The Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. The restaurant is fairly close to the station, just a short walk away. The facilities are a bit old and have a slight odor. The sink drainage seems weak and prone to clogging. The restaurant staff are very friendly.

It's just a few minutes from the train station. Bern isn't big; you can get around easily. The hotel is very nice, and the service is excellent! There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several Coop and other supermarkets.

Oh how the other half live... A brilliant hotel, huge rooms, but bed's not as comfortable as you might expect, close to the railway station so easy travel. Very helpful staff came in early to get our group breakfasted so we could start travelling early. Co-op and other shops nearby were very convenient, and for Switzerland reasonably priced.

The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. This must be the best hotel in town! The facilities and service are both excellent.

The room was large and spacious, with a balcony offering a direct view of the Jungfraujoch – the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent, and there were many public facilities available. You could even book various yoga and fitness classes, or play tennis. A two-night stay was a great experience. The town's main commercial street is just a short walk away.

The hotel's hygiene was terrible on the night we checked in. There was hair all over the floor and bed, and an unknown stain on the side of the sheets. Everything else was fine, though; there was free tea and coffee.

Nice geographical location, walking distance to the railway station and surrounded by several supermarkets. However, I was shocked when I was told that gym service was not included in the rates. For the first time in my life did I realize that gym is provided to selected guests. This experience is def “new” and unpleasant. Given that there are many other hotels nearby, I don’t think I will recommend...

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. The mountain view from some rooms was truly amazing, and you could even take your breakfast from the buffet back to your room to enjoy it on the balcony. The bathroom was very modern, the beds super comfortable, and the staff very helpful.

This luxurious little hotel in the most beautiful village at the foot of the Jungfrau is quite nice, with high-end facilities and excellent dinner and breakfast. Excellent stay at the Rotary Hotel. Rooms were renovated with modern appliances and had a very luxe style/design. Normal five-star level, good quality chocolate and water were provided, the surrounding road is under construction and there is no convenience store which is inconvenient. The iced fruit tea prepared by the front desk is very practical and comfortable in the hot summer

This hotel didn't feel worth the price. I booked it for 5500 a night and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor with an extremely poor view. The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, and there was an outdoor bar below that was so loud I couldn't sleep. To make matters worse, the bathtub in the first room I stayed in was broken and wouldn't drain. Luckily, Ctrip stepped in and helped me resolve the issue perfectly...

The hotel's biggest draw is its two indoor and outdoor pools! Right in front of the hotel are a bus stop, the Monte Bray cable car station, and two large supermarkets. Lake Lugano is a 10-minute walk away! The breakfast was excellent, and the service was quite friendly. The only drawback was that there were only a few tissues, and the conditioner left clumps. Was it expired?

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very modern. The minibar was free! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food in the lobby was excellent, with generous portions! This Morosani Hotel in Davos is a little more upscale than the Posthotel, but in terms of service and comfort, both are just as good. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and modern. At the back, you have a wonderful view of the mountains, especially at night.

Loved to come back to the Hapimag Flims resort. Great location and exceptional staff! In addition the facilities and child friendly offer make it so much easier to stay in when the weather is not great.

We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

At the time of this year, it was crowded. I prefer to stay on December rather than January. The snow was satisfactory but not so much.

What a lovely week for our family in a lovely place! The staff is really friendly and supportive. The apartment was very well equipped, the pool and sauna are great to use after skiing. We had a lovely quiet week with our children. It’s almost ski in ski out with the new pathway. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the Hapimag restaurant is also good.

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Lenzerheide. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was generous and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not sleep too well on the mattress, but my back is quite delicate so that happens in most hotels.

Within some days of winter sports we got relaxed and recovered in this beautiful place to be. Perfect friendly people and a welcoming athmosphere made a wunderful holiday, but much to short (one week).

Had a pleasant stay as part of a mountain biking trip. The basic room was more than suitable for one traveller and had all the basics including fridge and coffee machine. The bike storage room was convenient and I appreciated the Bosch chargers and washing hose. Breakfast was good value with a lot of food options.

A very nice hotel. The interior is decorated in Art Deco style.It’s about 30-40 minutes walk to the center of Lugano We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. In the evenings, you can enjoy a drink and listen to live music. Breakfast was also very good. The guests were mostly older people.

The hotel has a fantastic location, one minute from the station. The swimming pool and wellness areas were relaxing and never crowded. the half board buffets were tasty and filling enough for our 4 hungry young people. The family room was huge with beautiful views.
