Koh Samui has a lot of beautiful public beaches which are not crowded, it's not worth over-paying for an average room to get access to a beach

We did try the BBQ one night which was very nice except the cut and cooking of the steak is well below par- I believe a porterhouse for a BBQ would be a minimum cut to not look “Cheap”, the fish for the BBQ was superb and well made up for the steak

Fantastic staff. Beautiful and clean villas and the whole property in general . There is no private beach for the property or beach at all and the location is bit cut off from the happening side of the island.

The hotel is beautiful but remote. The beach wasn't particularly noteworthy, but it was still beautiful and peaceful. There was a 50-inch TV, but no channels. The fitness center was small and cramped

If you have a small number of guests the night before breakfast, it would be a good idea to ask guests to fill out a questionnaire about what they'll be eating for breakfast (as other hotels do) so as not to wait and waste precious time

Whenever I needed anything, it was never a problem — on the contrary, everything was taken care of immediately. Regarding the food, we truly enjoyed both the dinner and the breakfast. Everything was beautifully clean

It was very relaxing to lounge by your private pool while feeling like you're on the beach. The majority of the staff are quite friendly and pleasant. Anything we asked of them was done without hesitation or fuss

The location of the resort is down the quieter end of Chaweng Beach which I didn't really mind, but if you want to be closer to the action you may want to reconsider

Rooms and nice and clean and well kept by room service. Facilities vary, could be better especially the gym, consistency across rooms, some had smart tvs some didn’t. Good location on a less busy part of the beach!

Stayed for 7 nights early September, weather superb! Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them and no issues checking in and out

Tun is exceptional - he made my stay incredibly fantastic and because of his excellent treaty I elongate my stay twice … he responded to the comments and how I to improve the facility as if it is his own … worth to be escecutive mange to Nikki beach in Asia

My only complaint is that sometimes when you turn the lever for the water you will sometimes get a small electrical shock, but if youre looking to wake up quickly with a shower in the morning the shock is definitely a nice help! We just used our swimsuits or towel to turn the knob and it was fine

Best hotel in lamai, everything is near. The commercial road with all the restaurants is just downstairs. The beach is at 4 minutes by walking. Staff is not always here but if you call them they answer right away

Massive bed, bigger than I have ever seen in my life. Very well located near the beach and surrounded by good places to eat or get a drink. Nice view from the room and felt safe for my girlfriend and I

It’s a perfect place to relax with beautiful white sandy beaches and clean, comfortable rooms. The location is right in the center, close to tourist attractions and very convenient for travel

There's toast, fresh fruit, and an Asian breakfast selection as well. We ordered cocktails by the pool, but found them to be on the pricey side. We tried to order an iced latte, but they weren't able to make one

We treated ourselves to a spa session after a tiring journey; it was quite pricey, but there was a discount on the first day, and it was truly, truly comfortable! Additionally, our check-in was on a Sunday, so we got to catch a fire show, and the iron flower performance was a novel experience

Quiet and relaxing hotel with several bungalows. We stayed in a sea-view bungalow, and it couldn’t have been better — sitting on the terrace at sunset was simply perfect

The lovely little beach always has available sunbeds, and the pool is ideal for a quick swim with an amazing view. The lush green surroundings with banana and papaya trees are one of my favorite things about this place

There are about 10 sunbeds at the beach which is accessed down past all of the villas / bungalows so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to steps and being on a hill / rise. The rooms are basic but clean

The room was cleaned daily and the towels were cleaned daily also. The owner Valerie couldnt have been anymore accomadating , with extra pillows and water on request , she also arranged our return transfer

Reception is very poor so whatever you need, find yourself alone or at the reception of the other resorts near or online but I'm sure if you just go for a short walk, locals will guide you or help you

My husband and I recently stayed at Garrya Tongsai Bay and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. We chose a beachfront suite, which was incredibly spacious and felt more like a private apartment than a hotel room

Breakfast service was excellent, but the beach bar service was just okay. The air conditioning in the room blew directly onto the bed and couldn't be adjusted, and it was also very noisy.

Garrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized

We were particularly touched when a server at the restaurant remembered us from last year—it really shows that the hotel has a very comprehensive and thoughtful guest service training system in place
