A quiet place in the center. Everything is spacious. And old downrunned hotel, but the beds are ok, the cleanliness is still acceptable.

And you have the nice and fully clean pool to swim. For the cheap price and just walk in, a very good choice, if you are a traveller and you can accept not perfect things. Could stay here much longer.
TTiu can just bring your own food and beer and sit in front of the hotel at the smoking area. Even this is better then a Lounge in a pretty new hotel. Here the people are talking together.

Location and price were great, the reception staff are lovely but it’s shame that the hotel is in such terrible condition, rooms are quite disgusting, hygiene is non existent and everything from tv to mattress and sheets had clearly not been updated in a very long time. Rooms are just very dirty, smell horrible and very uncomfortable.

My stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai was an extremely negative experience. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable: the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned since some month, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere gave a sense of neglect. The service was even more frustrating. The staff were inattentive, unhelpful, and at times even rude. No serious action was taken to address the issues that were reported. I travel frequently, and I can say without hesitation that this is the worst service I have ever received at a hotel. I strongly do not recommend this establishment.

I stayed 12 nights at Anodard Hotel. It’s not a luxurious hotel but the rooms are clean, have AC and a refrigerator. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is also a driver you can book to take you to the airport, bus station and probably also private tours if you wish to. Staying at the hotel gave access to the pool at the hotel next door. The pictures are taken from my room.

First few pictures are out the hotel window. Then a few of the room and new clothes I got that was very inexpensive. And the outside of the hotel. The staff was amazing, very polite and helpful. They were espexially patient with all my questions! The recommendations they offered for local things to do were always spot on. If I needed a place to stay again, I would not hesitate to stay here. It is located right inside the Chiang Mai's Old City & within the mile square "Moat". Very conveniently located within walking distance of food, venues and events. Only issue I had was the doors in my hotel room did not open smoothly to the closet...with that being my only "complaint", I feel I did very well with this stay and what I paid!

This trip to Chiang Mai was made more complete by staying at this hotel. The environment is elegant, the service is good, the owner is friendly, and the transportation is convenient. It is especially suitable for families and friends to travel together. If you are also planning to come to Chiang Mai, don't miss this high-scoring hotel. Lin Linqi strongly recommends it, it will definitely make your trip worthwhile!

A hotel in the center of Chiang Mai. The staff were cheerful and welcoming, which left a good impression. The location was good and the price was low, but the building is old and the interior of the rooms is a bit worn out. The air conditioning system is also old.

Good price quality. Simple, outdated, with great location. The hotel would upgrade greatly if they update some furniture, painting and clean better!

The room smells bad. The toilet and sewage smell. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel, and the only chairs available to guests of this hotel are crappy chairs. There is often a shortage of shampoo and towels every day during cleaning.

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.
