This hotel offers Amazing views of Mount Titlis from most of the rooms and restaurant. Rooms were small but tidy. Service can be improved as it was not up to the mark. Breakfast and Dinner was good.

Tolerable for a night or two, impossible to recommend for longer stays. Huge impressive building with a fine view over Engelberg, a little distance above the centre and a series of lifts and tunnels plus a walk and bus ride to the ski lifts. Rooms in the new section seemed recently renovated, but my bed was too firm for comfortable sleep. Buffet breakfasts were mediocre but acceptable for short stays...

Very beautiful hotel in an amazing location! The rooms were very clean and the views out of them were breathtaking. We were part of a tour group, so we had an assigned time for breakfast and could not eat outside of that time. The staff was professional and helpful and I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Engelberg!

The stay was perfect! They had a good breakfast, the view from the room was surreal, and you could get to downtown Engleberg by foot through a tunnel directly from the hotel! The hotel is so beautiful inside and out, it is clean, good parking, and a charming staff :))

Once you work out the lifts back into the village it is location is ok .The hotel rooms are decent size . All the staff were very helpful , polite and friendly. All the staff work hard but I just got the feeling that they make the best out of the budget limits that are put on them . needs a renovation .

Decent hotel and located close to tram station and tales about 10 mins to city centre from there. Hotel was clean and had amenities. Breakfast was so so and can be avoided if have other options.

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently suited as there is a bus stop across the building and you can go to the old town area very easily.

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. Frequent shuttle bus services are available between the hotel and the airport. It's a 5-minute walk to the tram stop, from which you can reach the city center in 20 minutes with a free travel card provided by the hotel. Essential breakfast!!!

Reviews don’t do justice to this hotel. It’s new, clean, has very comfortable beds, room with decent space, punctual  shuttle service to airport with breakfast included. Best value for money hotel throughout our stay in france / switzerland. Best airport hotel i ever stay in this price range. Two thumbs up for its cleanliness. We couldn’t ask for more.

The airport is very close, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a free shuttle that runs from early morning until 11:30 PM.

Overall, I liked it and can recommend it. However, the amenities are very limited. At a minimum, every room should have a kettle and a bottle of fresh water daily. Not to mention slippers and a toothbrush, which were also missing. On the positive side: the hotel is beautiful, the bed and room are comfortable. It's clean. The tram ride to the city center takes 20-25 minutes.

The hotel room was clean, and the staff were very helpful, making for a very satisfying trip. The breakfast was a buffet style, and while the selection wasn't extensive, everything was delicious.

A 10-minute walk from the center of Carouge and a 20-minute tram ride from Geneva Cornavin station. A great, more affordable alternative for visiting the city.

The hotel is excellent: wonderful breakfast, good spa, cozy and stylish rooms. Nearby is the railway station, you can get to the ski lift in another part of the city. It's a 10-minute walk to Lake Davos. I recommend it.

Nice hotel, not very luxerious, but everything what is needed to feel comfortable. Nice staff. Bar is closing very early. Only thing to seriously re-consider is the breakfast. One of the worst I ever had in a 4 stars hotel. There are never egg's avaialbe given the small station and the high amount of people. In addtion very little choice of fruits and bread (e.g. no Gipfeli).

The hotel room and services were decent, but what really stood out was its location. As someone who relies on public transport, it was incredibly convenient. The hotel entrance is only about 100 meters from Platform 3 at the train station. When I traveled from Lucerne to Basel, I caught a train from Platform 3, and it was a breeze getting my 28-inch suitcase on board. I'll definitely choose this hotel...

Great hotel! It's a minute walk from the train station and less than 8 minutes from the city center. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast as the cost was quite high. They do include complimentary drinks in the mini-bar.

The hotel located face the park but turn right after the street where see McDonald then will see a “Bar” restaurant . Not far from subway and consider convenient Room was clean and reception was helpful, just that there is no lock inside the room where room cleaning lady came in after 2 knocks.

This hotel of Luzern boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. There were only fifteen people staying and so was rather ghost like. We were given rooms on the top floor which were small, with tiny windows looking out on the roof with no view which was a shame as other floors were obviously available. The bathroom has chipped tiles and cracked basin. The breakfast is a good spread but everything has been sitting for ages...

The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a renovation. The room still had carpeting and no balcony. On the plus side, it has rooms with twin beds that can be separated. This is our second time here :) So lovely. This mountain spa use to be one of the best places to relax in Europe. Since it changed management about five or six years ago it has deteriorated significantly. It now allows kids under 16 years old and often infants. The kids piss in the pool, dive off the structures and cause what used to be relaxing experience, too be a dangerous experience. Beautiful hotel, good welcome but a little aging. The bathrooms could do with a refresh. To go to the baths which are on site, it's an obstacle course, it's complicated and not practical.

Comfortable rooms and bed at the Hôtel de France despite damp stains in the bathroom. Big downside of not having been warned that the hotel swimming pools are closed (we don't know why). Obligation to pay for parking at the Alpentherme at the tourist office in the village center. The buildings are in great need of updating.

We were so happy in Piz Buin Hotel!!! The room was absolutely spotless clean, sunny, with an amazing view, incredibly quiet, super large!!! The breakfast is a high quality one, with bio products. The service in the restaurant is not good at all, the waiters dont say hello in the morning. But i give big congratulations to this hotel and we will return next year! We had room 205!

Excellent very cosy hotel in amazing Klosters. Very good location. Spotless clean in rooms, pool , sauna. The rooms are generous , modern and with a large bathroom. Breakfast is of great quality with bio ingredients. We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year.

The resort has a brand new feel overall. It's super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk, which makes getting to the Matterhorn really convenient. No air conditioning. Don't stay here if it's summer. It's miserable and we had to check out early. Opening the windows and blasting fans still wasn't enough to avoid being drenched in sweat. Hilton's standard is impeccable, with complete facilities, clean and hygienic environment, and thoughtful service. It is located in the center of Davos, convenient for going out, and the price-performance ratio is very good! Worth recommending!

Definitely not a 5* hotel. The rooms were 3* at best - the 'standard' room that we were given was small, dark and looked out at a concrete wall. The staff were not particularly friendly; there was no swimming pool and it lacked character.

Beautiful scenery! Amazing food! The room could have held probably 6 people in the bunks, more if they're friendly. A good space and since we were there in the summer, it was quiet. The elevation is 4248 feet (1,295 meters). If you have breathing issues, you might want to skip the visit. I saw a Mom on a bicycle towing her kid to get up the hill/mountain. Those folks are sturdy! I'll be honest, the hotel is good only for spending the night, having breakfast in the morning and going on. Breakfast was like 7,5/10. I was in this hotel in June and I don't know what it's like during the ski season. Maybe in the winter it's pretty good, but in the summer it's only for spending the night and move. Only if you have too! We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

I don't recommend staying in Wengen. It gets dark very early, there's not much to do nearby, and it's inconvenient to get around. Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken at the foot of the mountain are much better. This hotel is quite new, the hygiene is acceptable, the breakfast is average, and the toilet is very small.

The Brown Bear Hotel is located not in Interlaken, but in Wengen, a charming village with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. If driving, you can only park in the parking lot below Lauterbrunnen train station. Go up to the 7th floor to buy your ticket and take the train to Wengen, which takes about 12 minutes.
