I've stayed at this hotel both times I've been to Chiang Mai. The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and I really enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast.

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions.

Stay here for 8 nights. The hotel's decor is the type I like, neat and clean. They have good pest control and I found no insects or mosquitoes in the room.

I like the ambience and decoration of the hotel, it was not that big but everything was provided. The room is very nice, old fashioned yet modern look. Overall a very good place for an affordable price for the stay

This is a comfortable hotel with a strong getaway vibe. The staff provide attentive service, making it very relaxing and refreshing. It’s a hotel definitely worth returning to.

I love pancakes and oats, it was quite yummy. If you a are looking for wholesome, large breakfast, you might not be satisfied. But all in all, I think it is good and quite a light and sufficient meal to start the day

The miniscule side tables are not. The lowered bed is still comfortable but the thin table was not. Does not have any place to hang anything in the room even the small closet is outside the room

So if you are light sensitive when sleeping and somebody needs to use the washroom in the middle of the night, be warned your room will glow up every single time. Somebody goes to the washroom

Each room have a 40inch Samsung TV There 2 robes and a safe as well as 2 pair of slippers note we booked the 2-Bedroom for four occupants. The washroom is well appointed and nicely layed out

The whole hotel unit seem to have something against hanging hooks. The washroom is located nicely in between the two rooms. BUT we discovered that the washrooms are literally paper thin

It is not the most comfortable stay for four days but manageable. The hotel property in itself is beautiful and functional. The morning 🌄 breakfast is okay and the attendants are great

It was quiet when we visited because it was in March (COVID was making a huge impact on tourism) so I’m not sure how much that affected our experience per a “normal” experience at this hotel but I’d like to believe this is standard service and cleanliness for them

Disposable toiletries need to be requested from the front desk. Breakfast: Quite a good variety. Location: In the northeast corner of the ancient city, about a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport

I booked three rooms here, and the location and environment were all great. One of the rooms was a bit better, while the other two were smaller. The staff were all very friendly. Overall, I'd still recommend it

If you need a drink, just opposite the hotel there's a pub restaurant with live band. As for location, is a bit far from the old town or any night bazaar or night market

Friendly staff, clean and comfort room. Food easily available around hotel, there's even a night street with many stalls further down the road about 10min walk

I really did love this Hotel. It was the cleanest and most comfortable stay we had in Chiang Mai. The service was exceptional. Only con is the walls are paper-thin. This is however, what I would call a 5 star hotel.

Right near Chiang Mai gate, the hotel is central to everything. The staff are the friendliest and most responsive of any hotel I’ve stayed at yet on my travels

The hotel has a great location. There are massage parlors nearby, including men's massage parlors. However, all of them close at midnight. Regarding hotel facilities, the air conditioning wasn't very cold.

The bed was decent enough for a few nights' sleep. We had the breakfast, and it was a standard offering—coffee, toast, some eggs. It got us fueled up without any fuss. The staff were polite and efficient

Looking for a good hotel in Chiang Mai? Look into De Lanna Hotel, right in the center of the old city. We recently stayed there on two different occasions and loved it. Very good rooms and nice pool

It's quite central to some Temples, night markets, restaurants, massage parlors, bike rentals and everything else is accessible through GRAB App or local taxi. I would indeed stay here again

Just a generally great all round hotel, in a very central location.

Well equipped rooms with large televisions, large bathroom, shower and tub, toilet equipped with Bidet which I Love, wardrobe for clothes and it looks to be that that each room has a terrace and the lower levels have mini ponds going along all the rooms with Frogs and fish

So me, like a fool, suspecting that it was a Vegetable, I told the chef put everything in the Omelet. All their OTHER FOOD items at the hot table were LABELED by the way, which is why i assumed this was a Vegetable

We enjoyed our stay ! Bed was comfortable, room was big, nice balcony Big bathroom but it had a confusing shower wand and shower head. Room did have a step up in the room to a raised floor About 8 inches

Very cosy little hotel hidden in the centre of the city. Very nice ambience and decorated hotel. Staff are friendly.

Visited during Christmas season, so the exterior was really charming! ✨✨ The room was also lovely; the bath towels were arranged cutely, and they even provided cookies.

Parking was a bit limited, but overall it was good. There were nice spots for photos, and my girlfriend liked it.

Rooms: pretty small but decent enough. We’d booked a junior suite and the one we got given was much smaller than we’d booked online. They moved us the next day once one became available, which was definitely better

Service: staff are sweet and accommodating. English spoken is very little, but I’m in Thailand and I’m an ignorant monolingual Brit. Can’t score them down for that

My room was on the 7th floor The first thing I noticed was a lot of stains on the carpet in the corridor and damaged on the walls probably due to trolleys. The room was in very poor condition really

The entire second floor of the mall is dedicated to restaurants, and there's also a massage place where you can get an hour-long massage for just 45 RMB – it's incredibly refreshing! I highly recommend this hotel!

The old air con had an on/off switch near the door so I needed to get up and turn it off when cold , the temperature gauge didn't work just cold and off. So I had to get up again if I was too hot

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It's right next to a night market with lots of great food options.

The CH hotel is immaculately clean, and it's like stepping into a grand hotel of the 1950s. At the time I was there, which was election day of 2020, I paid about $20 per night

The service was quite good; they helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. The environment and hygiene were also fine.

You get what you pay for! The price matches the value. The only thing is the bed was a bit small, very typical for Thailand...

