We stayed on the lower level in 101 and loved almost every minute of it. "Almost" part is mere a suggestion (we didn't bother to ask, but may be there's an option for): 50x70 European pillows
A warm and cozy boutique hotel. Nothing can ask more from staffs since they are so lovely, friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed at the beginning. The jacuzzi in room was one of the best things
All the staff were incredibly helpful. We needed an open pharmacy at night, and the receptionist found one for us. They arranged excellent tours for us. The room was exactly as pictured, and even better in person
I came here once last year and I stayed here again this year. It's opened by a local Thai. The housekeeper from last year is still here this year. There is no change after a year. It's comfortable, warm and very good.
Tucked away few meters from the "square road" of the Old City's north side, thus things are quiet here, well may be except for the choir of birds and frogs in the evening and night
Those loooong pillows on the king-size bed might be uncomfy for someone. Water in the room, coffee in the lobby, attentive and kind staff (Thank you, Kitty, for warm welcome!)

The environment here is great, with a self-service counter offering tableware, hot water, tea, and coffee. It's very quiet around, even staying on the second floor, you won't be disturbed
The location is superb, right next to Chiang Mai Gate Night Market and the Saturday Night Market, offering a plethora of delicious and affordable food options
Nice place right inside the old town and very close to the market, easy to access any kind of service and food and the location is quite
The location is also excellent, very close to the Saturday night market! If I visit again, I would still choose to stay here!
A little hotel near chiang mai gate and street food located in attractive places
The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and the service is great

Simple, clean and convenient in the central area of Ningman Road
The elevator opens and closes and it's almost exciting. To get out of the elevator, you have to walk down the stairs. Because the elevator is right next to the stairs. As for the walkway, it's very scary
Convenient parking, good location, good receptionist, good housekeeping, TV, refrigerator are available. The bed looks like it has dust. Old style bathroom water system The shower is old
This cute little hotel was located in a great part of Chiang Mai, the room was comfortable but the best part was the staff! Probably the best hotel staff I have had in any of my travels
It's a residence type, and I'm confused as to whether this is the right building until I get to the lobby. It's a bit hard to get to the room, but it's very comfortable
The lighting is a little dark, but it's not bad if you open the curtains during the day and turn on everything at night. The surrounding infrastructure is also great. I had a very good rest for 3 nights haha

There are many tour and guide options available nearby, which made planning activities very easy. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was clean and well maintained
Its location is incredibly convenient, within easy walking distance of Tha Phae Gate and the Sunday Night Market. We also made use of a laundry shop located just outside on the main street
Very nice hotel in good quiet location. I was there the second time and will definitely come back again.
Perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town — close to everything, yet tucked away from the road noise. The hotel feels peaceful despite being so central
Excellent location in old town. In a side alley so it is quiet but big vehicle or van can't come in. Large room but no writing table, can't do work on laptop
A very nice hotel in a great location, excellent breakfasts, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, there was a strong musty smell in the room.

Artel Nimman
The hotel's location is right in the city center, making it convenient for travel and easy to check in. There's also ample parking for guests.
Beautiful, well thought out place that makes me happy. Best shower we had in Thailand - the water pressure was strong and the temperature was hot. We stayed in the “Terrace” room on the bottom floor.
The Artel Nimman is a lovely boutique hotel in a brilliant location close to restaurants cafes and shopping
The rooms are clean, the linen crisp, the wifi works well and the staff are courteous and friendly
I’m happy to recommend this little hotel 🙂
The hotel is located on Nimman Soi 13, within walking distance of Tong Tem To restaurant. It's also close to many other restaurants and cafes, making for a comfortable walk
The girl at front desk is very helpful, had a minor issue with hot water,. They came immediately to fix and offered another room

The design of the hotel is very stylish and minimalistic, I liked the concept and the colors, and once again the attention to the details! The colors are comforting and earthy (?), the environment is pleasant to return to after a long day of travelling and exploring Chiang Mai
Had one the best sleep there as well!
But yeah, for the most part, I just want to thank people who work there, you all are amazing!
An affordable hotel with excellent quality. The front desk staff provides great service, and there's a 24-hour security guard, which makes you feel very safe. The cleaning is also very hygienic
The breakfast was really impressive. I like the specific guest’s name at the desk. The food tastes really good!! I also want to revisit only for eating here again
Probably my favourite hotel so far:)
As a female solo-traveller, I felt so safe there
People who work in this hotel are the sweetest everrr! Their attention to details and sincerity in service were felt and deeply appreciated by me

However, the air in the front desk area wasn't very good; I'd suggest more ventilation. Also, the room door was higher than the hallway, and the bathroom door was lower than the room floor, which was a bit disorienting
The hotel is in a good location, Tha Phae gate is near, it’s easy to walk to the night markets. Easy to walk to nearby temples. Overall good location and satisfied with the service
The front desk service was excellent. They clearly explained the hotel facilities during check-in, and we could even store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient
Virkelig servicemindet personale og dejlig rent hotel med en virkelig skøn indretning. Fantastisk placering hvis man gerne vil gå rundt i den gamle by🤩
Amazing value for the price, very modern and comfortable room. There is also a very Instagramable space themed cafe in the first floor of the hotel.
I had a great night's sleep, so that's a plus. The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions in the Old Town, which is fantastic

