Pool is a decent size and drinks can be purchased poolside. There are two breakfast areas in the hotel and I would recommend trying one of there fresh juices in the main lobby. Hope to see the staff again soon

The location is a big plus — it’s close to major attractions, shopping areas, the beach, and plenty of entertainment spots, making it very easy to get around Pattaya

Its perfect because the beach is right down the road and there are alot of diffrent markets / stores near the resort

Graceland resort and spa was amazing experience for my family. The staff are always friendly to us. The rooms are an excellent size. They always have activities for us and the kids to do. Theres always something fun to do

Deluxe room was with basic amenities with garden facing and family pool access was great with a separate sit out area, Luxury room and bath room with direct access to pool from balcony

Excellent location, sea water quality good, pool good, plenty of parking, sunbeds insufficient for number of tourists and the sauna/steam room does not work. The hotel itself is adequate and functional

Based on Google, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel with a rating of 4. I would be more inclined to say it's a 3. The lobby and views to the beach and pool were GORGEOUS

The pool and private beach access were really amazing and made up for some of the other areas that were lacking but I still wouldn't rate it higher than a 4 star

Fishermen's Harbor Resort is located in Patong,Phuket. First time I arrived, I thought that it's a condominium. The hotel has 4 or 5 buildings which are circle around 2 swimming pools

It's about a 15-minute walk to 7-Eleven. There aren't many dining options nearby, so it's not as convenient as other beaches. However, the hotel's price wasn't excessively high. There weren't many Chinese guests

The hygiene was excellent, and the room smelled lovely. This hotel is located in the southern part of Phuket, near Nai Harn Beach, which is a bit out of the way, but the upside is that it's not noisy

This hotel/resort is located near Kata Center (a 10-minute walk), very close to both Kata Beach and Karon Beach, but on a small hill that isolates it from the hustle and bustle of local traffic

Initially, the uphill walk back after the beach seemed like a drawback, but after a few days, we appreciated that it was cool in the evenings without needing air conditioning, and being a bit "surrounded by plants" made the setting pleasant

It's about a 15-minute walk to the street with cafes, but the uphill walk back to the hotel isn't comfortable. Taxis won't take you for 100 baht; you have to offer 200 baht for them to agree

Check-in was also an issue; they were slow. We arrived at 12 PM but only got into our room at 2:30 PM. And the room wasn't cheap; we paid 13,000 rubles per night. We stayed during peak season, January 2026

The breakfast in the morning had good food, even if it wasn't particularly international (for us Europeans, especially Italians, high-level food and wine is something else, but I must say that, staying within Southeast Asia, it was fine)

An older hotel with an excellent location, close to both Kata and Karon. However, the linens were subpar, and the water quality was terrible. I'd recommend bringing your own filter shower head.

Plus, they have a shuttle every hour to Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21. The breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely come back next time!

Spacious and large grand hotel in an excellent location in north Pattaya. Plenty of parking and plenty of shops and restaurants outside the hotel. Just a 5min walk to terminal 21 Pattaya

It's a bit far from Pattaya Beach, about a 20-minute walk, but overall I was satisfied!

However, my neighbors, a group of Koreans, were drinking and chatting loudly until 2 AM, which really messed with my sleep. It took several calls to the front desk before things finally quieted down

Patong Beach is also roughly 10 minutes away. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate

The infinity pool offers a great view of the iconic Pattaya City landmark. Downstairs, there's direct access to Central Festival shopping mall, which even has a Starbucks

The sea view is unbeatable, though – that's why I always stay here! The breakfast is consistently rich and generally caters more to Western tastes, so some Chinese guests might find the options a bit limited

I chose this Pullman near the airport over the Pullman at Karon Beach because I had a 9:30 AM flight the next day. I was so impressed by the lobby and the stunning infinity pool with a view

Backup generators are not built to power the rooms but only the lobby lights and music and this should not be the case for a 5 star hotel as we had friends at trisara who were affected as well but generators worked well for them

Rooms are situated quite a distance from the lobby requiring buggy service but due to the slowness of service you would find most of the hotel guests just walking up slope to their rooms

Overall, a bitter taste to be remembered for this Pullman hotel and would not recommend for families and couples looking for a relaxing stay

Breakfast selection was quite good but this property is clearly lacking in staff support as à la carte orders take forever to arrive

The coastline is absolutely beautiful, and the sunsets here are simply stunning – easily one of the most memorable parts of the whole experience
