We got the room connected to the pool and it was nice to have that but honestly we didn’t get a chance to use it. There is renovations going on in this hotel so there was some periods were it got a little noisy

Stayed here back in 2017 and we still talk about how good it was, the rooms, the pools, the food, the service. It was all amazing and we wouldnt have had such a good holiday without staying here

Just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a plunge pool and lived every minute of it. The hotel has a huge pool that my children enjoyed using in addition to the plunge pool

Plus points are, The view is spectacular from the 3/4 bed villas and the transport provided by the team is fab. The restaurant is great with a fabulous view too. The villas really are in need of renovation inside though

You can't charge people what we paid to stay here and then deliver a shabby villa interior. I will once again say how amazing the staff are and the view is beautiful

This is a wonderful hotel right on the seashore – the view is breathtaking! However, you can only swim during high tide; at low tide, you have to walk to the neighboring beach, which is about a 10-minute stroll

The room is spacious! Sometimes hotel rooms barely fit a bed, but this was completely different – you could practically dance in it! We had two rooms connected by a wide corridor that featured a built-in kitchen

The bathroom was large, with a roomy shower cabin, a bathtub, and a full-wall mirror – very convenient. All necessities were provided in the room, and there's a laundry service available on the hotel premises

It's very quiet, though the air conditioning can be a bit noisy. If your bedroom faces the ocean, you probably won't need the AC, but for rooms with the living room facing the ocean, you'll likely want it on

Breakfasts were good and hearty. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. We were especially touched by the breakfast they packed for us when we had to leave at 5 AM 🙏🏻👍🙌🏻

Trilogy restaurant serves food thought the day. I mainly ate there for dinner. The food was delicious and flavorful. This hotel was very accommodating for shuttle service to Dream Beach Club which is minutes away

After my 21 hours of travel I finally reach my deluxe dip pool suite and it was perfect. I love the separate shower, toilet , and soak tub. Let me mention the soak tub was large enough for me to float in

We had a pillow menu available too. The resort is compact without feeling crowded and the central pool helps give the place a feeling of calm. My wife enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool to do her daily laps

The staff are welcoming friendly and professional. The room was lovely great pillows and bed. The roof top pool was my happy place, swimming 30-50 laps a day. The breakfast menu catered for everyone

The food and beverage options are plentiful and the quality of food and service is very good. Do take advantage of the Beach Club and enjoy the sunset there at least once

I stayed one week at this hotel in July with my Thai gf. Cheap, clean, confortable, quiet, and so lovely staff. Always nice and helpful staff. Just only 10 minutes to the beach by walk when you know the way

Very nice room service, very nice and professional girl on the reception named May. Location is nearby the beach, so you don't have to talk a long walk to the beach

The reception staffs were so polite and friendly. They helped us whenever we had any query or needed anything. At a great price, we got the rooms and it was really great value for money

They even have their motor bike rental which is quite cheaper than the outside market rental stores. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely rebook when we visit Phuket again

Location is perfect - walk away to Patong Beach, front of the hotel got a lot of eateries options and yes, massages shop next to it Thank you to the houskeeping team who found our shoes after our check out and emailed me to check if i want to keep those shoes

Cheap and Very closer to beach and it has swimming pool. need maintain on air conditioner. weird noise annoying us all night long. my room is in front of the staff working area

The location is good, close to the beach and bangla road, and there are many massage shops downstairs. But the hygiene is not very good, and the toilet has a peculiar smell

My room was huge(felt palatial). the rooftop pool one flight up. Room came with a basic breakfast. which I only made it to on the last day. from the street you'd never know its there

The room is relatively clean and simple. The location is very good. It is very close to the beach. You can go to the beach to watch the sunset at any time.

But since there were only a few guests occasionally, they felt more like private jaguzzies. And Kata beach is about 10 minutes to walk. Breakfast was very simple, but You always got fresh fried eggs or omelets

Hotel rooms were not big but enough for us. We had also a small balcony, right above entrance to watch to the walking street. At rooftop there were two tiny pools (more like size of jaguzzi)

I was surfing at kata beach and since this hotel is very closer to the beach and had a surf theme, I just had to stayed there. The staff were always friendly and helpful

I room was a bit old and the AC a bit loud but overall everything was very clean. I definitely got here again for the next surf season 🤙

Hotel is practically in Kata walking street. We were worried about noise, since previous week at Phi Phi was quite horrible. But all activities start to close down at 11 PM. So, there were no noise at night

The beauty of staying at Karon area is that is near to Kata beach as well, and less expensive and less crowded compared to Patong beach. If ride to Patong beach, that about 15-20mins

A comfortable stay with good service from staff filled with local hospitality, the location is nearby Karon Beach and 15 mins of ride to Patong Beach. Overall stay experience is satisfying with the right weather!

The restaurant serves good food, and both breakfast and dinner is good. I love the egg-stand where a chef makes your eggs (and bacon) to order. Super nice and friendly staff that always does their very best to help you

My only minor complaint was the lack of a chair on the balcony, but overall, everything was spotless. Everything was precise, consistent, and even overly meticulous in some aspects

Response #3 (in official email correspondence) stated that the number of breakfasts provided corresponds to the number of registered guests. 🤦‍♀️ Bottom line: I paid for two, but they only allowed one person to eat

But the next morning, they refused the second breakfast, stating that they have one 'policy' for everyone: either eat here or bring a friend for breakfast

The food, especially breakfast, was prepared with such care and heart. I had paid for a single room for two guests, which included two breakfasts

At check-in, I asked if I, as a solo guest, could take the second paid breakfast as a takeaway lunchbox

😂 Interestingly, at my previous hotel, I had a similar situation. I stayed there for 3 days, and they let me eat one breakfast at the hotel and provided the second as a takeaway lunchbox

Nice hotel and great location: Patong beach, but aside from loud bars and discos (still you will hear street noise, but it was not a problem for us). The team is very friendly and helpful

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to Patong Beach. Workers are very friendly and well mannered. Amenities are also great, we opted for the breakfast buffet as well

We booked the Triple Room for 3 pax. A clean modern looking hotel. The beds were large, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which was brilliant

The location is convenient in Patong, close to Bangla Road and a 10-15-minute walk to Jungceylon. The beach is close, across the road, and if you arrive in the morning, it's relatively clean for Patong

I purchased the room with a balcony. The view was great, 711 and a weed shop right outside the lobby and some decent street food across the road, 3 mins walk to the beach

Staff was very helpful always smiling very clean Hotel very central very good value for money very pleased 

Sure it had some quirks, but again, nothing beats the price and location offered

On the other hand the hotel itself is quite dated, the shower water pressure wasn't very good. The rooms were tidy enough but if you're looking for somewhere upscale I would recommend somewhere else

Hotel is very clean and good location in Patong with 20min walking distance to Patong Beach. There is also 7/11 supermarket in 2 minutes of walking. Rooms are quite big and comfortable

I found this hotel near Patong in Phuket. It is right outside the bar street, not far from the night market, Xijiangleng, and the seafood market. There are many laundries nearby

This hotel is situated near Patong beach and the rooms are also very good and comfy. It also has a swimming pool on the roof and one can get a nice view of the city and the beach from the terrace