Relaxing setting in the bustle of old town Chiang Mai. This hotel offers a secluded feel in the centre of the the city. Super comfy rooms and the nicest staff, so helpful and really friendly
Super friendly, beautiful staff, always willing to help. Room ready when I arrived before check in! Clean big rooms. Great, tasty breakfast. Plenty of room to relax in the court yard.. Close to everything you need.
What sets this guest house apart is the lovely staff and the fun and comfortable common spaces (see pics). Breakfast is ample with both Thai and Western choices and a different Thai “snack” served each day
As much free water as you want, in both glass bottles (better for environment) and plastic. Also self-serve instant coffee always available
Staff very friendly. Property was not the modern accommodations. This is more traditional Thai style which was a welcome change.
Could not recommend staying here more

Right by the road, close to 7-Eleven, very convenient for getting around.
If you turn left, you’ll find a great coffee shop in Soi Chang Moi, and there are plenty of massage places nearby. The room is very clean and spacious, with strong Wi-Fi. It has all the essentials you might need
The family room, in particular, comes with two large twin beds, each 6 feet wide. If you’re traveling with friends, you’ll sleep very comfortably. This might be the biggest bed size available in the area!
I fell in love with the tub and private balcony as well. The bed was very comfortable!!! It’s very centric, close to everything! They are like family to me and I cannot wait to be back
I had the best stay at Nidhra Lanna Hotel. The highlight of my trip were the staff, they were very heartwarming, attentive and polite. I made an amigo at the front desk, who learned a little Spanish for me
Excellent location, great environment and hygiene, and super friendly service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful with check-in

I had a pleasant stay at Basic Line Hotel. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, close to the night bazaar and many restaurants. The staff were nice and helpful
It's right in the heart of the bars, restaurants so ideal for backpackers and people on low budgets or, like me, can't see the value in paying heaps for a room that I am rarely in
In 5 minutes from Tha Phae Gate or Night Bazaar. They provide scooter rent service. Everything looks a bit "tired" but price is very reasonable and affordable.
Great pricing, clean and well managed and friendly atmosphere. Mattress is also good with no aches the next day
Was a nice place close to the main area. Bed was soft and the room was clean
Simple hostel in a backstreet off the main pub street. Our room didn‘t have any windows, which we dearly appreciated after sleeping in a room with no curtains. Very much worth it for the money.

Great value for the price! The room was very spacious (with a laundry rack on the outside balcony for drying clothes), the location central, and the service great
Great value, very convenient location, walking distance to markets, river, restaurants, old city and it was very quiet.
Loved the authentic Thai decor and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Beautiful and clean, nice and friendly hospitality, unique style.
A very clean room. The location is nice. There are many shops around. Nice coffee shop at the corner.
Great place with good size rooms Good value
Lovely little hotel just round the corner from the end of the night bazaar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The tea and coffee is downstairs by reception so a little inconvenient but it didn’t bother us

Basic hotel with a small but nice pool
Small hotel and very quiet. Walking distance to lots of places - food, art etc. Basic room but very clean and comfy bed and bathroom
A little noisy with other guests (mostly families with young children) but that didn’t bother me. Communal kitchen with a fridge. Free tea, coffee and toast available
My family and I stayed here.
The room was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly.
I'd love to stay here again when I travel to Chiang Mai!
Thank you!
Small pool - clean but no beds so not a place for anyone who wants to sun bathe but nice seating area next to the reception
It does the job, is clean, comfortable and decent location. Pros: -comfortable beds and good sized rooms -close to shops, walking market -good WiFi -all rooms have netflix with a hotel log in
Very nice room and comfortable beds. Great perk to have an en suite bathroom in a hostel dorm and to have kitchen facilities!

The staff were accommodating and friendly, the rooms were comfortable with great a/c, and the breakfast was amazing - eggs, muesli, fruit, french-press coffee, juice and more. Really one of the nicest places we’ve stayed
After the chaos of Bangkok, this was what we needed - a quiet B&B in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of almost everything. This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it try to be
Wonderful place to stay
Wonderful place to stay in the Old City. The owners and employees who run this hotel are kind, efficient and go above and beyond to serve their guests
We had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
Our family of four - with two teenagers - had a fantastic stay
It is a quaint old home that has been transformed into a beautiful spot to rest and sleep. Our favorite spot was the balcony - we would simply look at the flowers and watch the birds

I will definitely stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai next time, and I will recommend it to my friends if they have a chance to visit Chiang Mai
Clean, super friendly staff. The beds could be a bit softer, but not terrible. The location is perfect for the old city.
They are very kind and do what you want. The shops are full of interesting products and the restaurants are very good
11/10. It is simply IMPECCABLE. The staff, the location, the boutique, the food. AMAZING!!!
In general the room is clean and the staff polite.

