We absolutely love our stay at Metropol Spa Hotel. The views, the swimming pool/spa, the proximity to everything, the services, the room size and the friendliness of the staff, everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking a comfortable time at Zermatt.
Gabriel greeted us when we arrived and he/his staff were all so friendly. We didn’t walk past any of them without a hello 🙂
Breakfast was terrific and included and they easily accommodated for my GF/Df allergies.
The amenities like pool and hot tub were a great addition after a full day exploring. Zermatt itself is a must- visit while in Switzerland.
