- bathroom didn't have counter space, which wasn't convenient,products had to be stored elsewhere in the room - the aircon didn't spread across the room well, just concentrated in one area, which fortunately was aimed at the bed area

Room is clean Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are helpful. I had a fall in the hotel and they were fast to response and reached out. Cats are beautiful and can see that the Staffs care for them alot.

A well-located hostel right in the heart of the city. It’s exceptionally clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. A thoughtful touch is the availability of water, tea, coffee, and fruits throughout the day

At a very convenient location with friendly staff. Quiet surroundings. Breakfast is good with varieties. If you want to stay close to old city of Chiang Mai then this hotel is highly recommended.

Bike rentals are also conveniently available at the entrance. The room felt slightly claustrophobic despite booking the pool access option—better lighting might help improve the atmosphere

Might be quite dark when going back during night time, but here is very very very safe (yes very safe) and it is surrounded by the local neighbourhood, so it is quiet during the night

Really love it**! This is the third time to stay here Super convenient nearby~ The service is also great! The only drawback is that the breakfast is not good enough However, we all like to go to the nearby traditional market to find food⋯ It's within walking distance, very convenient

It featured a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, a cozy living room, and a large balcony that gave us plenty of space to relax

Hotel is located steps away from the night markets and there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The 7- eleven downstairs is also really convenient, will definitely stay here again if in the area

With that said, the guy at the counter was helpful. Beds were firm, good after a long day of travel but not for long sleep. While the housekeeping was great, there was a nasty smell in the bathroom

There are laundry facilities (self or serviced) at walking distance. I think it's near a school, so you wake up with the school. It lacks an elevator, so heavy luggage is a hassle

Twin Hotel is tucked away in an alley, making it very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. If you turn right from the hotel, you're close to Tha Phae Gate, and a left turn leads to Chinatown

Our room was clean and nice, especially the balcony. However, the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. The street is closed for a walking street on every Sunday evening

The only access to the hotel is by walking from a canal road into an alley where a hotel is located

The Vieng Mantra is in a great location just by one of the gates in the old town. It’s in easy reach of restaurants, bars and local shops. The renowned Sunday night walking market is just at the end of the road

The restaurant is listed as opening at 7am, but I think it actually opens after 8am. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby, so there is no need to eat at the hotel. I ate at the hotel restaurant once

The bed was comfortable the room was clean and the bathroom was nice. What was disappointing was the breakfast. There was a choice of three set American breakfasts but they didn’t start serving until 7

Nicely decorated and furnished. All you need for an enjoyable stay. Only a short ride to Markets and shopping centres. Staff are amazing,and Noi the lady at reception is wonderful and very obliging

The beds are AMAZING!!! The bed sheets are wonderful! The American breakfast is super yummy and the other two options are great too! The mini coffee mart is super easy to use and the bathrobes are a nice touch! The balcony and morning views and animal sounds are very pleasant

Just left the Sugar Cane after a 5 day stay. We had a great stay, perfect location 15 mins walk into the Tha Phea Gate/Night Market. The rooms are large and airy, super clean

Most of the things to do are on the opposite side of the old town but it is nice to have quiet while still being a 5-10 minute walk from food and less than 1 minute from a gorgeous and one of the bigger and nicer temples

AC is very strong once you give it 5-10 minutes after getting back into your room. Breakfast is limited but still good, but it is worth wondering 5 minutes away for a nice coffee

A very simple and quiet homestay, with Japanese tatami in the room, clean and comfortable, spacious and bright. If you are prone to mosquitoes, you can buy some mosquito repellent at the 7-11 next door and spray it first

Despite being close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The garden area and the lovely outdoor swimming pool offer a tranquil place to relax and cool off, which was a real bonus after a hot afternoon

Room lighting was too dark at night. Curtains were not black out so room was bringt in the morning. Bed was excellent. Pillows and comforter were perfect.

this hotel has warm kind respectful employees. they helped us connecting with a motor bike rental. they have a pleasant breakfast service in their own eating area

This hotel is very affordable and offers great value for money. The location is convenient, right near Thapae Gate. However, you do have to walk about 200 meters down a small alley to get there

The mattress was incredibly firm--if you prefer soft mattresses, don't stay here. The room was also not ver soundproof: I was woken up by loud guests in the hallway.

The rooms are quite spacious and fully equipped. The only downside is that there's no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage

Though you can still take a shower inside the bathtub, given there’s nothing separating the bath area and the rest of the bathroom, you are almost doomed to make a big mess whenever you shower
