Absolutely horrible place and they are scammers here. I had 2 bookings in late 2025 at this hotel. When a friend and I arrived for 2 rooms we found the place was horrible. Old, rustic, dated, and basic and nothing "Deluxe" as they claimed. I immediately went to front desk who were miserable when we checked in and just as bad on the second time, telling them we wanted out of this reservation. They agreed and I watched over them while they contacted Agoda who the reservation was made with.
I was assured by Agoda I would be getting all bookings made with this hotel refunded in full. Now that I have left the country I find out Agoda isn't refunding me in full as the Hotel has reported we were a "No Show" for the 2nd booking. No morals at this hotel or at Agoda but stay away from this hotel.
Pictures attached of the Agoda conversations and the horrible reception. Rooms are terrible. Avoid. Much better places for the same price range. Terrible customer service. Now disputing with Visa because of the shady actions of this hotel.

Palace? Think again-an honest rewiev.
We choose this hotel because all pictures was very nice and rewievs was mostly -clean, good breakfast.
But it is not true- hotel is very, very old and worn out. Staff are wierd and uninterested. Bed is stone hard, I swear there was no pillows but sheet covered planks, that hard it was. There is very old, poor and ugly wet shower. But worst thing was constant noise and vibrations from AC at near building. Had worst night ever. This ruined my all holiday. All of that was not stated, if it was I would never book it.

Breakfast is very very poor, few dishes, maybe 3-4, not tasty at all and cold. Mango juice was a joke.
We decided to go earlier, and when they asked us why we honestly said that it was not what we expected, and told them about noise and lady start laughing at us. Very professional. Not "We apologize", nothing.
I honestly dont recommed this place, for same price there are amazing places around, dont be tricked!

Location- good, near main area, but away from all the noise and chaos. Easy pickup for all tours in Phuket. Rooms - slightly old fashion, but spacious. Hotel area - clean, swimming pool is good. Staff - staff does not know English that well, but they help you. Facilities - decent facilities. The only issue - they don't allow you to refill water from their water filter. This was disappointing considering water as a basic need. We had to buy it from 7 eleven just opposite the road.

The service was really good, especially that we spoke to them over the phone before arrival and they promised a room with a nice balcony.
The room was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning was very good. The bed stand was vintage which I liked. It had built in plastic buttons to control the lights, the A.C and the fan. I loved that. The bathroom had a tub which is something I appreciate.
The balcony was huge and looked over the beautiful garden and pool. There was a small staircase outside our room, from the hall directly onto the garden, which has a lovely path towards the outdoor reception area. They promptly arranged for motorbike rental and the process was simple.

Really good place. Stayed there for a 3 weeks, never had any issues with staff. Manager Kanja is really welcoming and helpful. A little issues with WiFi, but overall it’s a good place to stay.

Very good value. Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Clean pool, and the water quality is well controlled.

Good for 1 night or 2.
Easy check-in, free but limited parking(not many spaces). Location was a few minutes from the beach. Nearby to lots of small stores, restaurants, and within walking distance to most of the popular areas. The breakfast/on site restaurant, looked really nice. The rooms are set back from the road and really quiet. Room was spacious, but dated furniture and electrical fittings. Each room has a large balcony, with a table and chairs, with views of the garden and the adjacent buildings. The balconies are not screened off from each other.
On one side of the corridor linking all the rooms, was the rear of an empty hotel and was quite ugly, could be screened of from view. I stayed for 1 night, with no issues. The room was large and clean. Little to no hot water, at night or morning. Otherwise can recommend for short stay.

A calm and relaxing oasis in the middle of the hectic and intense streets of Patong.
Clean and private rooms surrounding a beautiful and peaceful garden, including a pool, where I spend most of my time at.
High quality level of food, from breakfast buffet to the menu in the restaurant. Authentic and regional Thai cuisine, made from fresh ingredients.
Service is friendly and very obliging, they’ve been helping me with finding a good diving school and organised taxis with fair prizing.
I’ve spend one week with my girlfriend, but I think it’s also very family friendly.
If I ever find myself in Phuket again, I will definitely stay at patong palace again.

It's remarkable how quiet and peaceful this hotel is when it so centrally located on a busy street. Although the garden is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were quick to solve requests. Unfortunately there was one issue that was a bit unsettling during my 1 night stay. There's an outdoor stairway that leads to the hallway where many of the rooms are located. Under the stairway is where all the garbage bags seem to be kept, out in the open. This is drawing rats. I saw 3 in my first hour there while walking up and down the steps. Please come up with a better system for storing garbage. I recommend using large sealed plastic wheelie bins like in Europe, I saw them in other parts of Phuket being used. I understand that a busy city like Patong is going to have rats but you cannot be careless about your garbage. Once this problem is solved, Patong Palace will be a great place to stay.
