Chiang Mai City, 97/1 Ratchadamnoen Rd., Tambon Phra Sing (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room had two beds with clean linen but the walls had shoe marks, used eyelashes and gunk. We had to check ourselves in- it was an easy enough process. The noise in the nights lasted until 2am- I didn’t realize we were in the heart of the street market.
The room is clean, the service is good, the bathroom is clean, and the bed is also good.
Great little hostel, well located, clean, tidy and everything you need for a stay. Location is central and right in the heart t of the Sunday market if you happen to be there on that day.
The hotel has a great location. The room was cleaned every day. The room was next to the road, so sometimes it can be noisy, but it does not interfere with sleep, it would also be good if they added a small table and chair to the room, as there were not enough of them, otherwise everything is fine
It is actually a weekend market street. It is very lively at night. There are small stalls on the street. There are many food, jewelry and clothes. It is close to everything. It is very close to Thapae Gate. There are also lunch shops around. The hotel is newly opened. There may be shortages, but the service is very good. Just ask them.
Very disappointed with the quality of the room: aging tiles with lots of cracks on the tiles, leaking tap, leaking toilet, flooding the bathroom, and air conditioning which started leaking, soaking the room... Apart from that, friendly staff and a nice little outdoor courtyard.

A hotel with a great price-performance ratio; the lobby is very beautiful.
I was glad that me and my partner found this place. I loved the bed, it was clean and comfy, nice pillows also. I think it was a cute small room - no window though - which is a bit concerning when it comes to safety. Bathroom was okay - only thing that didn’t work was the shower head, so we had to take that off in order to shower. Prepare to pay 500baht as a deposit when checking in. It’s a very good...
We had a lovely stay here. Room is clean and big enough, price is reasonable. Lady at a front desk helped us a lot. We even book a bus to Pai through her and left a backpack here for some time. Really all recommends.
This is a strategically located hostel on Ratchadamnoen Rd. In the old city of Chiang Mai. You absolutely cannot beat the value for money for this place if you want a budget private room and do not want to share in a dorm room. Do not expect any luxury, but a working AC, comfortable bed and functioning bathroom. There is so much to see and explore around the city that you can leave early in the morning...
My room is pretty basic, but its private and secure. The staff are kind and hard working. I think it's a little bit overpriced, but overall I'm very happy here. Great location and great staff!

I stayed at Baan Pim for a full week while exploring Chiang Mai. It’s not a flashy place, but it does the job if you’re looking for peace, space, and something that won’t break your budget. The place is run by a kind local woman. She doesn’t speak much English, and the number they provide might be hard to communicate through (someone picked up but couldn’t understand me), so patience and a bit of...
After the New Year eve, many people returned to Chiang Mai from Bangkok, causing large-scale flight delays. So when we arrived in Chiang Mai, it was already 9pm. We were originally worried about the check-in issue. When we arrived at the door of the hotel, we found a paper left for me on the front desk window. The boss was very enthusiastic. Due to house maintenance, he took us to another hotel nearby...
I am very surpriced to see so many bad comment about this place and I am happy to put a 5 start. I used to live in thailand (15 years...) when I was younger. now I come for traveling. I always travel with low budget and I have been in hundreds of hotels or gest house very cheap. When you choose a cheap accommodation it is obviously not full of luxury and we can expect something not super clean maybe...
If you booked your stay here via TAT and now you’re freaking out because of the reviews you can read on Google Maps - no worries. Been there, done that. The hotel is actually nice and quiet, the room and the bathroom were clean when we checked-in and cleaned once again during our 4 nights stay. The AC works as it should, there’s a warm water in the shower, the location is perfect. The owner is a very...

There are many bad reviews but I will say this place is fine. The furniture is old, yes. But it's in a good location, has a friendly and humble staff, communicates in English, 2-3 minutes walk to the left and there is some decent eatery, can go for a good walk by that old City Square footpath.

Best place to be if you’re a beginner, staff are very very nice, show respect and you will be given it back.
Completed stay, reserved 2 nights, inexpensive price, convenient travel, recommended, save travel time, close to the airport.
First I would like to say that I was living there approximately 2 years ( mai 2020 until yesterday). Nice 2 stars hotel with spacious room and bathroom. All inside the room ( fridge, tv, air conditioning, WiFi ). New elevator and ventilation in the bathroom and my room the 323 has a so beautiful view on Doi Suthep. Staff are very kind with me all the time. Quiet place, very kind dogs around the hotel...
Bed is comfortable, lighting is good, good size of fridge... we paid 450 for deluxe room(425 from agoda) not much difference, natee place is a good place to stay near the airport, standard room is 390thb.. clean room, clean bedsheet and towels and most importantly they have lift.. another close by budget hotel would put you on the 4th floor and expect you to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor because...

