The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from shops and the market. This part of Smirkovsky is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
The hotel is thoroughly cleaned daily, with linens changed every 4-5 days.
The hostess is very responsive and always helpful.
What I would improve in the room: I would install hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is a shelf there, but it's not very well located. We were always hanging towels on the handle. I would install a couple of shelves in the closet (dressing room) to put things on. There is only one, and even with my 1.5m height, I couldn't reach it.
Overall, the hotel is good. Thank you!

If you're a bit of a clean freak, this hotel is a must-see. The rooms and pool are spotless. Kamala Beach is quiet, and the hotel is within a 10-minute walk of 7-Eleven, Big C, restaurants, and the beach. Zen provided a hand-drawn map of nearby attractions upon check-in, and the service was friendly. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to return to Phuket.

Right from the time that I booked the hotel, I was contacted by the staff on my WhatsApp number and they extended their help in all ways possible. They arranged for the airport pick-up and also gave me options for various tours of Phuket.
On arrival, we were greeted very warmly by the hotel staff Ju and Zen and we had asked them in advance to help us with the locations of super-markets and Indian restaurants in the vicinity. They had a map ready for us and they showed us with great detail, all the locations and timings. Also, as a pleasant surprise, they upgraded the room for us, which was very spacious, overlooking the swimming pool and had a refrigerator, microwave oven, induction heaters. We used these to heat the food that we carried with us and really helped in making our stay very pleasant and comfortable.
Whenever we needed anything, we could just send them a WhatsApp message and they would respond within a minute. I would highly recommend this hotel to all those who wish to visit Phuket. The silent and peaceful Kamala beach is a 5 minute walks from the hotel.

Thus wasn't our first choice of hotel, but over a course of two weeks in Early December every other hotel we looked at had either raised their prices or had no availability so I booked Vivace. From the time we checked in to the morning we left we were amazed by the hospitality and friendliness shown by Ju and Zen. Our room was huge and very well equipped with a microwave and hot plate and a big balcony with a day bed overlooking the pool. We normally have a breakfast in our hotel, but the Vivace doesn't have a restaurant at the moment, which wasn't a a problem as there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 100 yards- we found a lady in the the Big C supermarket car park selling amazing fried chicken for 30 Baht a pop- most mornings around 10.00. The rooms were exceptionally clean- vacuumed and polished every day by a lovely and friendly bunch of cleaners. The ladies organised a taxi back to the airport- 750 Baht from what I remember- easier than a Bolt or Grab and he turned up on time, which was a relief considering the heavy traffic. When we return to Kamala the Vivace is on the top of the list to stay- it's just a 3☆ but with a 5☆ attitude.

We enjoyed our stay at the VIVACE. It's close to the beach, clean and the hostess ladies were wonderful --- greeting us on our late night arrival and making sure that we enjoyed our stay. Note, there are three buildings with rooms. Visitors may have a preference on location relative to the front desk/pool area

Booked for 1 night cause we needed somewhere to stay for the day, ended up booking another night cause the hotel was really nice. A ”home” feeling.
