of 5 full board guests just for 1 double room booking. Is this how the owners have intended for this property to be managed?
