There is a water dispenser, some snacks, coffee, tea and a microwave oven on the first floor. There is a 7-11 within walking distance from it, and plenty of shops offering tour packages around chiang mai nearby

The hotel is located inside Old City, where famous temples and popular cafes are within walking distance. Right in front of the hotel is a tourist information center where I booked a day tour to White and Blue temple

The lady who seems like the owner is friendly, and would greet us every morning! Just to note the guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the flight of stairs

I stay in the hotel for 5 nights. I try to find something bad but cant. The staff very friendly and helpful. They found me some marvelous trips to do, making this stay fantastic

Nestled near the main perimeter of the Old City, this guesthouse is clean and quiet. They provide a small breakfast spread every morning and even laundry services for a fee

From the balcony it was the main street but not noisy. Water was free in the hall, caffe the same together with some delicious cookies. I would love to come back again

The room is right next to the road, so you might hear cars passing by constantly. Not recommended for those who prefer peace and quiet. Also, the air conditioning wasn't very cold, even after adjusting it

The location is absolutely fantastic! There are self-service showers downstairs, and a coffee shop downstairs with amazing breakfast – I ate there two days in a row! The price is incredibly reasonable, perfect for young independent travelers

It was especially hot during the day, though it got a bit better at night. Another thing is that there was no one at the reception when I wanted to check in and check out; I had to wait and call for staff repeatedly

The location is excellent, near Tha Pae Gate. There's a bubble tea shop and a 7-Eleven downstairs. It's connected to a cafe on the second floor. The rooms are cozy and the price is quite reasonable.

The room was clean and the decor was lovely! The hotel's location is excellent, close to Tha Phae Gate and Warorot Market. If you're looking for a workout, you can walk to Chang Phueak Gate

Seriously other places you stay, they may ask if you want AC or no AC. And why shouldn't it be? You try sleeping without AC in Chiangmi, during the month of May ? you'll die

Check-in was super convenient. The owner just left a note on the door with my name and room number, so I could let myself in. The place was clean, tidy, and quiet. Even though the hotel isn't big, it feels really cozy.

I accidentally left my phone charger behind after checking out, and the host went above and beyond to help me. I arranged a Grab pickup, and he very kindly made sure the delivery went smoothly

This hotel is incredibly clean, with excellent service. It has a small pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The shower has separate wet and dry areas, and the water temperature is consistent

The bed on the first floor is incredibly large, sleeping three comfortably and comfortably. It's perfect for bringing children, and there are plenty of pillows and cushions

Cons: Because the loft is made of wood, it can be a bit noisy, with pigeons occasionally knocking on the windows. Located in an alley, it's not particularly convenient

The loft also has air conditioning and a hairdryer. I especially loved the large concrete countertop, which offers plenty of storage and outlets

The main bed on the first floor has four pillows and two small cushions, while the upstairs bed has two pillows and two small cushions

A 7-Eleven is about five minutes away, but taxis are easily accessible. It's not far from JJ Market, and there's a popular Big Big buffet nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely go back

Very comfortable! Mini fridge offers water, juice and the best - Chang beer! The patio below is so nice for a cup of coffee in the morning and the restaurant, Daddy's, is absolutely amazing! A bit outside of the Old City, but we could just hang out in this alley all day!

We stayed here for 5 days and couldn't believe our luck at the cost of the room. The hotel is just where you need to be in Nimman, close to all the bars and restaurants, but not disturbed by the noise
