In its day this was probably a very good hotel but sadly rooms are getting a little shabby with damage fixtures and fittings.In a 11 day stay there was no attempt to change bedding or clean room
The air-conditioning worked but looked like it had not been cleaned or serviced in a long time with some staining on wall from leaks.
Not all the lights worked with only one switch by the door to operate them ment a stumble in the dark to get to the bed. On several occasions cockroaches were in the bathroom .
Have stayed in far better hotels in Chiang Mai for price they were charging so would probably give this a miss next time even though it's in a good quite location

This hotel is super easy to find, right near Tha Phae Gate in the Old City. The common areas are really relaxing and inviting, and the rooms have all the essentials like AC, a shower, and a fridge. The staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic! 👍 Most importantly, the price is really reasonable and affordable. It's a great choice for anyone just looking for a place to rest and sleep!

Good location and easy to communicate with workers. They have sooooooooooooo many activity flyers, it is impossible to not find something cool to do in chiangmai

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and were always welcoming and helpful. Everything was well organized, and I felt relaxed during my stay. The facilities and overall service were very good. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return in the future.

This is one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in and I am very well travelled. It honestly looks nothing like the photos at all maybe if the photos were taken 20 years ago. The was one of the most unclean rooms that I have stayed in. There were ants galore climbing the room and what looked like children’s stickers plastered along the bathroom wall. We stayed 5 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once despite asking. I loved Chiang mai but I don’t think I’d stay here again!

It's an old, run-down hotel.This three-star hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. The room wasn't clean upon arrival. I also didn't feel comfortable or safe there, due to the presence of some young, aggressive partygoers. Security is nonexistent; the police aren't called if someone attacks you. The night watchman and security guard do nothing. The most beautiful thing in the hotel was the morning view from the 5th floor and the sunrise.

We arrived Midnight at hotel and encountered a very Rude Staff . He was very aggressive and Drunk from his behavior.
Apart from that Location of hotel is far from market. Not easy to find this hotel.
Room was ok. Wifi was ok and cleanliness just ok.
From hotel pics on website completely opposite.
I will not recommend this hotel. Very bad.
