The location is fantastic, very close to Geneva's main train station – just a short walk away, which was really convenient. The environment is also excellent, very quiet as it's in a residential area, not right on a busy street.

The hallway was narrow, and the room doors were very close together. We could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors; we didn't sleep well and were woken up early this morning by the noise. Aside from that, considering the price, the cleanliness and facilities were acceptable.

I liked everything. The staff was friendly and polite, and they helped with all my questions. Cleaning was daily. The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. I recommend it.

The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and runs every 10 minutes. The room was very clean. There was a very good selection for breakfast.

The hotel is one of my kind. They can't fo much to improve. Everyone do kind and helpful! The only thing that I miss is not beeing able to dinner during the days of the festival. But I understand they like to give the employees the option to assist to their town festival, considering this is one of the best all around the world.

There is a bus, but it seems difficult to get there if you are not used to it. It is close to Montreux, so it is very convenient if you use the Golden Pass!

It's well located for exploring Geneva. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. Otherwise, it's good value for money.

This night was extremely unsatisfactory. I had traded for a much more expensive room, but to my surprise, I didn't sleep well. Compared to the previous night, I was only given one pillow, and the bedding was thick and hot, with a heavy quilt. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep.

This hotel gave its guests a newly renovated room that had a very strong smell. The problem was finally solved after an unremitting struggle. Fortunately, Ctrip argued for us. The WiFi was very poor and it was almost impossible to browse the web. Other basic things like the environment are still first-class, after all, it is in Switzerland.

Because the front desk of another hotel we booked told us that a triple room couldn't accommodate four people, we booked this small hotel for my dad at the last minute. I had a great experience. There was only one issue with the cleaning people leaving the window open and when I came into the room it was freezing. The heat is controlled by the hotel and not the guest. The luggage storage was great. You have to pay for it using bounce. It was a great experience I had at this hotel. No complaints.

Alexis from reception is AMAZING! He went the extra mile to make my friend comfortable despite not being able to speak a foreign language. Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!
