Great location right on the beach. 4 great pools with plenty of sun beds. Reasonable prices at the bar and message. I think the only problem is noise in the uploading area next to building #1 side facing the sea

The breakfast was full of selections of food choices , coffee teas and juices. Will definitely come back again Thank you to all the staff but especially “Way” who always greeted us each morning at breakfast

We had a room there (1302) and it was very noisy at night and morning , but the stuff changed us for another room straight away after our complaint

The hotel is right in front of the beach. Although there are many pools it was always crowded. Most guests are older and groups like TUI fill up the hotel. My shower did not work properly

sunprime, no childrens :), 2 good restaurants, bar by the pool open until 10 pm. 15 meters to beach. Perfect place to relaxing!

Stayed from 3 to 5 November 2025 Room type: Deluxe Pool Access Location: Island Escape by Burasari – Coconut Island We visited as part relaxation and part inspection trip since we run a travel agency, and honestly this resort exceeded our expectations

The Deluxe Pool Access villa was simply amazing. Two levels, direct access to the pool, strong air conditioning everywhere (6 AC units in total), large TV in the living room and another one in the bedroom

The infinity pool is beautiful with great views and nice drinks at the bar. There are restaurants and a lounge nearby outside the resort as well. The team was very responsive by email even before arrival

Night, was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He even gave us an easy way to contact him anytime we needed to go to the restaurant or infinity pool. Within 5 minutes he was always at our door

The island was a little busy as should be expected during high season and the Chinese New Year holiday, but the staff did a really nice job of managing it all

Breakfast was truly 5-star quality. Wide variety, everything fresh. We also had lunch and dinner at the resort and the food was very good. Ordering is very easy through QR code, they call to confirm and deliver quickly

The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge

Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once)

This hotel in Pattaya offers excellent value for money, and the rooms are quite nice. However, a couple of things weren't ideal. The hairdryer was quite weak, and I also found a gecko in my room

The location is great, and the front desk staff were really friendly, helping me register for Wi-Fi. All the staff I encountered were welcoming with a smile

I caught it and called the front desk, and a staff member came to take it away. Other than those minor issues, everything else was good

Even though it's a Holiday Inn Express, it's an international chain, so the standards are consistent and it exceeded my expectations

Excellent happy hours - can stay for the entire day at their little pool/beach front area

If you are looking for a place to go to really relax, maybe recover after a burn out or to cleanse from the city hustle and bustle - this hotel will be perfect

It just wasn’t what we expected. The reviews were great but we were disappointed - it’s in a random area that is super quiet. there are definitely better hotels in Khao Lak

I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful

It was a great place for holiday at Phuket, sea view from the room is awesome!!

Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go

We were genuinely impressed with everyone from the gardener to all the team members who took such good care of us. We’ll definitely come back in the future and recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

Everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really made sure our stay was memorable. A big thank you to Afan and the entire team for the wonderful hospitality

My only minor complaints are that the AC can only be turned on or off, with no temperature control, which is a bit inconvenient as it gets too cold when on and too warm when off

I was stayed here few times since when hotel was open and they still have my record! So impressed. Located near Cicada market and short walk to the beach from next alley

Ibis is far from any shops or restaurants but the beach nearby is better than the beach in town which you can't really swim in because of all the rocks

Good location and good services, and close to the beach. There is also a small alley next to the hotel where you can walk to enjoy the sea view.

It's a winner if you are coming for a swim at the beach although tbh the beaches in Hua Hin aren't great. As for the rooms they are good. Rules a bit strict regarding the balcony considering the current laws in Thailand

The 'king-size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, so there was a gap in the middle. The duvet was quite thin, so it could get cold at night if the air conditioning was on for too long

This is a budget-friendly hotel in Pattaya. The price is good, and the room was generally clean and hygienic. They even provided toothbrushes and two bottles of mineral water

They have 4 swimming pools to have fun in the water and right outside is the beautiful Naiyang beach with a lot food shops, 7/11 everything is at a walking distance

That's a surprisingly strict rule for a hotel near the sea that also has four swimming pools🧐 On a positive note, our room was VERY clean. It was serviced daily, including mopping the floor and changing the bed sheets

They only let you borrow one beach towel a day. You can’t take two, and if your towel gets wet, you can’t exchange it

It was a wonderful stay, they gave us a newly renovated room. The room was situated on the ground floor and was an adjoining room as well

