Clean rooms, efficient check-in and very comfortable public spaces

This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.

This was the best value hotel on this European trip. The location is easy to find, with a 10 Swiss franc parking lot. Not far from the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, there's also a cable car to the top of the mountain. We stayed at this hotel for visiting EPFL only one night. Location was quite far from metro station due to the roads being blocked. We took longer time to walk with three luggage. Room was clean but small but it was okay for short stay. Receptionist was friendly.

Land is incredibly expensive in Zurich, so the price and location are quite reasonable. Trains and trams are just a few hundred meters away, and the Co-op is across the street. The front desk service was great, the transportation was convenient, and the room environment was nice. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work well. Even when it was turned off, it was still very noisy. However, there was a main switch in the room that could completely turn off the air conditioner, so it stopped being noisy. Overall, it was OK!

Hotel is on the way to the main zurich station from the airport and just a 5 minute walk from oerlikon station. Room was lovely, clean and serviced every day. The staff were all really friendly.

Facilities: There's a mini gym. Cleanliness: Dusty. Environment: It's a bit far from the city center, but generally convenient. Service: Decent. Couldn't check in at 3 PM, had to wait until 3:30 PM and prompt them to finally get my room. The room size was comfortable, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was subpar. The most crucial issue was the lack of air conditioning, with only a fan provided.

This was a great hotel for convenience to the railway station. Bed was so comfortable and the free beverages were appreciated.

Beautiful stay. the breakfast and the spa were the highlights! The thing that stood out the most among the other hotels was the free ski shuttle and they will also pick you up from the local train station. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Great history, rooms, view, and food. I believe this is the only hotel to consider in the Upper Engadin for an overall premium stay.

The Grand Hotel Kronenhof is a truly beautiful hotel with beautiful architecture and wonderful hospitality. Truly an incredible place all around. Artur at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back at the next chance we get.

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Average Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. It is cozy but small space . No butler or concierge to help you for the luggage. No room service, if you want extra towel or water you have to go down the lobby to get it yourself. Iron is not available in the room. If you want to iron you have to go the playground there , they have many irons and table to use it. No safety there especially in the kids area. Clean stylish hotel. Easy access. Next to metro station. And with rates better than way uglier and sketchy hotels at the city center. It's worth the detour. You can get rooms with lake view (extra $$). Unfortunately, the lake is not close and there's a highway in the view. But the rooms are quiet with the windows closed

We are pleased with our stay, room comfort and sleep quality was outstanding. There were two top quality comforters on a super king bed - this was the first time in our decades of traveling experience that we had something like this, like we have in our own home. The service is top quality - professional and crisp but not servile. It is as it should be.

Centrally located in Lucerne, right across from the lake, this historic hotel has hosted famous figures like Princess Sisi and Churchill.