The problem was I'm not sure if it was the orientation, but it was very hot. Even with the AC on, I didn't sleep well all night. As for the facilities, the mattress didn't feel very comfortable

There's a really nice restaurant right in the hotel, and it must have 50 or 100 tables, and it totally looks like something out of the 1950s. The only thing missing are the ashtrays

There are 3 awesome people who typically run the front counter. The gentleman, Nung, and the two very warm and helpful women, Bam (Bombam) and Amon. There were also Tung and Soe who were equally warm and inviting

Location is decent, but it's in a mostly a Thai local area, so you need to walk toward the city center for more tourist friendly restaurants

great bathroom (not a wet room) lovely shower. lovely pool and a big, secure car park for our bike. about a 15 min walk to the square but everything nearby

When the airlines messed up my luggage, she went out of her way to help me with that whole issue, which took a few weeks to resolve; and she never once gave up on helping me. The Prince is located in really good area

It's not far from several temples, the night markets, and it's about 7-10 minutes from the airport. The rooms were comfortable, maintained and clean. The pools (two of them) were clean and well maintained also

It's not far from Tha Phae Gate, quite a few good restaurants and pubs/bars, as well as some really good places to shoot pool. There is a full service laundry right across the street from the hotel

The breakfast is very poor and monotonous. Only toast, one type of salami, juice, fruit, one way of preparing eggs, which are served in a cold dish. During the last visit they at least arranged sun loungers by the pool.

The room was spacious and bright, but it lacked basic amenities for guests. Perhaps it hadn't been occupied for a while, as there was dust on the table and chairs, and the air conditioning remote was unreliable

Great location, room was clean and staff friendly. On down fall is the breakfast. The standard cold fried eggs, hotdog sausage and precessed ham in water Other wise a pleasant stay

The place could use a make over. I found the lighting in the room wasn’t bright enough. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. For the price I think it’s worth it for a couple of nights

However, the staff provided great service and are very friendly. When notified about the bed spring issue, they got someone to fix it straight away. Amenities really needs to be updated as they are quite old

There are around 10 light switches in the room! Why do you need so many lights! No one can tell which switch does what and all you can hear from the adjoining rooms is light switches going on and off! The doors slam so loudly that you will get disturbed unless you are a heavy sleeper! The corridor hallways are so squeaky to walk on

You’ll hear someone coming long before they are anywhere near your room. It’s just so ridiculous how the walkway in a hotel can be so noisy! It’s a visually nice place but I didn’t get much sleep during my 3 nights

Finding it very difficult to give this very nice looking hotel more than a 3 star. It’s just so noisy!!! The balcony doors are so noisy it sounds like tables are being dragged across the rooms

It’s not the guests fault, it’s just a poorly designed hotel. On a positive note, very attentive and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again though

The hotel i ms located in a great place near not only the main landmarks but also Nimman neighborhood, which is amazing, at a walking distance. A small but comfortable pool and a good gym

Local staff are sincere and empathetic which is Thai people’s excellent quality. A perfect hideaway for a relaxing break while experiencing the culture of Chiang Mai

It’s super nice boutique hotel. You can get true quality time for resting and relaxing. One thing to complain is that their service people has limited English capability

Loved the hotel! Tucked away in a tiny street surrounded by trees and away from the busy road but not too far to walk to the trendy Nimman area. The hotel is beautifully decorated and full of character in every corner

This is such a great boutique hotel to stay in Nimman area. It’s located in quiet area, far from the main road but near enough to maya mall and one nimman. The room is spacious with balcony

The room was clean and well equipped. Soundproofing could be improved, but overall there was nothing to complain about. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

loved the buffet breakfast I opted for, was great, alot of variety. and although I had a room on the road side with the window closed I had no trouble sleeping

We arrived quite late in Chiang Mai on our first day, so we booked this hotel. It turned out to be clean and comfortable, which really helped us settle in for a few days

Housekeeping was excellent: our room was cleaned daily, we received fresh towels, and new shampoo, shower gel, and water every day

It's located right next to the old city, with a 7-Eleven nearby, making everything convenient. I went out in the middle of the night to buy a SIM card, and the staff kindly helped me by telling me where the 7-Eleven was

The concierge lady is very helpful, she helped me arrange a private car day trip with some unconventional logistics. Not only she delivered, she got me the best price in town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Bodhi Serene was situated in the Old City and suitable for the areas I wanted to discover. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having a 7/11 store across the road was convenient. There are no lifts in this hotel

The place is beautiful. Peaceful, clean, very Chiang Mai style. The room was beautiful but not pretentious, clean and functional. The pool was great after a day of walking around. Location amazing.

The hotel entrance is a bit unassuming, but once you enter the property, it takes you into a nature oasis. We often encounter the frogs croaking by the pond after sunset

Tranquil hotel in old town. Very nice gardens and roof top pool (a little cold for us in December). Polite and helpful staff and good rooms.

Lots of local food choices down the road and friendly staffs. To make your stay better, some preparation which many would think not necessary is bring own extension cord if you have lots of electronics to charge

This is my second time staying here. For the price, is a bargain but do bear in mind rooms are dated and can be quite dim at night as lights are somewhat not bright. Location itself and staffs are excellent

Consideration: own LED foldable desk light. If you are cyclist, do consider as here is a good starting point to the many awesome routes in Chiang Mai

We have a great staying at the hotel. The hotel was just opposite the Tha Phae ae Gate. Easily access to other places by tuk tuk / song tee / Grab. Breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly

This hotel is super easy to find, right near Tha Phae Gate in the Old City. The common areas are really relaxing and inviting, and the rooms have all the essentials like AC, a shower, and a fridge

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and were always welcoming and helpful

In a 11 day stay there was no attempt to change bedding or clean room  The air-conditioning worked but looked like it had not been cleaned or serviced in a long time with some staining on wall from leaks

Not all the lights worked with only one switch by the door to operate them ment a stumble in the dark to get to the bed. On several occasions cockroaches were in the bathroom

Have stayed in far better hotels in Chiang Mai for price they were charging so would probably give this a miss next time even though it's in a good quite location
