Evrything was super great Hotel location is amazing

This was originally my father's regular hotel. It is a classic luxury hotel in a good way, unlike the recent cost-conscious American chain hotels.

Nice hotel but a bit clautrophobic. We were asked for a tip when leaving which was very unpleasant. First time it has ever happened and we travel a lot. The hotel should pay decent salaries instead of asking its guests for extra money.

We had a good 2 night stay at Hotel de la Cigogne. Very helpful front desk. Made check in very efficient. Like how the hotel sends out welcome e-mail prior to check in to better understand the needs of guests and going all out to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Was a short stay and the hotel made it more worthwhile. Thank you.

The room is large and classically decorated. There is a golden crane at the door. The location is very good. There are shopping places all around. The fountain can be seen within a five-minute walk. I feel that the breakfast is not very delicious.

This is my favorite hotel in Milan. It is quiet, clean, well decorated, has excellent service, and is in a great location. It is only a short walk to Milan Cathedral, which is very convenient! I highly recommend staying here! I will stay here again next time! Superb!

It was pretty good, better than I expected. The room size was decent, and breakfast was a standard continental with some hot options.

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from the station. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective; I woke up cold in the middle of the night and had to put on a sweater to sleep.

The location is a bit average, about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Facilities are just okay, typical of a chain budget hotel, so I didn't expect much. Service is also standard for a chain hotel. All the facilities are listed on Ctrip. I'd recommend it to others.

For this price and location, it's excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the 200-year-old wooden bridge, and I even managed to buy a Rolex – a long-desired purchase! The young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, explaining where and how to park. He was so eager to assist, he practically wanted to park the car for us. He even walked out to the street to guide us.

Can accept it and don’t forget the free coffee at the breakfast bar.

Excellent stay! Located in an affluent part of the city a couple of blocks from the main shopping precinct and the old town, a short walk to the Christmas markets. Everything can be covered on foot. The room (extra large category) was well decorated, near new and well set out. breakfast service was very good and food fresh. Check in and out efficient. Rooms were also quiet.

We stayed here in early September and enjoyed it. Our room was nice, with dark oak wood, leather details, and really comfortable bedding. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and the price was great. The hotel facilities were complete, and the room was clean, tidy, and looked new. Although it's close to the airport, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent; when they're closed, there's absolutely no noise. By the way, the hotel's beer is fantastic, you should definitely try it!

There's a shuttle bus to and from Geneva Airport, so access is pretty good. You can get to the city center in just under 30 minutes by tram.

Overall, a clean and cozy little hotel. It’s also got a shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff were friendly. Food items that can be purchased at the lobby area were a bit on the pricey side. Wanted to get a cup noodle but finally did not. 😂😂 I would recommend this hotel to those, just like me, would have a very early next morning flight to catch. Very happy with my stay there!

Excellent location just 500m or 05 min walk from Lausanne station. Bedroom was cosy and comfortable. We are pleased as the lady at the front desk kindly allow us an early check in.

This hotel is similar to a sanatorium, with breakfast served in the hospital cafeteria. The room was large and parking was convenient, costing 20 Swiss francs a day.

This is the 3rd year running I have stayed at this hotel ..for the skiing. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good. I enjoyed making use of the Spa and Sauna too. The staff are very attentive. The hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the station. I hope to stay at the Silvretta in 2027

I am staying here in Silvretta Klosters. Christan was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. He gave us a choice of rooms to choose from. I have never experienced such breathtaking views. If you are looking for a hotel with stunning scenery and breathtaking views, this is the place.

We have not been to the hotel for many years and the first time, since it is rebuild to a 5 star hotel. It was very nice also before, but now it is just perfect. That's said, staff is quite unprofessional and doesn't fit the "Luxury hotel" description. The hotel is very large and has a retro feel. It's a short walk to the ski lift station, and parking is very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Pets are allowed. You can get a discount on ski passes at the hotel reception, but you need to collect and return the ski pass at the ski lift station.

Why give a small room directly under the roof to a tall person then? in 70% of surface of the room I could not stand. Also, the cabinets are short. For such a distinguished place it would be nice to have slow closing toilet seats and wardrobes so they can be heard by neighbours at early mornings and late nights. Would be great to have multiple adapters in case forgotten. Otherwise gorgeous stay.

We ordered cappuccinos and the person made them from the self serve machine and put them in a mug instead of taking the time to make them properly by hand. Also our instant coffee maker was not working in the room. The beds were a but stiff. Alex was very good. Location is great. We were happy overall.
