Very pleasant experience staying here with a very pretty and cosy room. They also offered a pretty pool, 24 hour tea and coffee bar and free DVD section where you can pick a movie and watch it in your own room
What truly impressed me was that the large potted orchids in the room were real flowers, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the service was good
It felt like staying in a museum of beautiful artifacts. I actually feel like staying in this hotel was one of the cooler things we did in Chiang Mai, I enjoyed just looking around at all the stuff
Right outside is the Nimman area, with a complete range of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and massage parlors. Breakfast is à la carte and very generous. Definitely a place worth returning to
Best hotel, absolute highlight for my stay in Thailand!! Great service and PERFECT location. Hotel is BEAUTIFUL, and the rooms thoughtfully constructed. Cleaners are quick and thorough
The hotel is located in the Nimman area, close to cafes, shops, and restaurants. It is about 30 min walking from the old city, but the neighbourhood is very nice and safe

Close to JJ market, and the freeway. It’s close to the main road but quiet. The room was big, clean, we had daily housekeeping during the stay. And free bottle water, snacks provided
Staying at Napatra Hotel in Chiang Mai city was amazing. For further my visit to Chiang Mai, I would love to book Napatra again
Great location — there’s a 7-Eleven and a massage spa nearby. The room is simple, spacious, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kai and Eng
Even a bit far from old town however Location is 5 minutes walking to Jing Jia market. Very good environment and provided free coffee and tea at the morning.
It's a bit of a distance from Nimman Road and the Old City, but this means it's nice and quiet without any noise. Eating options nearby are convenient, and you can walk to JJ Market
However, the location is a bit far from the main city, although communication is good enough. Hope anyone can book at Napatra and enjoy their stay

Loved the hotel so much! Quiet, peaceful, clean, cultural, great breakfast options, 8 min to the airport and many other tourist spots! Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional staff too :) and don’t even mention the cozy bed by the window!
with what we pay the service from the hotel team is 200% cant ask for more and just 5 mints walk there's maany restaurants, massage place and on weekend about 10mints walk there is night market with rows of shops
Great experience at this hotel, small but very nice hotel. I enjoyed the pool area and my girlfriend loved getting to wear the traditional dress and take pictures there. Also, the breakfast there was excellent.
There is mosquito in the room ,just let the front desk know they take care of it. there's a pool But water is freezing cold. breakfast is excellent with 100% great service
even thou this boutique hotel is not to big but great hospitality from the moment you check in till you check out. room is very clean ,hv most of the amenities you need
The first impression for me and family is happy, the front desk is excellent, very friendly and very helpful

Nice hotel with clean rooms and reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Situated in the centre with lot of activity around. Recommended placd.
Really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler. The vibe was super chill and the staff made me feel right at home. The room was clean and the location was perfect for exploring everything nearby
Definitely a solid choice if you are traveling alone and want a comfortable place to crash
A good hotel and I would stay again. It is located in Loi Kroh Road, a busy bar area in Chiang Mai. The card needs to be inserted for the lights and air conditioner to work. The hot water is not that hot
The room was very nice and clean. My only minor complaint was the duvet cover came off the blanket a bit while sleeping, haha. Someone came to clean the room during the day, which was very much appreciated!
The location is great – right between Chiang Mai Old City and the Night Bazaar. You can walk to both and explore the area. It's about a 15 to 20 minute drive to the airport

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for At Gate Hotel (Chiang Mai)
I had a really great stay at At Gate Hotel. The service was exceptional — the staff were kind, helpful, and super responsive anytime I needed something
Clean and hygienic, with new decor and quality amenities. It's conveniently located within walking distance of attractions, and the design is beautiful.
Breakfast is à la carte, and the chef is very friendly, with standard-tasting food. It's good value for the price range of around 400 baht
The location is very convenient, the staff are very helpful, the only thing I could say if there are laundry service will be perfect.
Also, the breakfast choices were the same everyday…preset menu, eggs (omelet, scrambled or sunny side up), tiny salad with a vinaigrette, two sausages, one slice of bacon, a few beans 🫘 and a few French fries)
Overall, though, it was a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it for the service and location
The hotel is only a few years old and as a result offers good level of quality through out…modern bathroom (with predictable shower temperature), very comfortable bed and decent amount of space (including a nice balcony)

Overall a fantastic stay, located right in the centre of the old town in a quiet location
The room was a bit old but apart from that everything good, staff good, cleaners everyday and staff always available to do deal with any issues
There's also a great laundry service next door who will deliver your clothes to the hotel once done
Overall we enjoyed our experience very much at this accommodation! Thank you for everything. We enjoyed the pool and the bar and our room. Everything is balanced and a with big guest room downstairs to relax
Nice location near Marriot but comfortable and inexpensive. Breakfast is nice as is the pool. Many many bars, Restaurants, cafes and Thai massage places nearby on busier street
Getting to know Mint, at that moment their barkeeper, was beautiful and sharing that moment was delightful - but also super good services, from all of the team members