Old and dated but room was clean, staff did not speak very good English
The room is spacious, the bed is spacious, the floor is carpeted, the room is glass, there are no windows, it is very dark. There is a parking lot in front of the room, it is okay to sleep normally. It is not bad but not good either. It is normal.
Just realized that the flooding just happened a few months ago. When I got to the entrance, it looked like an abandoned hotel. The road to Lamphun was closed, so I had to go around to the other side. The hotel itself was pale, like it used to be a temporary accommodation hotel that was converted to a daily rate. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed either.
I really liked their unique design of the rooms. Only "bad" thing was the wifi connection for me.
This is very average, the conditions are very average, the hygiene is not good, and the location is remote.
The entrance looks like an empty place, located on a main road, convenient to travel, use a private car, soft bed, comfortable to sleep, old furniture

It's okay overall, but mold and plasterworms are there as usual. Also, if you stay on the second floor, you will have just a wall 2 meters in front of your window. But the staff is helpful, the owner speaks English well, and the location is great. Also, the cats are nice.
The manager was very kind and helpful. The room maintained clean in spite of old conditions but no matter. The location is very good both heading for old town and nimmanhaemin district. Every morning I wake up with birds singing with a bright sunshine. The only uncomfortable thing is I bring 4keys when I come back after 10 pm.
Clean Comfortable bed Friendly staff Cute cat Convenient location Air-conditioning work well
The staff there is awesome and they're quick to reply for any problems you have even through email. The only downside I have is it's tucked back in an alley without good signage for people to be able to see including cabs to drop you off. My cab from the airport circled it twice.
The accommodation is clean, has a balcony, air purifier, refrigerator and microwave. Downstairs there is a coffee maker and hot water. The staff provides good service.
Great place to stay. My “go to hotel” when I’m in Chiang Mai. Stayed several times and definitely recommend. The beds are firm but not too hard. Hot water and daily housekeeping . Free water and coffee. Washing machines ($20 baht ) on site and there are drying racks on each room’s balcony. The owner just placed air purifiers in every room. Good area and there are plenty of award winning restaurants...

Used their tour guide service that was excellent! We took the CM-CR tour and surely will take the CM-Pai next time because they are professionals that knew not to push for shopping or when to stay more and when to leave a place. Almost everything was accurate, the food was not 😊
We had an amazing 3 days trip. Super recommend. all the small details were thought about, we were taken to the best places, and all we had to do was relax, experience and have fun. So thanks!
Amazing staff, great vibes, great location, and delicious food. Also, the office offers great travel attractions all around. In addition, they have laundry services at a fair rate. Thank you so much for the amazing experience 💕
We stumbled across this place just after completing the Mae Hong Son Loop. The staff were super friendly and inviting. The room was perfect for our nights stay as it was very close to the airport. The atmosphere was great!! Perfect for a night or two 🫶🏼

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The dogs adorable and the owner very generously drove me to the airport of her own offer.
Seriously, I like this place alot! Shockingly tasty breakfast. Very nice staff. Water and minibar are included in the price. Clean and nice rooms with AC. Everything I could ever ask for in a hotel.
Other reviewers have painted a pretty accurate picture of the property: excellent location outside Old City (5-10 minute walk depending on traffic 😏), quiet neighborhood, 3-4 popular and good restaurants catering to both locals and tourists within 3 blocks of hotel (and the incredible B Samcook .02 miles away), stylish, clean, etc. Dream, who practically lives at the front desk, is warm, friendly...
Comfortable, clean and peaceful rooms with western beds. Outstanding good staff, helped us and resolved all our doubts to organize the days in Chiang Mai. They even let us even have breakfast earlier before a day trip. Fresh and very varied breakfast, they have a buffet of Thai food and American breakfast. Increíble experiencie to repeat!

I booked this place because of the good reviews, and it was a really good place! The inside of the building was so clean and comfortable that I wondered when they cleaned it, and all the staff were smiling and soothing. The laundry service was great. The location is very good, very close to Chedi Luang Temple and there are many restaurants around. There is a small seating area in the lobby, which provides free juice, coffee, yogurt, cookies, toast, bananas...etc. The most surprising thing is that they also help guests wash clothes for free! We stayed for four nights and still couldn't get enough of it. We will definitely stay here again next time...
First-class service, every front desk and cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, all the matters of check-in are very clear, English is very good, communication is smooth, and they take the initiative to carry luggage. This guest house was a great place to stay!! The owner BB is just amazing and gives you all the tips you need considering the city and surrounding area (without trying to sell you anything, which is almost unbelievable here). They provide a different breakfast everyday which is also really unique. Internet is fast, the room is clean, and the location is good, inside the old quarter but in a quiet street
Bibi's hotel and service is just wonderful ! She is just so friendly and helping in every way. For instance, she changed curtains so i sleep better even if i stayed only one week, kept my stuff one month while i was away. And the quality of the rooms for the price + the beautiful common area that feels a bit like family is great. I cannot recommend it enough. Under new ownership and just reopened due to Covid. Great little place to put your things down and sleep while you go tour the city. Clean and has all your needs. No elevator so beware, but very quaint and walking distance to the main roads. I had the whole family here and everyone got their own rooms. Free wifi so the kids were happy.
The toilets aren't clean and there is often no toilet paper. Everything else looks amazing! I really recommend you go to this temple especially if the weather is nice! The thing is giant and everything is golden and blinking. It's only 30 baht per person so i think it is very nice overall.

We stayed here for six days. The staff told us there was a night market on Sundays, called the Sunday Night Market. Since we didn't want to change hotels and pack up, and since we were planning to go to the market, we decided to stay another night. Great price for the location. Maintained well with good quality bedding and towels. I recommend having data or a Thai number to call the host if they aren’t at the desk on arrival.
The location is great, but being on a main road means there's some traffic noise from cars and motorcycles, which might be an issue for light sleepers. However, the quality of the guests staying here is very good.
For the most part, everything was great, but the bathroom had lots of little tiny bugs and then I noticed a couple of them on my phone on the nightstand.
