APK Resort in Patong

Especially the room. The room was filthy, the bed was stained. Insects and cockroaches crawled around, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Flies buzzed constantly, adding to the discomfort. The room had a very unpleasant odor that wouldn't go away. The bathroom was equally dirty, with mold and dirt everywhere. The bed sheets were also dirty, and I had serious doubts about their cleaning standards. When I complained about the condition of the room, the staff were completely unhelpful and behaved very rudely. This was the worst room I've stayed in since arriving in Phuket. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
Food and Drink *Bad Food at the APK RESORT Restaurant* The restaurant at APK RESORT is absolutely terrible. The food is awful and dirty. The dishes were poorly prepared, tasteless, and didn't look good. I found the restaurant very dirty, with dirty tables and cutlery. The food was of poor quality, and it tasted so bad that I couldn't even finish it. It tasted stale, and the overall experience was terrible. I would not recommend eating here at all. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had in Phuket. Stay away from this place!

Notes *Reception Staff's Bad Behavior at APK Resort* My stay at APK Resort was ruined by the extremely bad reception staff. They kept calling me and insisting that I check out at 12 noon sharp. When I asked for an extension until 1 or 2 pm, they flatly refused and wouldn't even let me speak to their manager to discuss the matter. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Frankly, they should be working on a farm with animals, not with humans and guests. This experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay in Phuket.

Each image uploaded here is fake, actual property is totally different and not real.
Swimming pool is just beside the dirty drain, you can't even stand there and they are showing as if it is good to swim.
We booked this hotel for 3 nights, on 1st night - Our AC didn't worked till 4am, we raised complaint, they send somebody who came and checked but left saying that engineer will come at 8am and left us in such humid and hot weather and in the morning nobody was there to check that AC.
On 2nd night - The AC which they fixed later in noon started spilling water whole night and our shoes got wet along with my laundry bag.
After 3rd night - Because our last 2 nights were like hell there, we got 20 mins late in checking out but they charged us 200 Bhat which was totally illogical and unethical.
We requested them very politely that since our last 2 nights were not good and as per the expectations but still we managed so just for that sake and grant you can also manage those 20 mins., but the staff was totally rude and sticked to their own part that we have our policy and kept on repeating same line again and again without even listening to us patiently, basically THEY DON'T RESPECT THE REQUEST.
Even they could have given us 1 hr extra for the discomfort, inconvenience, unnoticed, uncooperative and unsympathetic behaviour they have provided us.

Reception staff will even manipulate you to take the room with zero view by saying that the room you have booked is not having balcony and instead will give you room having balcony with view of dirty drain and HT electric pole.

PLEASE DO NOT SPOIL YOUR VACATIONS BY STAYING WITH APK RESORT.
NEITHER THEY HAVE ANYTHING LIKE RESORT.

Rahul is very rude. He was the one who checked us in and was very impolite. The rooms are pretty average, the pool is not what is shown in the pictures.
Plus the hotel is full of weird people, very shady and very cheap.
Please don’t book this hotel. Jacuzzi was technically not working and there was no privacy in the jacuzzi as we had some weird uncles in the adjacent room trying to take videos etc.

Property is at a good location, that’s the only good thing.
