Well kept hotel with attentive service. Room access by buggy and service was always prompt and attentive. Regular hotel shuttle to Kamala town with a public beach, shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was great, and the facilities met Hyatt's standards. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family two-bedroom suite, but the smaller room had no windows

The public areas weren't huge, but the pool was spacious. The beach is right across the street; even though the sand isn't the best, it was nice and uncrowded, even in peak season

The pool was large, though a bit exposed to the sun with no shade. The main drawback is the location, which is a bit remote – about 2 km from Kamala town, and a taxi to Patong starts at 200 THB

The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice

While the ocean view from my room wasn't spectacular due to its lower floor, its proximity to the restaurant, lobby, and pool made getting around incredibly convenient

This is my second room that I’ve stayed at, and Pong Beach that had a brick for a bed. Don’t be fooled, they sleep on bricks over there!!! 🫣 not even lying. There were tiny ants in the room, crawling around the sink

The guy named Phone Myat who works as a Bell Boy at APK Resort is friendly and kind. Whenever I need help, he comes and helps me. He also gave us a warm welcome when we first arrived. Thank you very much, Phone Myat

Views from the hotel are probably the best part of the hotel. The location is on the beach but have to go down the stairs which is very dark at night. Some lights would make a big difference

My husband and I stayed for two nights in February 2026. We were on the 4th floor and had a magnificent view and a superb location. The rooms felt fresh, clearly recently renovated. Everything was very tidy and clean

1 downside of property is that u have to catch a lift from ground floor yourself to 8th floor with all the luggage to be welcomed at the reception

Plus, it's close to reasonably priced food, shopping malls, and Freedom Beach (you'll need to grab a Grab taxi though). The hotel also has a swimming pool. Overall, I think it's all good and very convenient! 👍😁

This is a small boutique and budget hotel located within 10 mins walking distance to the Patong Beach and nightlife in Bangla walking street. The location is great and close to many local eateries and massages and spa

The swimming pool is not well maintained and non-usable during my stay there (see last picture)

I had the most amazing time at CCS Hideaway. I came as a solo traveller and arrived at the beginning of May (slightly off-season), so the hotel was quieter, but the staff were still so accommodating and welcoming

We travelled from india, stay was good and had more number of hotels nearby. We can manage food by having fruits, bread and if you are hungry please visit 7/11 for cream buns

However, there is no soundproofing so noise can be an issue, the bathroom is small and the laundry area is limited, and there is no bedside table next to each bed

It is in a prime location, we booked through our travel agency. Aim patong was in main road, the food was good. Had fishmarket and two 7/11 nearby

Breakfast is standard food nothing special. I recommend you to take the room with sea view or the apartment

Online payment is not possible for sea view rooms, which is very troublesome, and cards without chips at the front desk cannot be swiped. The room is large, but I think the price is not cost-effective, year-on-year

The location near the market was a huge plus, not far from Bangla Road, and there's a 7/11 nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Housekeeping was daily, and everything was clean.

A reasonable and good hotel to stay at Phuket. If you want to stay just away from Bangla road but not far from Patong beach, its a good one. They have free coffee and tea from 12 noon till afternoon

You can sit and enjoy the sun in both shadow and sun. And this hotel is also in a very good location, it’s next too the shopping mall and close to the beach, only few minutes near by

I booked this hotel because online reviews said it offered the best sunset views in Phuket. To my surprise, you can't see the sunset from the room or anywhere else in the hotel; you have to go to Nai Harn's public beach

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Welcome fruit: The fruit was a bit dry; definitely room for improvement there

Great hotel, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location. The poolside bar has good cocktails. However, be sure to book in advance for better prices, as it gets very expensive during the holiday season.

The room was great, smelt clean, looked clean. Breakfast was Ok, a reasonable selection

The front desk staff and servers were all very welcoming. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and interestingly, there weren't many Chinese guests, mostly foreigners. The pool was very clean and open until 10 PM

The hotel is located less than 100m from Kamala Beach. It's a smaller boutique hotel, so not too busy. The rooms to the main road can get a fair bit of road noise, but the rooms away from the road are fine

Patio doors to the outside didn’t feel very sturdy, I reckon I could have broken them quite easily but was only here 2 nights and there was a lock on the room door so it was ok for a temp stay

Be aware that there's no footpath along the short bit of main road one must walk before turning into Kamala Beach. So, you will walk on the side of a busy road for about 30m

The pool is small and cold, but it serves its purpose. Honestly, the hotel doesn't look like a hotel in the conventional sense, and I think it only deserves two stars

The beach is a little more quiet just down from the hotel and quite busy beside. From your sun-bed you can hear the lounge music coming from the beach club inext door which is nice