My sister is staying here for a week. Lovely hotel in the middle of shopping heaven
The view of the New Year's fireworks was beautiful, and the hotel was clean.
Honestly, I would stay at this hotel for multiple nights no matter how far my destination is, but unless they exterminate the cockroaches and clean every corner thoroughly, I can't go there very often
This hotel is located near the bazaar.
There's some noise from the surrounding area, but
the lobby is spacious and offers good value.
There's also a pool, and the breakfast is decent.
I was so disappointed that I honestly decided not to stay for two consecutive days, instead choosing a different hotel. The other hotel I always use is about the same price and very clean
The outside isn't great looking but the inside is wonderful with excellent rooms and great food

Excellent hotel. Awesome staff. Very polite, friendly, service-orientatet, helpful. A huge range a Breakfast, you can choose what you like, was great and inkluded. Perfect location in the city center.
The room is spacious and clean. It's close to tourist attractions. There's an Amazon underground mall right under the hotel, which is very convenient. There's parking available, which is very convenient
The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are outdated, the toilet flush sometimes jams. The air conditioning works well and there is a refrigerator in the room. The staff is friendly
It's right on the road at Tha Pae. There's parking for several cars. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but it's considered the best location in that area if you want to park your car
The hotel is very good, clean, spacious room, complete with amenities, lovely and attentive staff, good location, near Tha Phae Gate.
If I have the chance, I will go back and stay there again.

What a charming place for a wonderful stay! It is clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for our trip, central in the "old town" area. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities
Great location, clean and cute hotel and friendly staff altough english speaking is somewhat limited. I would recommend to stay here especially if you like to stay in the city center and are happy to find own way a bit
Just checked out of this hotel and I can say I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. Cozy, PERFECT location, shopping and dining options exceptional. We went for daily massages right across the street at For you Thai massage
It was sometimes difficult to ask for things because the front desk staff did not speak English or Thai, so we didn’t know what language to translate into. But they were so friendly and wanted to help
located right in the heart of the old town, can go all directions to reach temples, massage parlors, 7-11, night bazar, Sunday Night Market, money exchange and if course, many restaurants n shops
We ate ice cream here and it was delicious! The owners, a nice older couple, were very kind and cute and we had a little chat while eating the salted caramel ice cream.

The room was very good, clean, peaceful, and the bathroom was the best. The bedroom view can see Doi Suthep in the distance. The owner is very kind, takes care of him, and gives great personal attention to the customers
Nice double room, very spacious in size. Even had a balcony with a nice seating area. Fridge, kettle, coffee and hair dryer in the room. Location was good, just off a busy road and close to a 7/11
the only negative is that we really wanted to stay here for a month, but the price is too high - 21,000 per room for a month, I don’t really understand why this is so, usually hotels give a discount for long-term stays
Parking was limited for the scooters and wherever we parked ours it seemed to be moved - unsure by who. The lift is slow but okay, only able to use between 0800-2200. Would recommend for a few days stay :)
the best hotel in the city, excellent views of the mountains, low prices for accommodation. There is a full kitchen downstairs for cooking
Short word but full of heart is “very good place for overnight rest” will come back absolutely

Our host was so kind and gave us many great recommendations for the area and a small city map. (Only minor issues were some dirty tiles in the shower and mosquitoes in the sitting area downstairs due to the water feature
Nestled in a quiet yet central area of the city, this place offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and charm. The space was impeccably clean, with tasteful décor that created a cozy, welcoming atmosphere
Yes! Imagine walking in after a day out and Zen & Tar 'ambushed' my wife with a birthday song, good wishes and a specially ordered cake! We of course could never finish the cake on our own, so we had an impromptu party with other guests and staff :)
Looking forward to my next Chiang Mai trip and catching up with folks of Hotel Loy
We were able to walk so many places which was ideal because we did not rent a car or scooter. The apartment is tucked off of the main road, so it feels very safe and is VERY quiet. Efficient AC, good water pressure
Overall, Chez Pom is a gem in Chiang Mai. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone visiting the area
Pom was an outstanding host—friendly, communicative, and always ready to assist. Whether it was giving local recommendations or ensuring my stay was seamless, Pom went above and beyond to make me feel at home

Breakfast was also great and filling - they serve amazing coffee and they can bring the breakfast to your room! The outdoor pool was more like a dipping pool but it’s perfect for the secluded vibe of the place
The hotel is clean and cute, the staffs is helpful too, everyone specks good English! The room is big and I like the design so much ! It’s near to all the shopping places ! I will stay again definitely
A lovely little place in Nimman. Beautiful design and well maintained and cleaned. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast can be done in the dining area at reception or in room. Pool is extremely cold but photogenic
This hotel in the heart of Nimman is incredibly chill, with a natural vibe. It's easy to get to and very convenient. Most importantly, it's quiet and not chaotic
Great value for money in an excellent location, especially considering it was during a festival and the price was still affordable. I really like it here.
The hotel's location is excellent, right on Nimman Road, making it very convenient for getting around. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