The room was very clean, spacious, had AC, and cleaned every second day or each day if you prefer. The bathroom is large, there’s a great closet with a safe, and a big mini fridge which was super convenient
Beds are hard (as they seem to be everywhere in Thailand). Our room was nice and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. The only real issue in this place, is the noise in the hotel
We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 4. A very nice hotel for the price and location. Friendly and helpfull staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, and a beautifull garden
Fantastic stay at At Chiang Mai Hotel! The location in the Old Town is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The staff are truly incredible and always welcoming
This place is Highly Recommended.
Friendly staff. Foods are great.
Swimming pool is very clean.
Our flight was late, they warmly help us and accomodate us.
It is extremely noisy, and you can hear everything (walking outside, talking in other roms, doors being closed, drawers being opened and closed etc

My stay at the POR THAPE hotel was fabulous. The staff were extremely friendly, and tended to all of our needs. They always made sure we were comfortable, and happy
Pretty good, I liked it a lot. The front desk staff had a great attitude.
I stayed for three days and was very satisfied. The meals changed daily, and the hotel is very close to Thapae Gate, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area.
The hotel was excellent in service and cleanliness. The breakfast was stunning.
The breakfast had some variety, which was a nice touch, especially since we stayed for 5 days! Every morning, a lovely lady would ask if I wanted mango and would even slice fresh mango for me
We experienced this when returning on our rented scooter; we couldn't get through and had to park in an adjacent alley and walk to the hotel. Overall, everything else was very good

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience. One of the things I appreciated the most was how quiet and peaceful the rooms were
The hotel offers a comfortable and well-organized environment that makes guests feel at ease. From the clean rooms to the quiet setting and the well-trained staff, everything was handled properly and professionally
Even during busy hours, the atmosphere remained calm, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. The rooms were also very clean and well maintained, showing that great attention is given to hygiene and detail
They were always willing to help with any questions or requests and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Communication was smooth and friendly, which added a lot to the overall positive experience
Each room we stayed in had a little balcony and a fridge. Buffet breakfast is served from 8. 00am at a cost of 200 Baht (we did not partake). Parking seems a bit limited, so check in advance
Ideal location, near all restaurants and city, very quiet ,the staff are all good and helpful, the buffet style breakfast is well worth 195 bht lots to choose from, then from 11am coffee and cake are free, which is a bonus, Rooms are a desent size good fridge, Beds are hard but you get used to it,pillows good,,,house Keeping every day if needed, plus laundry 24hr,60bht a kilo RECOMENDED HOTEL

Very nice small hotel in the center of chiang mai .. super friendly and nice staff
The place was simple but quite pretty. Cleanliness was okay. Located near the city center. We enjoyed our stay. Oh also I remember they had a cute cat.
Perfect perfect location right in the city center clean and tidy
I have been staying many times in this well run boutique hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and it's a great value. A few minutes walk from Tapae Gate, very good location.
Lovely hotel
A quiet hotel that's a 10 minute walk away from lots of places to eat one way or a 15 minute walk to Old Town for the more touristy side.
The facilities were nice, the staff even nicer.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Went out of their way to fix any little problems and to foresee any need. Enjoyed stay and would highly recommend property

Great restaurant with tasty food (~100BHT per meal, including 10% service charge and free water), where you can also charge your electronics while you eat and enjoy their free WiFi
Located on the very edge of the old part of the city just within the moat. The hotel is good value for money but i found the rooms very dark and claustrophobic. The deluxe rooms do look onto a brick wall
Did not care much for the mattress being placed on a raised floor (about 7-8 inches from mattress to floor) made it hard to get it off the bed unless you slide all the way to the end of the bed
The room needs a little bit of extra care, it looked tired and the drainage from the shower was exceptionally slow and often smelt. The window blind in the shower was very dirty and stained
- large windows (especially like the window in the bathroom)
- huge bathrooms
- great for traveling as a group as they have plenty of space in the lobby and breakfast area
- onsite gym
-helpful staff
- massive breakfast with cooked to order eggs and several other buffet options
- there is a shuttle that will take you to another location with a pool, but we didn’t use this service
- we did use the laundry...
It seems to be in a newer part of the hotel

We were also greeted by really good front desk service staff when we checked in. The rooms were very clean, though 1 of the rooms had a musty smell. Breakfast variety were changed daily, and it’s tasty
A really nice hotel, location was great as well, though we missed the Wualai Saturday street, so we can’t comment on that. For the price it’s really a great value
Amazing staff. The girls are the best.
Great breakfast. Many vegetarian options
Good amenities.
Thanks.
Highly recommended if anyone wish to visit Chiangmai and stay for a week
Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in this area!
It wasn’t a place with great facilities or a well-prepared breakfast.
The swimming pool was also quite small.
However, the staff were truly hardworking and very kind.
We had a pleasant stay with our 4-year-old child.

