The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free.....

They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

This hotel is our lucky hotel! We ended the bitter wind and rain in Switzerland here and finally saw the Matterhorn! This hotel itself is also great. The interior layout and design are very cleverly using the elements of the Matterhorn. Moreover, we only made a temporary reservation at 6 or 7 last night. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room type. The room is so big and has a large balcony. There are free coffee and tea in the room. Their breakfast is also great. Because I was in a hurry to go up the mountain in the morning, I didn’t take any photos, but the breakfast is very rich, with various fresh fruits such as strawberries and kiwis, freshly fried meats such as bacon and grilled sausages, as well as vegetables such as broccoli and mushrooms, as well as various breads, juices and milk, and even freshly squeezed orange juice. You can also go to the bar and order a cappuccino. In short, you can eat very satisfying! The best thing is that this hotel also has a pick-up service. We originally had to drag the big box to the train station for more than ten minutes, and the small car took us directly there. It took a few minutes and arrived super fast! I promise that I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Zermatt!

Very, very bad experience. Due to the weather, we had no transportation to the hotel! The hotel itself claimed that the power and internet were cut off for two days! However, the hotel chose to evade the problem and did not refund us tourists in full! They found all kinds of excuses to refuse, with no contract spirit and no sense of responsibility! They still did not cancel the order with full payment! Please be sure to avoid thunder, 🙏

All good. The hotel upgraded our room. Service very nice. Breakfast very nice.
The only minor negative point is the fact that the hotel didn't provide toothbrush.

Hygiene is not up to standard, there are hairs on the bed. The spacer laid under the sheets was shorter than the mattress, making it uncomfortable to lie on. The quilt is very strange. The size of the quilt is very small and the quilt cover is not a set. The big bed is actually two beds pushed together with a slit in the middle. There are free drinks in the room refrigerator and a chocolate as a gift. The hotel provides round-trip pick-up service, but it can only go to the train station, and you have to bring your luggage to the train station. I want to go to the train station in advance to use this service, but it is not possible. It is really stubborn.
