Lounging on a deckchair, sipping a cold drink and feeling the sea breeze was incredibly comfortable. Our room had an amazing view, though sadly we didn't get a complimentary upgrade

Phang Nga Bay was about 5 degrees cooler than the main island, so even under the blazing sun, spending half a day in the connecting pool wasn't hot at all

Extremely satisfied with our Chinese New Year family trip! Our whole family loves relaxing at hotels, so the slightly remote location was definitely worth it for the low crowds, especially compared to the usual throng on Phuket island itself

There were very few Chinese tourists, mostly Europeans, Russians, and some Indians who were all quite well-behaved, unlike the noisy ones you sometimes encounter in places like Singapore

The main pool and beach area was very nice. Gym had everything you needed

The hotel is great and well designed and maintained There is a renovation going on in some areas which might be a bit uncomfortable but they are doing their best to accomodate guests through it There is no early check in

I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service

Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze

you will get in your room by 3:00 if it is busy. I asked for late checkout several times which was also hard to get due to occupancy. Restaurant staff, security guys at the entrance will go beyond the limit to help you

During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze

We were given a complimentary room upgrade ( to a pool suite) that exceeded our expectations. The hotel overall is beautiful

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine

Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht

the hotel was great but since it is located on the hill, it was VERY hard to get a grab/taxi

They had used an extremely strong air freshener in the elevator and on the floor, which made the air sickening and suffocating. I highly recommend the free beach next to the hotel instead

Here you will be safety and quiet place for to stay and having a holidays and relaxing time. Here has three swimming pools and three restaurants for to satisfy and services you at the hotel resort

Here is the hotel resort, all the building will be the step by step up to the mountain and here will have the car will pick up u going up and down, just contact to the reception and if u u have plans for to going to somewhere then can you please contact them for to pick you up before hand for a couple 10 minutes or something

Having the dreakfast and watching to the ocean views, Amazing views and All the meals are very delicious. All the managers and staff are very friendly and helpful with welcoming people

This may be the best thing of this hotel. The swimming pool are nice too, very big and the temperature is good. To conclude, it’s not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel

Even if now there change the owner but here they are still look after us a very well done even if some building are they renovating at a moment but they are still giving and looking after us in a very good quality

The amenities were also excellent, especially the pool and common areas where we found ourselves spending a lot of time. It’s a perfect hotel for couples, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket

The hotel is on a main road but didn't make any difference as when you were inside you could not see or here it. Ate in the restaurant on the beach which was amazing sitting by the beach and chilling on a night

It truly feels like home away from home. Even at peak seasons, the vicinity doesn't feel over crowded. The atmosphere is peaceful, warm and cosy. Highly recommended for a getaway or vacation

We loved everything about this place. So original in its atmosphere from what we see in North America. It was over 1000 sq feet with a balcony and dinner table

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurants served excellent food throughout the day. The pool area and beach were stunning and well maintained, perfect for relaxing

I highly recommend satisfying here if you have the choice. One I saw and did was get bed and breakfast as there are plenty of local restaurants in short walking distance. Not just the road but along the beach too

On our first day, we were quite shocked to see that some areas of the hotel were under renovation, which made us very disappointed and even consider moving to another place

This is a great hotel for a family with kid. You will have many activities to enjoy such as swimming pool, beach and playgrounds. The room has a stunning ocean view and a buffet breakfast has a good quality and choices.

Location is at the other beach, still very nice. Breakfast with a lot of variety. Many things for the kids to play around. Gym room is nice too. Close to other attractions like Water Market, Lion Park, etc

True Thai hospitality and very well done to her! Housekeeper who did our room on 24 Nov at around 1:30pm seriously delivered! He deserves a praise for the effort We came for a wedding, most of the wait staff were lacking lustre, mediocre engagement, kitchen staff were blithely and unaware when wedding speeches were delivered and to top it off we were declined a bottle of water by gym attendant/supervisor...

The room is large and had a great sea view with some nice sunsets. However, the sound proofing is awful. There was a lot of noise coming from both the lobby and the pool area. The rooms really need a refurb

Unfortunately this was a common theme. We noticed a pool table in the lobby and I was excited to have a few games. The pool cues are broken, the table is awful and all the balls just end up at the sides

There is a shuttle bus but you need to be there at the right time. The location otherwise is good, being very close to Kata beach and lots of shops/night market

A lot of the furniture is cheap, hollow and outdated. Things are awkwardly placed as well e. to open the curtains you need to undo the curtain tie which is right below the ceiling lamp and I banged my head on it

We also only had one towel returned to us and one day they took the bath mat and we had to ask for it back! The breakfast was quite poor. There is no air con in the breakfast area or the lobby

I went to the bar and they said it doesn't work and they'll bring it over. Another 30 minutes went by and we had to go get the drink ourselves! If it doesn't work, then just remove it

It's really nice view, like for Instagram. Good staff, great breakfast included, big parking for bikes and cars, nice swimming pool. Recommended for everyone with bike

I love this place. It's very close to the beach, or you just open the door and can see the sea view from your balcony. The owner is very friendly. I'll back here next time.

While not beachfront, it's a very short walk to Crab House, which is right on the beach. The only downside is that the rooms aren't soundproof; you can hear cars driving by. Overall, I was very impressed

I felt so welcome when I stayed at this resort. Especially manager Edward, the two guys Mud and Jame. And recommend the program of one glass. One part I would like to mention they sell Cannabis at lobby

The location is a bit out of the way, and the hotel itself is quite old and run down. I was a bit creeped out by some insects, but it was very quiet, and the room had a great view of Chaweng Beach

This is an older type resort built on a hill overlooking the sea but the property is maintained well and professionally managed so guests can expect a nice stay with no hassle.

Lovely hotel in Hua Hin. Room was spacious enough for 2 and clean. The location is close enough to town to walk, or right on the beach too. Staff all lovely and helpful.

But if you're in Hua Hin why swim in the pool if you have a wonderful beach to spend you're time with and besides we didn't spend most of our time in the place as we were mostly outside visiting tourists attractions

We stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was beyond expectation! Originally booked the Standard room but the lovely staff Pueng surprised us with an upgrade to a Deluxe room such a sweet gesture

We stayed in a high-floor room with a sea view, which was pretty good. The room was spacious, and the pool downstairs was usable, but the water was a bit cold due to the weather, so we didn't go in!

Our stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach was absolutely magical! We stayed in a villa with the most breathtaking sea view and our own private rooftop pool—it was pure paradise

Great view over kamala beach and bay. The room itself was big with a separate bathroom that had a whirlpool bath right in front of the big windows with the same view as the bedroom

It's the only one we had on our 3 week trip around Thailand that had an iron & ironing board! Bed was very comfy so slept really well. As these detached villas are away from the pool and main hotel it is peaceful

Changed to this hotel from Thai Kamala beach literally a couple of weeks before we travelled. This was cheaper and in a far better location for us. The Ocean Villa we booked made our stay

Robinson Khao Lak is a beautifully landscaped beach resort 1. 5 hours north of Phuket International Airport. It's "out of the way" of the heavily touristed Phuket island and that's the main reason I selected it

Great resort with lots of activities and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was low season so was not busy but still there was lots of activities on offer each day

Our stay at Robinson the was great. It was the end of our trip with two sets of parents, and the perfect place to wind down and relax on a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent and made us feel immediately welcomed
