Overall is good. Location is superb, bed is comfortable and clean. Just the breakfast could be improved for more choices.

It is very near to one nimman which is less than 200m . It is a convenient location to various food outlets like cafes and restaurants. It is near to airport so you can hear the plane flying across.
The breakfast buffet has local Thai and western selection. Coffee can be made by the server to your order.
Overall it is a pleasant place to stay.

Love that it’s at the heart of Nimman and well known cafes and Michelin Guide restaurants are within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights and we saw there are some changes to the breakfast menu, until the 4th day, which is within expectations. We like that the buffet spread introduces thai local food such as Nam Prik Ong and Thai Iced Tea (made fresh on demand). The room is comfortable and faced the pop up craft market. Good thing that all winds down by 10.30pm and we had a quiet sleep. For the elderly, the room might not be as suitable due to the dim lighting and the need to climb a small step into the bath tub. Other that that, it’s a perfect stay!

The hotel is located at a very convenient location of Nimman area. 5 mins walk to Maya shopping and stone-throw distance to One-Nimman mall. There are many cafes and small boutiques along the street. Safe to walk even it is late in night like 1am. Chiang Mai citizen are generally friendly and helpful. At level 8 of the hotel, where the infinity pool is lies a beauty scenery.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Well maintained no smell at all. Hotel has rooftop pool/bar and gym (closed at 12am). Located near nimman area with maya mall nearby. Breakfast decent with egg stations. Overall satisfactory and will return again if in chiang mai next time. Thanks.

Great stylish hotel with an ideal location
Rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. Love the art idea of this hotel .Breakfast is tasty and varied.
The only small downside is that if you stay in a connecting room and your neighbors are noisy, the sound insulation is quite weak — you can hear them very clearly.