The hotel is comfortable and relaxing, and the rooms are clean. As you enter, there's a swimming pool, and the breakfast is great. You can also enjoy free coffee in the lobby. It's very close to the night market.
You absolutely have to stay at this hotel! It's fantastic, I was very satisfied with everything. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and quiet. They've really thought of everything
The breakfast is excellent and varies daily, offering fresh and tasty options. Free glass drinking water is available in the lobby, which is convenient
We are a family of three, and we booked a family room with one double bed and one single bed. It was very comfortable.
The service is good, breakfast is nice.
Room is clean and big, facilities are just like the pic showing on the web .
The location is perfect—just a short 2-minute walk to the lively Saturday Market and near the Old City

FANTASTIC experience. The crew truly does act like a family, so friendly and helpful... From booking reservations to giving the best time to do certain activities, exceptional. The breakfast provided is also superb!
We were warmly welcomed by Henry and JP. So friendly and courteous, serving us with their big smiles at all times.
The room was clean, modern, and super cozy
Thank you Chef Max for making his ‘virgin’ All-in Western Omelette for my first morning 😋
Chef Pim surprised us with star dishes every morning, which we earnestly looked forward to🙃🙃
We had the honour to meet CEO Jeroen Schedler on our last morning at BED
There's a lounge in the lobby where you can enjoy tea 24/7 and even grab some light snacks, which is really relaxing. You can also drink as much bottled water as you like
Loved the peaceful, adults-only atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway.
Every morning was greeted by cheerfulness and smiles from every staff member
The breakfast menu shows a lot of thoughtful consideration. All the staff members are incredibly kind and friendly. While the room isn't large, the layout is so well-designed that it doesn't feel cramped at all

There's a variety of food on breakfast, and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, efficiency, and a high standard of cleanliness. Will definitely stay here again!
Parking is sufficient and convenient. Most guests are international backpackers, which creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is tasty and well-portioned — simple but satisfying
We love our five day stay at the hotel. The accommodation was amazing. Buddy at breakfast service was very polite and helpful. Joy in reception as well as all the girls Olivia were very professional
Rooms spacious, a decent sized bed. Staff at reception were really helpful and answered any questions. A large array of brochures for attractions and activities around the city
With great service, fantastic location, and friendly staff:)
My favorite part of this hotel is that there is a night food market just right outside street. You can get a smoothie with 1 usd
Check-in was seamless and incredibly fast, allowing me to settle in without any hassle. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay

Hidden gem family managed in heart of Chiang Mai. Well preserved large room with pool and garden view balcony. Quiet stay, comfortable time belongs your relax. Big sized pool and fitness gym make you happy
The beds were big and super comfortable and the blockout curtains were brilliant. The rooms were quiet, had a great sleep. The hotel has good parking and is very close to the river and a short walk to the old town
Always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Have reviewed several times already. For a quick stay in Chiangmai always stay here as very convenient for us. Lovely staff too.
We stayed here 11 nights and it was an overall very pleasant experience. The room is big, the beds comfortable and the bathroom all good with everything working. The swimming pool is large and pleasant
Great spot , nice facilities , great location very easy walk to night markets and great food/restaurants nearby .
Staff are great , rooms are clean and nice .
A historic restaurant with distinctive features: solid wood furniture paired with heavy marble floors and tabletops. The environment is very clean, and the hot water is strong, making for a comfortable shower

The receptionist, who is a professor at Chiang Mai University, told me it was already booked until March or April of next year. The room had a really retro and charming atmosphere
The bathrooms are all separate. Breakfast orders are taken in advance and delivered to your room. Check-in is at 2 PM! The hotel entrance isn't very big
Absolutely lovely and beautiful! I probably managed to book this room because someone else cancelled their reservation
The swimming pool was super clean, and I was completely charmed by the four tall palm trees right in the middle. It gave off such cool, TROPICAL ENERGY while I swam
The room was nice, and there were several breakfast set menus to choose from.
In particular, many people complained about the breakfast, but it's actually very plentiful, with a Western-style menu (there's also Thai porridge, which tastes a lot like ********* savory porridge)

, Phong Phu** Chicken Rice, Chiang Mai Madam Thai Restaurant…), all within a few to ten-odd minutes. I don't know if it's the room upstairs or next door, but every time the toilet is flushed, it's quite loud
Located abit of walking distance to center. Small room but with everything.
The front desk staff were very helpful and even let us check in early. The room was quite spacious and bright. There's a pool right outside, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it out.
• Great location, very close to restaurants and public transport. • Clean and comfortable rooms with modern design. • Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the reception
First choice of hotel in Chiang Mai (particularly when attending ITM Massage school directly opposite)
Rooms have always been comfortable, clean and secure. Decent shower, small fridge, Tv with Netflix and other services
The free daily coffee is a huge plus for serious coffee lovers, and the breakfast is perfectly acceptable – not lavish, but enough to fill you up every morning

Excellent hotel, probably the best value for money I've seen, between facilities, snacks and possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered
Great little hotel on a quiet side street without lots of traffic and noise. The hospitality from the staff was warm and friendly. The team was helpful with recommending lots of the services needed to enjoy my stay
Enjoyed our stay here. There’s a large variety of food available for breakfast and the ooftop swimming pool offered decent views of the city and mountain.
Pillows and bed are super comfy. Thumbs up to the front desk, very helpful and friendly
Not very good English by staff so difficult to communicate
