The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and clean. The only downside is that although it appears close to the airport on the map, getting to the hotel by public transport is very inconvenient. If you have an early morning flight, you might need to reconsider or be prepared to pay for an Uber.

There was quite distant from airport if by walk, not suggested. There was a tram to arrive. Hotel was next to the supermarket, very convenient. They served airport shuttle bus, we liked it.

The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

Value for price, you can not beat it. Location is amazing: in front of the bus that goes directly to the airport (22min) and 2 min walk from the tram that goes to downtown(14min)!

This hotel is good for cheap travel. The bathroom is small and feels cheap (the walls of it are as thin as they get). The shower, separated from the toilet feels similar. On the positive side, the beds are resistant and they do clean the room every day.

The room, though renovated, still looked average, and the common areas were somewhat old. I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back.

There were three new service staff members when checking in at night. I was very happy to upgrade my room. Compared with other Mandarin Oriental hotels, this hotel is a bit inferior. This hotel has no heating in the middle of winter. The air conditioner has only cold air. The wall heater is useless. You need to lift the curtains and put them on the windowsill to get a little bit of warmth. In the end, the hotel gave me a heater. It's outrageous! I am coming few times per month to Zurich for business. I need a pragmatic and good hotel for an overnight stay. Züri by Fassbind offers exactly that. Excellent value for the price. Located super central. Easy to check-in / out. Calm rooms, when you book the Superior one, located towards the courtyard.

It was okay, fairly quiet. The shower pressure was great. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. It's a five-minute walk from the train station.

Overall, for a four-star hotel, it is fairly average. This may partly reflect Zurich’s generally high prices. The heating is very strong, and overall it is suitable for solo travelers, but it does not really meet four-star standards. The shampoo and shower gel are combined into one product, which is not very good in quality.

I am driving. The so-called 'parking' facility is public parking with completely no relationship with the hotel. So the price of parking in the hotel facility description is totally wrong! The car parking description should be described as 'parking in nearby public carpark and price unknown.' Otherwise, the hotel is central to everything.

The room was quite small, only enough space to open one suitcase. They made the most of the limited space, but it was really just a place to crash for one night. The breakfast was pretty good, with a good variety of options. In the lobby, you could get unlimited hot water and coffee. The hotel is also quite close to Zurich Central Station.

A very basic room with limited amenities of only bath towel, body soap and shampoo provided. No tea and coffee or bottle water in the room but there is a coffee and tea station at the reception area where you can also top up drinking water. Hotel looks great. Rooms are spacious and we had a free mini bar. However, the room gets humid soon when you take a shower and the airconditioning/ventilation isn’t the best. We could also hear our neighbors upstairs well. Furthermore, the cleaning staff took our room key with them and forgot to refill the mini bar.

The room was a very suitable size for two people, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. However, the heating was worse than expected, and I actually suffered from the cold at night. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with the stay, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Great location. Thankful for an issuance of a bigger room/ double bed. A single bed comforter was issued though. My room was at the extension wing portion, with auto sensor lighting along the rooms corridor and a slight delayed lighting. Would have a preferred a bright corridor. The heater/ AC system can be on the noisier side too.