Very nice hotel for families, 2 pools, direct access to the beach (not private), free breakfast for kids, plate and glasses for kids. Food is good and includes a few vegetarian options

The personnel is so kind and helpful. We had a private yoga lesson it was very nice. Kids club is nice and there are 1-2 people from the staff with the kids inside. You can have a massage by the pool and in the spa

Location is perfect: right at the beginning of Chaweng do you can walk down the whole street in one direction. Also the beach is really nice and clean

Staff is extremely nice and helpful - we feel totally safe and welcome here. Prices might be a little high but hey: it's a four star hotel, what do you expect. Only downside might be the airplanes

You can borrow kayak and paddle from the hotel. There are a few laundry services in front of the hotel. Welcome drink with cold towels at your arrival were so nice

If you would like to explore the real Pattaya vibe, busy beach, pubs, bars, this is a good hotel for you. But if you prefer quite and family-oriented hotel, try to avoid Pattaya city center area

It was not that bad it ok for the price I didn’t like the mosquito medicine smell everywhere the room smelt not good but the service and staff are very nice

The rooms aren't new, but they're very clean. There's a large, clean pool on site. There's a very good massage parlor on site. And most importantly, the best restaurant on site

The pool is beautiful and the location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. We are planning to visit Phi Phi next, and after that we will happily return to Baumanburi Hotel for another stay

This hotel was really great! They have a swimming pool bar which was really nice. I can’t swim so it’s nice that it’s located at the shallow end of the pool. The food from the restaurant is very tasty

It’s a 10min walk to Patong Beach with many restaurants and 7/11s around. The housekeeper was so nice! The room was nice and the bathtub was very clean

We are just back from a fabulous Two week stay at Diamond Cliff. The Hotel is situated high up off a busy road opposite the beach & just a short walk from the main promenade

It does have a steep driveway leading up to the main reception which then continues up to the higher rooms with many steps and walkways which will be most challenging for those of the older generations or those who have walking difficulties

A really quick walk to the beach which was nice and far enough removed from Patong to have it feel more like a resort but close enough a quick grab could get us there in

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities

To help with this there is actually a shuttle service which constantly operates from reception transporting guests to & from those higher rooms where acsess can only be made by that steep incline

They have direct beach access from the pool area, which is great for families who want to half/half it. The breakfast is huge, all fresh and constantly replenished. Would definitely return there!

Have to say this is best hotel I have ever been to in Koh Samui, the room is huge and the beach looks amazing. the beach is so clean, private, and so fancy. it’s too not expensive compared to the price as well

The hotel is stunning, rooms are great and the location is fantastic- beautiful relatively quiet beach but when you leave the hotel main entrance your right in the middle of the shopping location

You get the best of both worlds this way. We stayed for 10 days and could have easily stayed longer. Highly recommend for families with kids as the kids club staff are fantastic. Would love to come back and stay again

Loved staying at centara reserve. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, food was very nice and there was a wide selection. You can even take away coffee from the breakfast

Our room was at 18th floor, the view was beautiful. The room size is very well. There were some breaks on the cotton case. There was not safe in the room.

Season pattaya is a great hotel for solo and family traveller. located in the heart of pattaya from where u can acess all the place. Like beach 5min,alcazar show 8min,soi 6 5min,soi bukao lk metro tree town 10min

Great hotel close to the beach and quite central for everything. The staff were very friendly and breakfast had a great choice for everyone. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and quit for a central location

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful , polite & friendly. My only concern would be the rude guests who usurp the chairs next to the swimming pool by leaving things there while they eat breakfast

By the time we arrive from breakfast to swim , they are no spots available. The best part of this hotel resort is the buffet breakfast. Excellent choices & selection is always fresh & well prepared

Rooms were good but didn't like the transparent window of the bathroom looking in to the bed room. But other then that it had the best breakfast buffet, amazing pool and a good back entrance/exit to the beach front

Very helpful staff that gave us possibility for late check out that we really needed. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Very well located with direct access to the beach and direct access to a small shopping mall

Fantastic hotel with direct access to beautiful part of the beach away from the  noise and crowd of the party area near Ark bar. Couldn’t fault this hotel it really was fabulous.

The rooms are quite small (we were a couple with 2 suitcases). Breakfast was good and the restaurant by the pool is good as well. You can book taxis through reception as grab does not always work (mafia)

Location is superb, close to Parong Beach (approx 1 km or 7-8 minutes ride on a tuk tuk). The rooms were pretty big, but not a luxury room. It’s not a five star or a luxury hotel
