Small hotel with lovely grounds. Attentive staff, small but neat rooms. For a simple holiday with a touch of whimsy.

Location: 45 km from the airport of Phuket, in the Patong area.
Consists of three 4-storey buildings.
Total area: 2720 m2.
The hotel has 80 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 1.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

Our cat friend wasn't there this time; her owner took her.
However, the older male receptionist on the night shift clearly does not understand what hospitality means. His disrespectful and condescending looks toward guests are completely unacceptable. With such an attitude, he would be much better suited for a position that doesn’t involve dealing with people at all — perhaps as a night security guard on the rooftop, or better yet, enjoying retirement at home, since he already looks well over 50.
The rooms were extremely old and poorly maintained, and the facilities were just as bad. As soon as you walk into the hotel, there’s a strong sewage smell that’s very unpleasant.
What frustrated me most was the complete lack of communication. They had over a month to inform me about the renovation, but I only found out when I arrived. That kind of last-minute notice is unacceptable for any hotel.
Would not stay again and do not recommend unless serious improvements are made — both in the facilities and in how they communicate with guests.
