U Nimman Chiang Mai in Chiang Mai City

It's convenient living in this hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to One Nimman, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and massages! The room size is generous, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Nam, who was incredibly warm and welcoming! The gym and pool facilities are also more than adequate.

Location is the best thing of this hotel. It is right smacked in the heart of the tourist area with many cafe, Michelin restaurants, shopping and Spa.
The only this that upset me about this stay is that the hotel which is supposed to be good for their 24hrs use room (check-out within 24hrs of your check in time) but i was advised that i can only check into my room at 7pm as the previous will only check-out then. I didnt allow this to happen as i felt the hotel should at least honor their official check in time of 2pm. Anyway, beside this episode, the hotel services was really good.

The overall hygiene was good, but they don't provide slippers or toothbrushes. Luckily, I came prepared, otherwise, it would have been quite inconvenient. The room was on the third floor facing the street, so it was noisy, but they had earplugs in the room, which helped on the second night.

Great location, rooms are nice and large. A bit pricey though. Low score for value.

This hotel is in the absolute best location! Nimman One is right downstairs, and there's a night market right below too. Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center is just across the street, and Chiang Mai University is within walking distance. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Chiang Mai for the first time!

Amazing hotel, both interior & exterior are well maintain! Awesome breakfast, wide range of choices! Great service & polite staff! Room are spacious and provide various amenities. Will book this hotel again if i ever visit Chiang Mai!

Pleasant stay in the city. one nimman, restaurants, massage, coffee house, bars are next door. Breakfast is good, variety of choices. 
Only one thing no good is no place to hang the clothes when showering. 

Slipper provided is flipflop and heavy. I request them to send light slipper, and they fabric/textile type of slipper to my room in 5-10 mins.

The hotel was fully booked every day, probably due to the Lantern Festival. Every day, they couldn't confirm if I could extend my stay in the same room type, which is a common issue with all hotels in Chiang Mai during peak season or holidays. It's understandable, especially with the rain these past few days 🌧️, which might have made it difficult to dry the linens quickly enough. One pillowcase was damp, and I reported it to the front desk. I'll see if it improves when I change rooms for my extended stay today. I understand that the hotel staff work hard. I just found out today from the front desk that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, which I always thought was permitted. Otherwise, the hotel is great in all aspects. They even helped provide a proof of address for me to take the Thai driving test.

The staffs were very helpful and attentive. They are willing to help out on every request with immediate response. Really enjoy my stay at the hotel, definitely will be back soon.
