Breakfast was great, staff was fantastic. Air conditioning very quiet and easy to adjust. Good swimming pools and kids club. Have discount for hotel guests in the restaurant

Our stay was excellent! The staff were really welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. The family room was spacious enough and the breakfast was also great.

Great location convinient and good service. When we arrived we found out that we stay in the least area of the resort with sepperate pool. That wasn't detailed when we made the reservation

A huge highlight was the amazing seafood buffet at Seafood Market. The selection was outstanding – so fresh, so much variety, and everything was cooked perfectly

There was always a crew around, touching up paint, fixing grout, watering foliage… Upkeep in a tropical location is so important! The pools were immaculate and the way they wind through the resort is so cool

The service also was very nice. What really stood out to me was Ms. June at the Breakfast buffet, she was the sweetest person ever. Helping customers, playing around with kids. She was the mama of the buffet ☺️

The service throughout our stay was genuinely warm and professional. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. You can really tell they take pride in cleanliness and comfort, which made it easy to fully relax

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable

The view from room is fantastic to see lake and karon beach which is two minutes walk. The breakfast in the morning with open side to lake attracting us for walk and relax with good ambiance restaurant

The room facilities were decent, but it was right by the road, so it was really noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. The beach wasn't too far though.

In the United States, this is a lower scale hotel. Here in Phuket the rooms are a little better than the United States. The service is amazing. The pools are amazing and it’s so close to the beach.

We stayed here for a week in Feb 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean and cosy, has a convenient location close to the beach and the centre of Karon. Its amenities were all that we needed

On the other side of Karon Beach, there are more interesting places, and this side is more peaceful. If you're looking for more entertainment, consider choosing the further side of the beach

Very good experience with the property. Beautifully managed and has many swimming pools!

But!! For the taste I am not sure these food will be nice for everyone. Then you can walk to eat something local at kingpower 3floor!

Cleanliness: After checking in, we quickly freshened up and went out for dinner. When we returned, we found a cockroach on the floor. It was disgusting! Good thing we hadn't unpacked our luggage yet

The only minor drawback was the New Year's pool party, which was a bit underwhelming and felt a bit like a forced consumption event

The hotel lobby's side exit faces King Power Duty Free, which has over ten restaurants on its third floor open until 10 PM. We had dinner there many times, so we didn't even need to order takeout

Exiting the duty-free shop's main entrance, there are three 7-Eleven stores and other eateries across the street, making daily shopping and dining very convenient

The breakfast is the most impressive, offering Chinese, Western, and Thai options, along with a small selection of Japanese dishes and fresh fruit

Very good location. Clean and quiet beach, just few meters away from the hotel. Staff was very polite and willing to help all the time. Hotel amenities were so good, swimming pool with bar, quite nice.

Location: This hotel is right on Karon Beach, it's clean and relatively quiet, giving it more of a resort feel. You can access the beach directly from the hotel's entrance

I originally planned to stay for only 3 days but extended for another two, and they upgraded me to a sea-view room with an even better view

The hotel's own pool is also very clean; my mom had an absolute blast swimming there. Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The selection of dishes is quite extensive, enough to double as brunch

My mom's traditional Chinese clothes were folded neatly, with the flag emblem facing upwards. These small details really showed how meticulous and excellent the service is. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location is very central; you can reach a market, massage parlor, cafe, and shopping mall on foot. Laundry service and daily room cleaning are provided. My room is big and view is perfect

You have to live out of your suitcase. Housekeeping does make up your room every day, but they dont really clean. The same hair or dust partical will stay at the same place during your stay

My room was watching the road side, which was noisy but did not bother me. Aircon works good and is quiet. Overall I was happy for the price I paid

If you want a view of the ocean request top floor closer to the beach. Personally I think the rooms 1 level up with pool view look great

This hotel stay is excellent with all the attentive staffs catered to your needs and request! Especially when they see I teaching my baby daughter swimming in the pool, they bring a kid life jacket for my baby daughter

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Su and Zaza, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of

We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort

The beach was spectacular — the tides were gentle, and the water changes were barely noticeable, which made it feel special. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the lack of sun

Large resort with ground and rooftop pools but they get quite crowded. we upgraded to a pool view for 700 thb/day but walls were a bit thin so you need good neighbours

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. There are several children's pools for the youngest guests. The room is a bit old, but clean

In the evenings they deliver clean towels for the beach to the rooms. We will definitely come back here again!

This place is very suitable for a family vacation. The staff are lovely, provide good service, and take care of every customer. Everyone is smiling and cheerful, especially the receptionist who gives a warm welcome

The beach directly at the hotel is not ideal for swimming, I recommend taking a taxi to Coconut beach - we did that twice and loved it. We also booked a day trip to Similan Islands which I highly recommend

Pools are various and the beach just in front easily accessible. Beach has some flies but we experienced similar at other more upscale hotels in the area as well

Aside from lounging by the hotel pool, I wasn't sure what else to do. The restaurant was nice and the food was delicious. It's a good spot if you just want to relax, enjoy the sea view, and swim

The infinity pool by the beach was great for relaxing with a drink during happy hour. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh fruits and local dishes

It was really expensive during peak season, and the room design wasn't worth the price. However, the public areas had a great vibe and were perfect for photos. It's right next to Khao Lak Beach

Absolutely loved this hotel! The design and views perfectly matched my aesthetic, and it was incredibly photogenic. The hotel beach has super fine sand, and swimming in the ocean felt very safe

I highly recommend the deli cafe, I couldn't stop at just three cups a day! The only minor drawback was the service, which was a little slow, but I noticed there were only a few staff members who were clearly overwhelmed

However, all the service staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. There were two particularly nice ladies at the front desk who helped with every little detail. The hotel also arranged taxis very quickly

We booked the panwa lodge for the bridal party accommodation and it was beautiful. Others stayed in the 2 bed villas and standard rooms and no one had a single complaint (or if they did they didn’t tell me)

The food, drinks and views were absolutely amazing on the day. Big thank you to Aom, the venue coordinator, and her assistant for helping to make the day run so smoothly

Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and so accommodating. Cape Panwa will always hold a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to come back

We were so happy we did because we avoided days when big cruise ships would be docking - that happens frequently and can spoil the horizon view

Lovely 5 night stay in this hotel, although we'd rate it more 4 star than the 5 advertised. Great clean rooms but lacking enough tea (no English breakfast tea) and coffee in the room
